Hotel locations is very good. We can walk to IFS building and Taikooli areas witin less than 10mins. You can enjoy shopping, eating there. The bus to Tianfu airport is in front of IFS so it is very convenient to walk with your luggage to the bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. I stay at the hotel for 3 nights as a base during going the national parks. You can keep the luggage at the hotel while you are going to Bipengou, Siguniangshan , etc. this time i got 6th floor which in the room there are no steps. There are about 3 steps (between bed areas and bathroom)in the room i got first 2 nights which i a bit worry at night.

Very nice experience. We especially liked the room on the third floor which was clean and cosy. The staff was forthcoming, too. The lighting concept of the rooms are well thought out, creating a warm atmosphere. Of course the location is also a big plus. A potential downside could be the noisy street (they provide ear plugs), but that's the compromise for the nice view.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they sincerely tried to communicate using a translation app. The room was clean, with no smell of cigarettes, and the bed was very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided. The hotel is located right on the walking street — just step outside and you’re there! There’s a Lawson convenience store right under the building, which is super convenient, and in the morning there’s also a small café serving coffee. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but nice, with bread, tea, coffee, eggs, porridge, and a few Chinese dishes. The hotel also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage overnight while we traveled out of town. This is definitely a place I would recommend to everyone. We were truly impressed. I would like to sincerely thank the two staff members, Xiapzhang and Xiao Yue, for their heartfelt service. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium. Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any request. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. During our trip to Chengdu for tourism, the hotel provided a very nice room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Lady Bellflower tea served in the lobby was delicious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options with amazing flavors! The room was also very clean, and there were two elevators that made it easy to get around. This hotel is highly recommended, and I want to give a shoutout to the staff for their excellent service.

LOCATION is super good. Within couple of minutes to Taikooli, which has lots of shops including a big supermarket and plenty of eateries. Also within walking distance to Chunxi and IFS. APARTMENT is big and spacious and good for at least 4 pax (mine was a 2-bedroom Japanese-style apartment). Very aesthetic and IG-worthy at every corner of the apartment. View from room was amazing. Although looks old from outside, it is actually nice and clean within. Comes with kitchenette with fridge etc, washer, 1 bathroom cum toilet and 1 separate bath outside (open concept). There's a big screen wigh projector to watch movies in the living room. There's even a fireplace with logs! Free bottled water every day and you can request for daily housekeeping at your preferred timings. OTHERS: There are 2 mini marts within the building, it's easy to get ******* delivery. Convenient to get Didi. A few cafes and quaint boutiques, roadside food stslls and street vendors just outside the apartment building. Communication woth the apartment staff via WeChat was seamless as their responses were always prompt. Overall, highly recommended!

Hotel owner is very helpful. Room is clean and has every necessities you can use, lotions, washing machine with dryer, tea set, fridge and TV system is great as well. Location is very convenient, just below you have access to all the shopping areas and food.
