My boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

The hotel lobby is very luxurious. As soon as you enter, there is free tea and warm mineral water, giving a very friendly feeling. The hotel front desk checks is quickly and professional. The bedding is very soft and clean. The check-in experience is very good. There is also a smart toilet in the room. The downstairs or robot food delivery is very high-end. The hotel location is very good. You can walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I will stay again next time!

The boss said that only their hotel had snow in this season. In short, it was so beautiful. You can also see horses and puppies in the hotel. The dogs are so cute. During this trip to Chengdu, I was fortunate to stay at the Diaoyutai Boutique Hotel Chengdu. I didn't have high expectations before, but as we checked in, we all felt the hotel's sense of design and rich artistic atmosphere. This hotel is one of the 50 most worthwhile hotels in the country. We have experienced the No. 1 Beijing Yanbai Villa and have a very good impression. This hotel gives people a sense of seclusion in the bustling city as soon as they enter the door! The sound insulation is also amazing. Downstairs is the Kuanzhai Alley, with a constant stream of people. When the window is closed, there is no noise at all. Before checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Chen took the initiative to contact and ask about preferences. He prepared intimate small gifts, snacks, and drinks every day for three days of stay, which added a lot to our travel experience. When I left the hotel, I also gave a souvenir. The gift was light but the sentiment was heavy. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Stayed from 28/12-30/12, overall this hotel has good location, room are cleaned everyday .Few disappointed experiences were : WiFi was slow , TV program has to pay for current showing. Ventilation was poor even with AC turned on, not sure was the cigarette smell from outside the door or the filter of the AC was not good. Would recommend for tourists who does not mind cigarette smell even though is smoke free room, has own unlimited data and lastly who does not watch TV programmes.

I wish to do a fair review of my B&B stay at Emeishan. Service was spectacular. 1) The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Emeishan Station (not to be confused with Emei Station), about 7-8 mins drive from the hotel. I communicated via WeChat which trains I would be on and let them know that my 1st train arrival was actually so that I could drop off my large suitcase at their place, before going backwards to Leshan for half a day, and then returning to Emeishan in the evening. Not only did they agree to send someone to the train station to pick-up, they agreed to pick up only my luggage without me needing to accompany. So I could add an additional hour to my Leshan trip. Then they came to the train station a 2nd time in the evening to pick me back to the hotel. 2) The hotel replies very very quickly on WeChat, as if monitoring it all the time. 3) The hotel could arrange ticket purchase of a show, Only Emeishan, at a price lower than what you find on the official website. 4) The hotel even left the suitcase in my room before my arrival. 5) When I told the hotel to skip preparing my breakfast as I was starting off at 7am the next day to go Emeishan (breakfast is 7.30am at the hotel), they offered to put some items into a plastic box for me to take along. 5-star service in terms of making arrangements! They gave me a really large room, and I never used the bathtub with the bath herbs, but am thankful for the upgrade. Loved it that they gave 1 gigantic bottle of water and 2 smaller ones, showing their care for pple intending to climb Emeishan. Please don't expect too much from what they call ”Afternoon Tea” included in your package. It is merely a small tray of dried/fresh fruit, so it wouldn't form a meal. But I would not be fair to readers of reviews if I didn't give a balanced review. a) The hardware is a bit tired. The wooden planks in the shower room are blackish, and there are water marks on the stone in the bathroom. b) The power sockets are not at good locations. They are at the lower parts of a wall at a random spot and nothing near the bedside. c) The lights in the room are not well-positioned. d) There was an empty bottle below the wardrobe area when I first entered the room, which was missed even on the 2nd day. e) As I'm not familiar with Emeishan, I also didn't know that 黄湾 area is not exactly the main activity area in Emeishan. That said, the hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the 黄湾 entrance/exit to Emeishan. I believe the Baoguo Temple entrance/exit would be more popular. There are several restaurants around the restaurant but the vast majority appear closed or are not occupied, so it doesn't feel very lively, whether day or night. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as they are family owned and run. The whole family depends on your support. Support local small business and give them a chance.

The location is remote, totally unexpected. We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.

The hostel and rooms are clean and well maintained, the AC is working well and there is complimentary water to refill your bottle. The biggest asset of the hotel is the English speaking staff, who is incredibly helpful, creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. Biggest shout out to Loura, who with her friendliness and smile made our stay there great!
