Zhu helped us book our Panda Base ticket at very late night, so thank you Zhu. Clark was helpful as he can converse in English and made us feel welcome as we arrived. Check in was efficient, we enjoyed the free Hagen Daz ice cream too!

I recently stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel's excellent service and professional attitude. The overall architectural style of the hotel is very distinctive and left a deep impression on me. The hotel's catering service is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The room is well-equipped and the bed is comfortable, which made me fall asleep quickly. The hotel's service is very good, and the staff's attitude is warm and professional, which makes me feel very useful. Moreover, the transportation near the hotel is very convenient, which makes it convenient for me to go out and play.

Nothing fancy but close enough to the main attractions and drop off/pickup service is a plus. Food prices at the hotel is a bit pricey. Shower head flips up and water runs out whenever the faucet is at maximum pressure. Breakfast was simple meal, plain congee and some bread. On a plus note, great customer service.

I had a lovely stay at Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel is located just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay for early visits to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel has a charming design with a cozy, boutique feel. My room was clean, warm, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful mountain views. The bed was comfortable, and the heated floors were a nice touch, especially during the colder months. Staff were polite and helpful, though English was limited. However, they were always friendly and tried their best to assist with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel is a great value choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou who are looking for comfort and local charm in a peaceful setting.

A newly opened B&B in the ancient town, a very tasteful B&B with a great location. I stayed for two nights and it was not enough🙃. The electrical appliances, furniture, and supplies in the room are all surprisingly famous or special. It can be seen from the simple wooden cabinets, the cool hair dryer, the artistic hot water kettle, and the smart toilet. The restaurant on the first floor is also a coffee shop. The decoration is very design-like. It is worthy of being a design store. Take a closer look at the niches, partitions, floor tiles... and take photos of them one by one, just in time to copy them for home decoration. The variety of breakfast was so rich and too much that I couldn't help but ask for some refunds😂. Pushing open the window of the room, you will find the prayer wheel, which is cleaner and closer than Barkhor Street. The prayer wheel at the door is quiet and peaceful under the light of the rainy night. It's the atmosphere I like. I can't say enough about my favorite backyard, but I couldn't read a book for a long time; my favorite street cafe, I couldn't follow the footsteps of the pilgrims; I didn't have time to wait for the ancient house in the backyard to open... The new store is cost-effective, and it is a joy to double your profits. But I want to say that even if the price is raised later, you still have to live with it, because you will still make a lot of money😜.

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

The staff will take the initiative to help (Interlude: the beautiful staff is willing to get wet to help deal with the shower problem, which is worthy of praise 🫶🏻) 3️⃣ Design aesthetic ceiling, ******* culture collides with modern sense The hotel is built along the stream, combining ******* watchtowers with modern minimalist style. In the cultural and creative area, you can also experience the intangible cultural heritage of felt weaving! Every corner is a great filming location

Where to start! If you are looking for a few nights away from the bustle of Chinese cities and you want to relax and unwind in nature then Suxi Qingshan Forest Homestay is perfect! The hotel is easily accessible from Chengdu. A short 25 minutes train ride from Chengdu to Qingchengshan station and then the hotel staff will arrange to pick you up. As soon as you arrive you will realise what an absolute gem this hotel is! The hotel is nestled amongst the hills with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. This is a luxury hotel with the services and infrastructure to match. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea upon arrival and you also have the possibility to enjoy a hot water jacuzzi, a fitness area, walks around the hotel forest grounds as well as many other experiences proposed by the hotel. The hotel is only 15 mins drive from Dujiangyan Giant Panda Centre and the hotel staff organised transport there and back for us. We would recommend this Panda reserve as it is much quieter than the reserves in Chengdu! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights of our stay and the food was truly exceptional! We chose the set menu, which took us on a culinary journey through Sichuan. Each plate was refined, delicious and made using fresh ingredients. The breakfast was equally delicious, fresh and healthy. We would like to highlight the kindness and warmth of all the hotel staff. They were always available to answer any questions and organise activities to make our stay magical. The hotel staff were able to communicate with us in both English and French. We stayed at Suxi Homestay looking for a relaxing few days away from cities and we were blown away by the experience! We would have loved to have extended our stay!

The lady at the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free. There was a snow-capped mountain outside the room window, and the scenery was particularly beautiful. The guy was also very enthusiastic. He called in advance to remind us about dinner in the evening, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the luggage was delivered to the room, and the floor heating was turned on in advance. The breakfast was also delicious. Today was Lantern Festival and the guy specially cooked glutinous rice balls for me in the morning, which was very thoughtful. Overall very satisfied, must give a good review.

The hotel is on a side network of the main road in the county. You have to walk to the door to see the sign, so pay attention. There is yak hotpot for dinner, which costs 70 yuan per person. The yak meat should have been cooked in a pressure cooker and will not be hard. The breakfast is very rich, one for each person. It’s hard to describe the room facilities: First, the legendary central heating cannot adjust the temperature, which makes it cold without a quilt and hot with a quilt; second, the hot water needs to be left for a long time, and the waiter only made a phone call before the hot water came. ; Third, there is a place in the shower room that leads directly to the outside. While taking a bath, you can enjoy the cool breeze outside; fourth, the room is not small, but there are not enough tables and stools to put things; fifth, there is no main control switch for the lights, and a A manual. The hotel provides oxygen equipment, which can alleviate high reflexes, which is especially important in this county with an altitude of 3,400 meters.
