Very good value for money. Built to an international standard, but the fit out is at least 15 years old. Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff did a good job dealing with a raving and cranky man customer when I arrived on the evening of the 14th of December. The entrance and hallways have had a hard life and are banged up and grotty. The room themselves are very good for the price. Breakfast was very good for 40rmb. Location is fantastic. Recommended for foreigners

There are no restaurants close to the hotel but it's a good choice for an early flight. The shuttle bus is a big bonus. No one speaks English, so have your translator on the ready.

18/12/24 -22/12/24, we stayed 4 nights at Swiss Grand hotel  Xiamen, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices 👍, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great 😊, the only set back is the aircon system, not adjustable, very cold setting for winter weather, asked house keeper to adjust but  failed, end up with additional  heater in our room 😥😥😥otherwise it would be a perfectly good hotel to stay.

The hotel is inside a mall and there is a McDonald’s which is very near to the hotel. The staff are very polite and professional. She upgraded our rooms for free which I deeply appreciate it! Besides that, free fruit platters were given to us and we were served with welcome drinks and hot hand towel upon arrival. The non-smoking rooms are awesome. The rooms were cleaned daily and they replenished the mineral water daily. Buffet breakfast, tea time and supper were provided daily so you don’t have to worry about food at all. Besides that, there are heaps of shops and eateries along the Zhong Shan walking street (which is very nearby to the hotel). Highly recommended to those who come to visit Xiamen and I will be back!

Really superb hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, clean, and very modern. The only thing is that it's not in a very convenient location (although I didn't arrive by plane so I can't speak to its accessibility from the airport). Still, in terms of just the room and building itself, no complaints!

Right from the check-in, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by all the hotel employees. Their service is prompt and attentive. The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather. Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

A perfect stay with the best location. Easy travel to nearby metro stations, line 1 and line. Shopping malls are around the hotel, easy access to foods and drinks. The room is clean but with unpleasant smells. Everything is fine except with the room checking-in process which took me more than 30 mins. Please work hard on the hotel guests check in progress!!!

The location is not near SM City, as the name implied. Nevertheless, there are lots of food eateries nearby at local prices. The room is comfortable enough and reception service is good. They should have a doorman as some inconsiderate drivers park at main entrance and block everybody off. It happened twice in my 4 days stay there. I requested for a non-smoking room, it was located at level 2. But there is a big hall there with events and smokers are smoking there as there are ash trays provided. This should have been better managed as the smoke travel to the entire floor.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one. This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

Decent capsul hotel. Only negative is the bathroom is about a 5min walk outside the hotel (in the airport). Otherwise the hotel is what you expect!

As to be expected of the Shangri-La Hotel, the level of Cleanliness, Service & Amenities are excellent. It is also quite centrally located in Fuzhou. In fact we are so confident & happy with the Shangri-La that we’ve already booked a room for when we spend our last day in Fuzhou, before returning to Singapore

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

Booked and stayed in this hotel for 2 non-consecutive days within a week. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast is good. Most dishes are changed for the two different days

The hotel is clean and cosy. The bedroom is big enough for me to put my large luggage and spacious. The hotel is very convenient that the airport shuttle bus is directly opposite. There are a lot of small restaurants and fast food around the hotel. There's a Luckin Coffee cafe next to the hotel. Next time I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Fuzhou.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

I’m a foreigner, from Canada. No affiliation to this hotel. Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster. Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service. The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting. The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this. I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great. Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

Very good location in city centre. Very close to metro station. It’s meant to be a non smoking room/hotel, but can smell cigarettes everywhere. The toilet plumbing requires to be improved, as it was blocked following normal usage. Breakfast was also average; it seems a lot of options, but not many western style dishes.

Very affordable for transit hotel. I'm travel family with 1 child 1 infant. Hotel very near with airport and there's free pick up transport services. This 3rd times we transit here. Halal menu restaurant also provided

The location is good, it is just located in a food street, alot of food options at night time. The receptionist lady，Ms.林 is very kind she introduced us some nice dinner places. Just one thing is the air cond abit slow in cooling. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

The price of this hotel is very reasonable compared the location it's set, lots of visitors favorite spots are closed by. The selling points of this hotel are the super friendly and helpful front desk personal, whenever you need help they will do their best,Mr Mo stand out from the group. The breakfast are very tasty with multiple choices from Chinese to Western style. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to visit Quanzhou again.

I have a great stay here in Grand honor hotel. The housekeeper is very nice. She would bring fruits and sweet dessert in my room. There’s just one thing that I don’t like, I can hear wind blowing sound inside my room even though the windows are closed. But overall, I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will surely come back here for my next visit.

The hotel is new and clean. Reception staff is polite. Decorwise, they try to implement minimal furnishing with new concepts. Bedlights and toilet lights are automatic. Fllor is engineered timber boards. No wardrobe and no room safes. They offer lots of water and chinese tea leaves. No coffee. From outside, the hotel entrance is located at side narrow road, not so nice surroundings. But the hotel inside is very big with long corridors of rooms. Very clean, maybe because it is new. I was given room 8347, unfortunately facing construction works. Workers start work at 6.00 am everyday. This hotel only 3 floors, so can hear workers screaming and truck noise. Good to stay if want to explore ancient city.

The room is very clean. The new hotel has a good environment and no odor. A bread coupon was given. It is not far from the ancient city and very quiet at night. The service attitudes of the guys and girls at the front desk are very good and all problems can be solved in time.

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property. The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
