The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern room. Friendly and helpful staff that provides a range of additional services such as afternoon tea and happy hour. Great location with plenty of amenities and restaurants a short walking distance away.

Old hotel but well maintained, warm and thoughtful service, free swimming pool tickets, very good swimming pool, the best swimming pool I have ever seen, the water temperature is just right at 28 degrees, the water is clean. Also free bathing coupons. In the evening, I ordered a meal for two in the room, Henan stew, very delicious, plus two bowls of rice and two bowls of soup, the price is only 78 yuan. It's really good value. I had a great stay, and I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xuchang.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

The front desk lady sister service is super good, there is luggage to help in time, every time I pass by, I will say hello, I will respond positively if I need it, and it is also equipped with individually packaged tampons and makeup remover wipes. A phone call will solve my urgent need, explode 🥳 The hotel also has restaurants, laundry rooms, gyms, free pick-up and drop-off stations, smart charging piles, smart Xiaoai classmates, and complete supporting facilities. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Fangcheng! The hotel environment is very new, there is a good smell in the lobby, the restaurant is not expensive, the taste is particularly good, and I also tasted the special noodles of Fangcheng. Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

The front desk service is always so warm and enthusiastic, and I upgraded the floor for free. Thank you very much! The room facilities are complete and high-quality, and the king-size bed is super large and comfortable. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich, and there are seven ways to cook eggs alone. You can also eat the Henan specialty ”Hu La Tang”. The transportation is super convenient. Exit C of Nongye South Road Station on Metro Line 1 is just a few dozen meters away from the hotel. It is only two stops to Zhengzhou East Station by subway, and only 8 stops to Zhengzhou Station. It is also very convenient to go to the attractions. When you come to Zhengzhou, I highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel.

The environment is superb. It is a garden-view hotel. Even if you don't leave the house, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. In particular, Li Yunzhen from the housekeeping depar**ent has good service, good attitude, and is attentive and considerate! I will stay in this hotel again next time.
