FuguoyuanyedefengThe location is fantastic, right by the lake, which is the most beautiful spot in Zhengzhou. It's lively at night with stunning views. I loved the lobby; it's stylish and cozy. The JW Marriott brand really delivers. The room was spacious with a great view, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Hu La Tang (spicy soup) and Rou Jia Mo (meat burger), as well as various noodles. You can even take coffee to go – Marriott is quite generous. The Executive Lounge food was also very good, and the staff were well-trained; we ended up not going out for dinner. Xiao Luo from housekeeping left a handwritten welcome card and folded a heart, which was a lovely touch, thank you. The express service was very prompt, and I appreciated the weather forecast displayed inside the elevator – a thoughtful detail. Lucky at the front desk checked us in quickly; she was efficient and her warm smile was truly welcoming. Ms. Men Jingxue was also very enthusiastic, proactively greeting guests, guiding them to the front desk, and providing information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. Thank you!

The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped. It was relatively quiet in the evenings. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also very close to the Tianbing Cold Drink Factory store. After we used up the two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, the staff proactively replenished an extra bottle the next day. Excellent service!

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

The swimming and fitness facilities are comprehensive, and the quiet environment ensured a very restful sleep. The front desk staff, especially Abby, handled check-in and check-out quickly and responded to requests promptly. Five stars, highly recommended.

The resort environment is tranquil and elegant, surrounded by lush greenery, making it very pleasant. The hot spring pools offer a wide variety, and the water quality is clean and warm, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The guest rooms are tidy and comfortable, the accompanying dining offers authentic flavors, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. With comprehensive recreational facilities, it's perfect for friends and family to relax and vacation together. The value for money is considerable, making it an excellent choice for a leisurely health retreat near the city.

WillsonwillLuoyang International Hotel absolutely blew us away with its bedding, service, and food! We arrived at 7 AM, and they had already held a room for us from the night before, allowing for an early check-in. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our requests. This summer, we traveled 15,000 kilometers with our kids, through Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang, staying in hotels for a total of 20 nights. Our last stop on the way back to Guangzhou was Luoyang. Aside from the presidential suite in Nalati, which cost over 10,000 RMB a night and speaks for itself in terms of price and view, the service at Luoyang International Hotel surpassed everywhere else. I would definitely recommend it to friends and will certainly stay here again!

Cece12I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar.
Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large.
Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink.
Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.

WGJFThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station's west exit – super close! Getting to the city center by taxi or subway is also a breeze. You can even walk around the station to the original Mixue Bingcheng store, though I heard the queue is notoriously long, so I skipped it. I also heard that Pang Dong Lai will be opening next door in October. I happened to be here during Zhou Shen's concert, so rooms were hard to come by! The room itself was large and clean, and 'Xiao Ka' at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. If I get the chance to visit Zhengzhou again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

helerenThe Hilton is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Zhengzhou. I'd say I've stayed there over 80% of the time, whether for business or leisure. Being an international chain, you can always count on their facilities and service. The lobby has a great vibe, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. The pool is 1.3 meters deep and there's also a hot tub, so it's enjoyable whether you can swim or not.
