Old hotel but well maintained, warm and thoughtful service, free swimming pool tickets, very good swimming pool, the best swimming pool I have ever seen, the water temperature is just right at 28 degrees, the water is clean. Also free bathing coupons. In the evening, I ordered a meal for two in the room, Henan stew, very delicious, plus two bowls of rice and two bowls of soup, the price is only 78 yuan. It's really good value. I had a great stay, and I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xuchang.

The room is large, clean and sanitary. The mattress is moderately hard and soft. I didn't have to choose my seat or suffer from insomnia on the first night. The bathroom and shower are separated and do not affect each other. The smart toilet and Dyson hair dryer are relatively new. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of freshly cooked noodles, porridge and freshly squeezed juice, cold dishes, hot dishes, pasta, Western pastries and sushi. There is a lot of choice. It is very convenient to go out. There is a subway station on the right side of the gate, and there will be no congestion when taking a taxi at the door. It is very close to the National Treasure Building Station when you sign up for a group to go to Laojun Mountain. It only takes a few minutes to get there by taxi in the morning. It was too late that day when we came back from Laojun Mountain. All dinners in the hotel were over. We ordered takeout, and the lobby staff helped to deliver it to the room. It was very considerate. The afternoon tea and cocktails in the executive lounge were also great. It was good to have a drink before going to bed. The only drawback was that it closed too early at night. The overall feeling was very good and comfortable. I will choose here next time I come to Luoyang. The waiter was also very enthusiastic and gave me a souvenir before leaving.

Locals in Jiaozuo! I went out with my good friends to relax too far. I was afraid of traffic jams and chose Yuntai Mountain. Then I started to choose the hotel 🏨 and then I saw this one because I felt very relaxed near the mountain. When I came, we brought a lot of big bags and small bags. Butlers helped us take it for a long time. Things, help us to the room, the black tea at the front desk was really delicious (remembered deeply) and then the housekeeper took us to the room. The scenery on the balcony was really cured, and I was stunned 🤯 Then I stayed in the room with my good friend for a day without going out. In the evening, the aunt ordered their food and sent it to the room and a good friend had a meal in the room. This feeling is really wonderful! ! But I was in a hurry to eat and forgot to take pictures. 📷 The next morning, there was breakfast. The bun was really delicious than the one I bought in the city. Then my aunt filled me with two haha 😁 anyway, the experience this time is very good! I will visit  often in the future.

Certainly a 5 star hotel in every respect. Excellent generous breakfast daily, refreshments in room, dinner was of the highest standard. Rooms lavishly appointed. Mr Hon from the concierge is very helpful in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. All the staff were brilliant. A must stay for any international traveller. Alex from Sydney Australia.

The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment.

Yam snacks: very local! Facilities: perfect! Impeccable! Convenient and easy to use! Hygiene: This really has to be given 100 points! Wyndham Group is trustworthy! Impeccable, the bathtub is also very clean, perfect! Environment: Impeccable! I am really strict, but this is the fourth hotel I have stayed in Henan, and this hotel has reached the peak of cost performance! Service: Impeccable! Every waiter is very enthusiastic! Especially the front desk lady Miss Shi! Perfect service! It really feels like home! We decided to stay a few more days to experience the beauty of Jiaozuo! Because of a hotel, our whole family is full of good feelings for this city! All service industries should really learn from Days Inn!
