The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to the places to visit. However, if a mouse fell into the refrigerator in the hotel room, it would die of hunger and thirst. We don't say the refrigerator should be full, but couldn't you even put a glass of water? Forget about the cold drink, they didn't even put water. Also, even though I paid the city tax during my reservation, they charged me the city tax again. Be careful, don't pay it.
The hotel is located in the office park, the environment is relatively quiet, the hotel has been in business for about 10 years, the facilities are relatively new, the rooms are very clean, and the service staff are very warm..
It doesn't feel far on the map, if you don't drive, you can listen far away. Arrived in the middle of the night, in the RV base. It's good to not need a room card to give you a generated password. The room is not big in Europe, basically the same, that is, the breakfast is very convenient, always used to eating simple meals occasionally is not used to it. The hotel itself has no problem with the airport transfer.
Stay in cpuple to celebrate our 4 years, in this very beautiful hotel.
Super well placed in a very quiet place and only 800m from the beach (10min walk following a magnificent open street)
Very hearty lunch, we absolutely enjoyed everything.
Very good attendance, so very quiet at night.
Sufficient space and modern room, modern bathroom too, maybe a little too small anyway
Comfortable bed and mattress.
We hear a little outside noise, surely a single glazing window.
In short, if we come back to this magnificent city, we will surely choose this hotel again.
Long live the Ibis chain, a sure value.
This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything.
I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready.
That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.
This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

Very Good
GGuest UserA clean and spacious bed, shower and toilet, wifi, everything you need in a hostel is provided. The dorms have curtains to ensure privacy. There is a bar, so it is more for young people who want to drink and have fun, and is not suitable for people looking for a quiet environment, but as long as you are careful about that, it is not a problem. There is a storage space that can fit a suitcase, but it does not have a lock, so if you are worried about theft, please bring a padlock. There is no kitchen, so you cannot cook for yourself, but free coffee and tea are available at the bar from 8am, and you can borrow tableware, so you can buy snacks and eat there.
Hhz2glrThe location is really good. First, it is just on the right side of the Central Railway Station, only more than 200 meters away; second, it is only separated from the Lake of Love and the monastery by a road and a river. After the tour, it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the clock tower and other attractions. It is convenient to eat and drink inside and outside the railway station, and there is also a Carrefour supermarket.
The check-in at the front desk is simple and fast. Not only is the dry and wet area separated in the room, but even the basin is independent. Clean and safe.
The disadvantage is that the WiFi is too weak; the room space is small, and daily necessities cannot be placed.

GGuest UserJust back from a weekend in Bruges and I can't recommend the Hotel Bryghia highly enough. It's in a great location - just far enough out of the centre to be blissfully quiet and but less than 10 mins walk from the Market Square and Belfry. Right next to a beautiful canal and bridge. It was the perfect balance of an old building but with modern facilities. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. We were welcomed by the very warm, friendly owner, and by some Belgian chocolates in our room! The map and local knowledge he shared were priceless. We are already planning to visit again in the Summer and will definitely book the Bryghia.

SSusanSecond stay at the hotel.
The room wasn't quite as big as previous stays, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
The hotel itself is beautiful, great service and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.
Of course it's not a cheap stay, but for a 5* it's very well priced and I will definitely be returning again.
The only thing I would comment, which is a very particular observation by me, is that tge complimentary toiletries are not branded. It would be nice to have L'occitane, Molton Brown or Elemis especially in a 5*.But as I say, a very lovely hotel and it won't be my last stay
KKiaraliuThe breakfast in the hotel is great, the style and texture of the hotel are excellent, although the room sound insulation may not be very good, but it does not have much impact, located near the old town, you can walk to the most lively place, the service staff is also very nice, if you need a hot water bottle, you can ask the service staff
SSThe location is very good, right in the city centre. Walking distance to attraction places and it only takes minutes. The only dislike thing about this place was we booked 2 rooms, our room is fine, but my parents room is super smelly, the carpet stink all over the room. Recommend ppl come to this place, ask the hotel staff for the upper floors room.
MMan KaHotel location is good, very close to city centre. Staff are very nice, showing us where to visit and good dinner places. Room is very clean and tidy, highly recommended! 👍🏻
GGuest UserFriendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.
