Sehr schönes Hotel aus den 30iger-Jahren. Freundliches, lösungsorientiertes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Lage. Schöne grosse Zimmer. Da Alter des Hotels hat seine Tücken. Zum Teil kann man die schön grossen Fenster nicht öffnen und es ist sehr ringhörig. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und konnten wegen einer grossen Gruppe junger Sportler (es fand ein Fussball-Turnier statt), welche durchgehend Party im Zimmer machten, sehr schlecht schlafen. Das Hotelmanagement hat sich dafür bei uns in aller Form entschuldigt und uns erklärt, dass sie trotz Security-Einsatz die Situation nicht besser in den Griff bekommen konnten. Fazit! Das Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne.

The location is really good. First, it is just on the right side of the Central Railway Station, only more than 200 meters away; second, it is only separated from the Lake of Love and the monastery by a road and a river. After the tour, it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the clock tower and other attractions. It is convenient to eat and drink inside and outside the railway station, and there is also a Carrefour supermarket. The check-in at the front desk is simple and fast. Not only is the dry and wet area separated in the room, but even the basin is independent. Clean and safe. The disadvantage is that the WiFi is too weak; the room space is small, and daily necessities cannot be placed.

This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

The room was clean, the location was excellent, the building was very distinctive, and the front desk service was very good! Must be praised. Equipped with bars and restaurants. very satisfied! The surrounding environment is also very good!

Breakfast is too bad, can't eat at all, almost can't see the food, this price breakfast is a bit unreasonable, the variety is pitiful, I am really sorry for this price

The location is very good, right in the city centre. Walking distance to attraction places and it only takes minutes. The only dislike thing about this place was we booked 2 rooms, our room is fine,but my parents room is super smelly, the carpet stink all over the room. Recommend ppl come to this place, ask the hotel staff for the upper floors room.

The reception staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly and took the initiative to introduce me to where there was a fitness center and swimming pool, restaurant, beach, etc. There is a spinach center on the first floor of the hotel. There is a restaurant in it.
