This was a really good option and great value. It's a bit out of town but easy to get to by car or train. The rooms are very spacious (much more so than most at this price) and in well maintained art deco style and have attractive views out over hills and good sized balconies to take full advantage of the views. It's unpretentious, congenial and represents really good value for money. Service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend considering. Thank you to all at the hotel.

Well regardless of either reviews we enjoyed this hotel. 1st it was very well priced. Secondly the room though basic was very very comfortable and spotless. And the view from the balcony of the room is priceless. It was off season so the restaurant was tired and dated feeling. ( Hard to complain about a breakfast that costs €2.50) A large beer was €3 and I drank two of those on the lovely terrace. Def need to drive here but would have no issues going back for the views alone. Staff also very nice.

The only lack of a point is actually because of myself, I don’t know that Perugia is a mountain city at all. I thought it was easy to walk from the train station to the hotel, but who knows that it was a steep slope, it was instant petrochemical, and the perseverance family pulled the box up the mountain, definitely more energy than jumping the grass. The hotel has an elevator up the mountain for 5m, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also very rich. Mind if you don't mind, the bus or mini subway can be.

For work I booked this property I list the strong points Friendliness and care of the guest by the owner Rachele; outdoor spaces swimming pool, restaurant, aperitif corner all overlook a beautiful panorama, breakfast just right for both sweet and savory so as to avoid waste, dinner very good and well-prepared even in the presentation. Things to improve: my room was near the elevator operator and therefore being a light sleeper I often heard the engine running, soundproofing of the rooms to be improved, a customer would be very pleased to find soap dispensers for the shower and for the bathroom, and a wall-mounted hairdryer even if for the latter Rachele said she is taking care of it, for my room the shower for me was a bit small and the spring mattress was not to my liking. However, being a three-star hotel it can be very good as an accommodation for one night but I would highly recommend it for spending a day at the pool and for wonderful aperitifs and dinner.

Staff is very kind and welcoming; check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are very comfortable and quite big very clean and comfortable. Tea set at your disposal was very appreciated. The bed was very very comfortable Bathroom quite big and very clean, fluffy towels! We stayed for dinner as well: it offers a nice chioce of dishes everything was very well cooked and presented; staff very careful and nice.

We absolutely loved our stay with Casa Vera! We stayed in the Orchid suite and it was perfect for us. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast had a nice little assortment. The Enoteca was also fun to go to. We did a flight of local wines and had some snacks which were delicious. For dinner, we went to both restuarants they recommended and they were fantastic (Mamma Angela and La Grotta) . We fell in love with the town of Orvieto and can't wait to return.

We loved our one-night stay at this hotel. The town is wonderful, and the hotel is wonderfully situated. We walked the 15 minutes from the top of the funicular. Our room was a corner room on the 5th floor, with a large balcony on one side and a smaller balcony (still large enough for two chairs and a table) on the other side. Breakfast was quite nice. The location is within a ~5 minute walk of a number of great restaurants, several beautiful piazzas including the Duomo. Will definitely be back on a future trip!

Era la prima volta che andavo a Spoleto e devo dire che è stata un esperienza molto positiva,anche se per un giorno solo.Per quel che riguarda l'hotel devo dare il massimo di valutazione più che positiva,dal personale gentilissimo e molto professionale a la stanza veramente bella e pulita,per quel che riguarda la colazione devo dire che c'era ogni ben di Dio, tornerò sicuramente,questa volta spero per più giorni,un saluto da Giuseppe.

There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same. The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap. The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

I stayed for Umbria jazz and was amazing all the staff..the room...faboulus breakfast...so clean so quiet!! There a plus ..the bus that tales you for free to Santa Giuliana Arena for concerts and back every hour from 5 p.m. and back every hour too..in the same plaza you take the elevator for center so this bus is a great great thing!! So nice!!!

I liked this hostel itself, very small but nice; modern interior, clean, very good WiFi, nice staff (Mariam and Veronica) at the reception, which is however only manned for a short time. And the central location is great anyway! I would have liked to stay 3-4 nights, especially since the price/performance ratio was right for me. BUT: the weak point of this hostel seems to be the lack of communication and the missing respectful treatment. Why? When I arrived by bike at about 19.30, I asked for a bed in a 8-bed room, as it was still advertised on *********** for €22. As I wanted to book directly, they only charged me €20 - great! So I booked right away for two nights and paid by credit card. However, the first of the two 8-bed rooms was already fully booked and apparently they forgot to take the offer off the platform - that's what I assume. So the boss instructed the employee via WhatsApp to sell the dorm, which I now have to myself, as a private room for the double price, €40, although the deal (for the dorm, 2 x 20€) had already been done and was paid!! I objected and in the meantime, of course, the offer was no longer on the platform. They said the supervisor would come in about 15 minutes, I wanted to discuss this matter with him. During about an hour I did not use the room, but the boss never showed up! After I insisted on my position the next day, they wrote me via WA that there is no free bed for the second night anymore. This was a LIE of course, but it showed me clearly how they deal with unwelcomed guests. In the afternoon, they wrote me that the €18 for the second night (already paid) would be waived, only to announce 15 minutes later that the management had had enough of my complaint and that my (paid) booking had been cancelled and I should vacate the room by 8pm otherwise the key would be blocked - WOW!! I can say with a clear conscience that I always expressed my arguments objectively and remained friendly in communication, so there was no real reason for this childish step. In the end, however, I gave in because I didn't want to change accommodation in the evening after my day trip and I was tired of writing with them. The decision-makers, whom I unfortunately never got to see, argued that they could set the prices themselves as they want and that they did not want to trade like on the fish market. I can understand this attitude. But to change the conditions AFTER the payment, I think it's unfair! One more detail: normally they charge daily €5 to store a bicycle somewhere inside. This months they don't ask for this amount because of renovation work or something, as the receptionist said. But, to counter my dissatisfaction, the bosses in the background said they would be so generous and waive the (currently non-existent) bike fee ... The bottom line is that these people don't take the truth too seriously.

Il soggiorno è stato purtroppo deludente sin dall'arrivo.Eravamo in viaggio con una bimba di 4 anni e ci siamo ritrovati a salire due piani di scale (più alte del normale) a piedi, portando valigie e passeggino, senza alcuna assistenza, dopo aver perso un'ora a cercare un posto per la macchina (cosa impossibile).All'arrivo in albergo, abbiamo chiesto di poter utilizzare un bagno, ma ci hanno chiesto quale fosse la nostra camera, senza considerare il disagio evidente. A quanto pare, non esiste un bagno comune accessibile ai clienti. Nonostante avessi specificato che la bambina dormiva con noi, ci è stata assegnata una camera con tre letti, quando sarebbe stata sufficiente una matrimoniale. Le lenzuola, inoltre, non sono state cambiate, e quelle fornite erano sporche, un dettaglio davvero inaccettabile. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare: vengono forniti cornetti confezionati, oppure un ticket per un bar che si raggiunge solo dopo una lunga camminata, praticamente impraticabile con una bimba piccola o senza un'ottima forma fisica. Per raggiungere il centro dall'hotel è un'impresa: se avete 20 anni o siete allenati, può andare, ma con bimbi o persone poco abituate a percorsi faticosi, lo sconsiglio. Dopo 3 giorni, almeno si risparmia sull'abbonamento in palestra, ma purtroppo non è abbastanza per giustificare un'esperienza cosi' poco soddisfacente. Non consiglierei questa struttura a famiglie o a chiunque non voglia affrontare disagi di questo tipo. Peccato, perchè con un minimo di attenzione ai dettagli e ai bisogni degli ospiti, potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

Comfortable parking, comfortable bed, excellent shower, air-frokost and discrete. A little old but functional hotel for business. A bottle of water and snack at the start, very appreciated.

In generale la struttura è un buon tre stelle. È a tema cioccolato, per cui nella Hall c'è uno store dedicato. Le camere hanno uno stile meno moderno, ma sono molto pulite. La mia camera tra l'altro aveva il parquet. Al 5o piano, oltre al ristorante, c'è una piscina e un solarium con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione.  Ottima la colazione...Tanta varietà di dolci e buona anche la parte salata.  Ottima anche l'organizzazione. Causa covid il buffet non è libero ma ti servono loro e, nonostante l'albergo fosse veramente pieno, tutto scorreva senza intoppi.  Lo staff tutto molto cortese, ma un ringraziamento particolare va alla ragazza bionda che serviva ai tavoli e che credo gestisse tutta la sala... Tanta professionalità e gentilezza. La location non è super centrale ma di fronte all'hotel c'è una fermata degli autobus, e con la macchina sono 5 minuti per raggiungere il centro.. A piedi non credo sia impossibile ma non ho provato, anche perché Perugia è una città che si sviluppa in altezza. Il parcheggio non è custodito, ma ci sono dei posti auto a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona è un po' infelice perché nei dintorni non c'è nulla, nemmeno per fare una passeggiata la sera.

This is a very nice hotel. I rate five stars for the wonderful people working there and the amazing breakfast that came with our booking. The wine shop was nice too. Grabbed a bottle and drank on the terrace our last night there. Room needs improvement. Could have been cooler (a/c), for sure. Needs a painting and some maintenance/attention. It was clean, though, and had a nice firm mattress. Cleaning crew did an amazing job also. Wish there was a 4.5 on the scale as I would have selected it.

Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Sadly we only stayed one night in Assisi which is an absolutely charming town!! The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The shower in the bathroom has a tub which has a high step to get in to, not a problem for us, but if this is a concern inquire if they have rooms without the tub option. Our room was on the valley side so we had an incredible view. Breakfast was your standard selection of pastries, eggs, bacon, fruit and cheeses. Many of the streets in Assisi are steep as is the one the hotel is on. There is not much parking specifically for the hotel, we had a driver so this was not an issue for us as we did not have a vehicle that needed to be parked. The hotel is located within walking distance of shops and many sites, but as I said the streets are quite steep so take this into account when planning your visit!

In a quick step in Assisi I chose this solution and I was very good. The friendly owner just arrived and welcomed me by making me feel at home and providing me useful advice on how to organise my short stay as well as possible. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a view on the square of the railway station, and breakfast served on the ground floor offered excellent house cakes and a small corner of the salt. Thank you again, Mrs. Flor, I'll certainly come back!

Reduce dal pellegrinaggio sulla “Via di Francesco” ho soggiornato per 2 notti presso l’Hotel Pallotta approfittando della trattoria per la cena. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno in Hotel le piccole ed accoglienti camere sono ben curate e pulite, il bagno purtroppo è molto piccolo e poco pratico a causa della doccia a vista che bagna tutto. Bella la vista dalla mia finestra, per quanto ai rumori essendo una struttura vecchia affacciata su vie molto frequentate, non si può pretendere, sia per gli interni che gli esterni. Buona la colazione ed il servizio annesso, (merenda e caffe a disposizione tutto il giorno). Ci tornerei.

This place is amazing! It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and convenient for shopping. The room was the most comfortable room I have stayed at in years. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All of the basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an excellent start to the day. Please note that Assisi is a hillside village. As such, there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. (I think we only saw one hotel that may be “flat” with a lift.) If you need a room on the main level (which is still up some steps) or with minimal steps, be sure to let the staff know ahead of time.
