The most beautiful, clean, and relaxing VIP service is provided by the hotel. The friendly and attentive staff at the front desk is truly amazing. The service is exceptional, and the room is beautiful and very clean. This is the best hotel you can ever stay in, considering the reasonable price and great location. The VIP service is included in the regular price, which is a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel to families and businesses alike. The restaurant is also amazing, with friendly staff and delicious food. The food is Arabian cuisine with a very tasty style.

It does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The TV has no international channels, the remote control does not work well, there are few sockets, which is very inconvenient to use, and there is no toothbrush or anything like that.

We had a nice time in the hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Total value for money. 30 mins from Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa. Staffs were always very helpful.

One night quick stay but it was brilliant. The staff was so helpful and ready to help. This hotel is in a great location as you can get Careem to Ajman and Sharjah easily. 25mins - 35mins to Dubai. I would come back as it’s very affordable and clean.

The resort is kind of old, not exactly like the pictures, there's no facilities for children, only a public swimming pool, its only privacy, and here are some points. If you book more than one room, there are no two adjacent rooms, and every one of them will be in a building, and when you get to the hotel, you bargain on accepting an elephant for extra money. - That's overstated compared to newer hotels. - The resort is not beached, there is no beach.

overall it’s a good hotel and everything works fine , but if you need to be close to Dubai downtown it’s too far and traffic has become an issue. The room smelled strange and bed pillows i found uncomfortable as well as the bedlinen smelled old/ not good not fresh it annoyed me a bit . the room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom nice . If the location doesn’t matter it’s a good choice . The area around it has nothing to offer lots of traffic , better don’t walk around there

The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there.

Hotel to dobry wybór na dłuższą przesiadkę – komfortowe pokoje i miła obsługa. Niestety, brak darmowego transferu na lotnisko to duży minus, szczególnie że trzeba przejść ruchliwą drogą bez chodnika.

Really good hotel the location is next to one of the biggest mall and the room also really huge. Service 10/10
