I booked this hotel just before I left for a trip that was decided suddenly and I didn't do any research, but it was a very clean and comfortable hotel. They even called to confirm my arrival time and the front desk staff were very helpful. I'll come again ٩(^‿^)۶

I stayed here for one night to recuperate. I only stayed one night, but you can buy breakfast tickets at the front desk. As it's in front of the station, there are izakayas and gyoza restaurants for dinner, which was convenient. There is nighttime ramen available in the building in the evening. The women's large bath has a PIN code, and security is tight. I was surprised at how close it was to the station. I would definitely like to use it again.

Connected directly to the station via a skybridge, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of food options near the station. The lobby also has a free coffee machine. The room size is relatively large for a Tokyo hotel, and the bathroom is separated into three areas, though the design is a bit strange. Instead of a desk and chair, they've squeezed in a coffee table and two single armchairs.

Right next to Kawagoe Station, the surrounding facilities are complete, you can take a walk after dinner, on the other side is a commercial street, a variety of food and snacks, as well as a shopping mall, local supermarkets have everything

Very convenient to go to tokyo by subway and easy to go Haneda and Narita airport by bus cause of the bus station is close to the hotel.

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are significantly more spacious than what you'd typically find in Tokyo. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and is roughly three times larger than those in similarly priced hotels near Ueno. It's under a 10-minute walk from Omiya West Exit, with incredibly convenient shopping and dining options nearby. I misplaced my room key once during my stay, and they replaced it free of charge. Ctrip's dynamic pricing felt quite aggressive, but luckily, it was a business trip, so I didn't dwell on it. There are no tall buildings in the vicinity, offering a pleasant view from the window. Omiya is also a major transportation hub, making it easy to travel anywhere. Ueno is just over 20 minutes away by train. It's a viable alternative for accommodation when visiting Tokyo.

The hotel room was spacious. While the room felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, and the train station was just a 6-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

There was an air purifier, but when I filled it with water, the drain was broken and it couldn't humidify. There were quite a few scratches inside the toilet bowl that appeared to have been made during cleaning, and at first I mistook it for dirt; they looked like they were made by rubbing with a metal scrubbing pad. It looks bad so I think it needs to be repaired. The location and view are good, so it's fine for business use. Breakfast was also decent.

Very close to Kawagoe Station, convenient transportation location, you can also pay for Japanese breakfast 1000 yen, or eat at the nearby convenience store is also great, the size of the room is cleverly designed, the lighting is good and comfortable to live in, I hope to stay in the same room next time
