Does not record audio.Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house as this property is rented out to families, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.**Christmas Tree setup and take down fee $50 fee applied for cleaner to setup tree ($25) and to take down tree ($25)**Kids rooms tents and canopy are provided on a best effort basis, not guaranteed and guest must setup and take down as not all guests require them. $25 fee applies if cleaner has to put away.
