Friendly and pleasant staff despite our super late arrival. Great room decoration for our wedding. Only downside breakfast not enough variety and we wanted to use the bathtub but the water was brown. Afterwards, it's not the fault of the staff, but they should have checked. Clean room and comfortable bed.

And especially space ( SPA ) , wondered by the warm atmosphere of this relaxing place with the friendly welcome and gentleness of a SPA receptionist , ***** Boudraa ILYES well watched , he very well welcomed and informed me ! The swimming pool and very clean equipment allows us to enjoy the full in very good atmosphere I, who visits this place, also noticed a young man who cares for the clean and comfortable of the client and that is very important; Thanks to vs (bathroom cleaning agent and SPA) Sincerely; everything is top! Very good continuation on this team rate of SPA .... Most satisfied client!

Not easy getting people that speaks English. Hamza did our checkin and was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Karim for taking us to the airport. Note: couldn’t use my GHD didn’t have a travel adapter with me, hotel also didn’t have any available for me to use.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are very spacious, clean, the bed is very comfortable. However, the negative sides, the first is that parking is very difficult to reach the hotel because it does not connect, it only connects the hotel apartments, which is problematic when you have big bags, The second problem is the household women who touch 10h in the room and opens the door without even approval, finally the last negative point is the night's deep-down music that is probably due to a chicha.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at le privilege hotel, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Well located hotel, very well laid out, with a beautiful swimming pool, well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, bathroom is spotless, very nice billiard room, varied breakfast for all tastes, attentive staff, very attentive. Méridien hotel and convention centre is an amazing building with a splendid sea view, but nothing went well from day one. So I'd like to highlight the below points: At first, on June 22th, 2022 exactly at 8am , at the door entrance, an impolite security agent, I didn't see his name, had a bad attitude toward my father,  he stopped him by saying (Sir ! what do you need here? My father replied : good morning,  my daughter works here, I will drop her and I will leave. He said ok but be quick ! No good morning,  no smile, no respect) What a shame ! Another one has asked me and my colleagues : do not walk here in this area !!! So ridiculous, too much ban for no specific reason ! Secondly,  our IBC office (international broadcast center) was barely clean, from the first day till the last day you could see dust on the desk top, foot prints on the floor where other people walked, It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time ! Well,  we had to clean it by our selves. Moreover,  another story with another security agent B. AEK to whom I went to ask him about my ring that I have lost, he talked to me meanly and with unrespectful way ! For all I know, the role of the security agent is to give guests a remarkable first impression about the hotel, and welcomes them warmly with a broad smile. Besides, you do not need formal qualifications to do this job but a good general education is useful. Furthermore, I believe that every single employee of the hotel must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with guests, he or she is very courteous and friendly in order to make guests feel relaxed and at home in the hotel, unfortunately that wasn't the case in Méridien hotel. Security team needs better training except one or two who are polite and helpful like Mr Houari and Mr Samir. To put it in a nutshell, I felt uncomfortable and unsatisfied, an effort is needed to reach 5 stars standards, hope things will get better.

Being a frequent visitor to Algeria for business and having stayed in a number of so called ”5 Star” properties, this is by far the only one that deserves this rating. Excellent stay and will definitely be a regular visitor to this hotel. Even the service doesn't compare to any of the other hotels. Great Stay - Would definitely recommend!

Hotel to flee. The staff is high and unpleasant to wish. Vs takes for milk cows to vs add supplements for everything and especially without having informed you in advance. We book a room on the internet for 5 people, we receive a mail confirming our reservation with a little additional word indicating that the room will no longer be available if we want to extend our stay beyond dates No problem. We arrive 2 days before our reservation to make sure the hotel is ideally located and the location is quite clean. We have a hostess that confirms our reservation and announces a new room price already higher. We accepted, however, that it was not correct because the price shown on the site is different. On the day of our reservation we arrive at 13:00, although the hotel is not full, we retorque that you have to wait for Check in at 15h. No flexibility already, that is how they have the sense of service. At 15:00 at the time of Check in we are adding a supplement because we are with a child when everything was stipulated in my reservation, when I arrive, etc... I'm angry to tell them that it's not normal and of course these people differ from me The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good. We'll talk about the hotel room: The hotel is not bad.The bedroom, furniture, TV channels. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. The restaurant:very surfactant. 6000 da / person (at will).Once the products have finished (e.g. tomato sauce, steak) if there is more, and bay there is more!!! This is at least 1h - 45 min, before the end of the service. I tasted a little for everything! Pasta to avoid,steak not bad, pizza pasta is huge. Ah yes the coffee is in extra , for a cafeinman c is handy. I would have liked a commercial gesture, for the dinner. A little mitigated. Personnel:coming people and others without more. Sahitttt.

We had wonderful memories in this hotel , the staff members were so nice, helpful and friendly , the hotel is surrounded by different shops ,a supermarket, a hospital, also the bus station is near . You can have a 10 minutes walk then you'll find the sea .
