Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. However, in terms of space, it was just enough for four people and felt a little tight, especially with our luggage. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from with limited option to suit different tastes. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. The walk from the hotel lobby to the tower entrance takes no more than 3 minutes, and from there, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the mosque entrance. The walk was mostly indoor which is a plus point during summer.

I would recommend the stay here for the proximity to haram. However, house keeping needs to do better. Our sheets were not changed for days we had to complain twice. They apologized and fixed up.

Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

Our second time staying at Conrad Jabal Omar. The hotel is the best in location as it’s as crowded as the Makkah towers and you get to walk just a little further with cafes and food options right after prayer. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. Size is great for both families and couples. Room service is impeccable and the staff is ever ready to assist you with anything you need.
