It was a place to lay our heads for the evening and that is the best I can say, property was poorly maintained, the room was very old and quite dated, my daughter said “ this looks like a house from a scary movie” overall cleanliness was alright. The price was extremely high for what is offered and for being part of the choice hotel family I was extremely disappointed. As I told the front desk agent they can use a major makeover of the property overall to include the parking lot. Best part of the trip was the front desk agent Felicia was was very professional and accommodating if not for that it was a total bust honestly !!!!

This hotel was very nice the room was very comfortable the beds were very comfortable. It’s super close to Kings Dominion and a bunch of gas stations. The staff was very sweet and helpful:))

It was fine for us the location was great for the activities we had planned. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool and fitness center was closed.

The service here was great - the front desk attendant was quick and very nice. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the shower pressure and temp were great. The curtains don’t quite block out all the light and the AC is loud, but it was great for the price.

I recently stayed at The Bay Inn and was thoroughly impressed. The room was quaint, exuding a cozy charm that made me feel right at home. The cute courtyard added a delightful touch to the experience—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was unbeatable, putting me within easy reach of everything I wanted to explore. Best of all, it offered terrific value, making it a top choice for anyone looking for quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

The gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly The room was clean, I enjoyed my one night stay.

This place is a little gem, right next to the airport. I think my room was under $80 bucks after taxes and it’s a beautiful space—really clean (very modern) wonderful staff.  Mrs. Patel even arranged a $10 ride to the airport when I couldn’t book an Uber.   Best spot ever, I will be back!  Wonderful stay!

My company booked a night for us at the red roof inn on February 8, 2021. First, our upper management messed up the reservation and didn’t book us enough rooms. Then, the first half of our crew arrives and decides to all take their own rooms instead of pairing together like we are supposed to. Then, our boss didn’t email her a rooming list like he was supposed to. So 10 of us show up at 9 PM with no rooming list to work from and not enough rooms booked, and just bombard Amanda. She was amazing!!! She sat down with us and figured out the room list with us and helped us move people around and situate them so everyone had their ideal room mate and she also had to move things around to make sure we all had a room to go as the hotel was very booked. Since she was out of rooms to offer us, she provided a cot for one of our employees to sleep on. We showed up with a ton of problems that were all OUR fault, not red roof’s issue to deal with at all & she took the time to sit with us and get it all figured out. We all appreciated her so much as we had just arrived from an 8 hour drive and we’re exhausted. Amanda really helped us expedite and organize the process and we couldn’t be more grateful.
