Aria on the bank provided a very comfortable apartment style accommodation. The location was convenient to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was also nice and warm on the cold winter nights in Dunedin.

We washed and waiting our clothes to be dried in the dryer machine. It’s about room checkout time. The owner let us wait until the dryer completed, although it passed the check out  time. We were grateful to her kindness and helpfulness very much. 

Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!

It is located next to the beach, with a large park with amusement facilities to enjoy. There is also a convenience store and Asian supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Although the hotel has a bar, if there is a place for cooking, it will definitely attract more people to book rooms.

Located around the city centre, with a lot of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Free parking for staying guest, guest can also use their washing machine. Room is clean and big, with free wifi access.

The roses in this hotel are of very good quality and are bigger than fists. The room is also quite spacious, you can cook your own food (cook instant noodles), it is clean and tidy. Parking is also very convenient.

Because I arrived at the hotel late, the hotel turned on the heating and lights in advance. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, parking is safe and convenient, and it is very close to the lighthouse attractions. The room was clean and tidy, there were microwave ovens and other facilities, and the shower water pressure was very high. It was highly recommended.
