"The soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet, which is a blessing for light sleepers. They also provide complimentary water, biscuits, desserts, coffee, and tea. Surprisingly, there's even popcorn and instant noodles! As soon as you enter, you can feel how thoughtful the hotel is. It's also conveniently located, just a seven-minute walk from the MRT station. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taoyuan."

"The hotel is clean and the service is very good
There was a slight smell of smoke when I first entered the room.
If you want a fixed shower head, you can replace it with an angle-adjustable wall mount.
The rest are good
Will consider staying again next time"

JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.

AAnonymous UserI really love it! It's very supportive, the quality is excellent, exactly as described by the seller, I'm very satisfied, I really like it, it completely exceeded my expectations, the shipping speed was very fast, and the packaging was very careful.
AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is questionable. I booked the room a month in advance, but they didn't mention whether breakfast was included. I had to call the front desk to ask, but they hung up before I could finish speaking. I booked two rooms that day, but the other room had a black floor, smelled of smoke, and the sofa was broken. Although the location is very good, the service is poor. I hope they can improve.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, but the staff weren't very friendly, and they were slow to replenish the dishes. I'd recommend going early for a better selection. The coffee machine has a hot milk foam option, which is great!
GGuest UserRight across from the 'Hongshulin' MRT station exit, cross the road and walk straight up the 'Wooden Plank Road' stairs (uphill). Then, turn left and walk for about 3 minutes, and you'll arrive. The entrance guardhouse also serves as the check-in and luggage storage counter. Inside the room, there's an entryway with a shoe-changing area and two doors (very safe and quiet). This time, I unexpectedly stayed in a corner triple room (a super large double bed + a single bed), and the space was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It featured wooden floors, a satin sofa, and a marble coffee table. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a marble-tiled shower, a washstand, and a super large, comfortable silver-white jetted tub (with lights that gradually change colors above, creating a dreamy ambiance – soaking in the tub while listening to the birds in the garden was pure bliss!). Each area had its own independent space. Breakfast is included and served in time slots; it was nutritious, delicious, and tasty.
JJeffrey 0115The service staff received and explained kindly. The space in the room is large and spacious, with a large bathtub🛁 for bathing, and an independent garage for parking. The location of the hotel is good and the price of the hotel is reasonable.
露露希塔Aside from a slight smell of smoke—despite being advertised as a smoke-free environment, the smell of smoke was still overwhelming!—everything else was really good. The breakfast was decent, with vegetables and fruit. I really liked the large bathroom in the room, and they even provided snacks and instant noodles, which was great value!
AAlan & Rendy WongWe booked two rooms, one large family room and one couple room. The prior one is spacious, very well designed and it even has an amazing sauna room which was a nice touch to the stay. The kids had loads of fun and laughter. The beds are huge so it can easily fit 4 and maybe even 5 for younger kids. The later is a bit worn down with wallpaper coming off, stains around the tub and just an overall worn down feel to it. So if you can afford a few hundred NT$ more, I would suggest staying at the bigger room to enjoy a good full stay. Breakfast is delicious 😋
GGuest UserThis business trip chose to stay at the new camp of Windsor Castle Motel, and the overall experience was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the interchange, which is very convenient for motorists.
As soon as I walked into the room, the most impressive thing was the spacious space and clean and tidy environment. The beds are moderately hard and soft, providing a comfortable quality of sleep. The bathroom part is quite large, the wet and dry separation is done well, the hot water supply is stable, and it can wash away the fatigue. Although the decoration style is slightly classic, not a trendy design, but well maintained, such as large TV, basic toiletries are all available.
For this price, Windsor Castle offers a great value for money stay. It is a reliable choice for travelers who need to spend the night in the new camp area and seek a clean, comfortable and convenient place to rest.
