The hotel was very comfortable and wasteful in the courtyard and in the pool. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Waste in front of the door, drawings on the walls, floating floor lifting, water all over the floor of the room, chair eaten by something, squeezed bathroom towel, dirty dishes, not washed boards because smell of cigarettes, Gondolling ceiling, sticks stick on the tape, hole in the door of the bathroom, dirt on the plate of current and moreover, there was no electricity and we see outside when the door was closed. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The answer I got was ”It's only the owner who can repay you and he is not there.” At the same time, another client pulls the keys on the account and wants to be repaid too. To date I have still not been repaid. The weekend employee admitted to me outside that he would not sleep in this hotel. The hotel is in a lamentable and unhealthy state. Don't get by the photos taken very long ago !!!

Stay away from This hotel!!! I booked this hotel because it was close to bio dome and the botanical garden near the Olympic stadium . This is not your average hotel and very sketchy People were smoking up at the entrance doors Checked into a smoke filled room Asked to be switched and offered a unsafe basement room With no windows and stretchy entrance leading to a unsecured door. What a fire hazard and cannot believe it’s legal for them to rent out. Refused to offer another safe and secure room. Refused to refund They provided a can to deordize the room I opened the window and it was not secured and handle was loose Turned in the air conditioner under a table Helped with the air quality a bit. The showe is an open shower in the middle of the room. Room was also dirty As we found a empty cup under the bed. Totally disgusting and worst hotel I have stayed at in montreal .

Only one problem: the shower didn't work very well and the light was too strong, it couldn't be regulated!

Downtown Gatineau
Good location, free parking, the first choice for self-driving tour, breakfast is very western, the room is clean, the sound is very good, the reception is also good, not far from the city, the surrounding is slightly deserted.
Auberge St. Jacques

In early May, I stayed for a couple of weeks at the Auberge St-Jacques because my husband had a kidney transplant at The Glen. We have stayed at this establishment many times in the past because he had appointments with specialists at the hospital and we always found the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the area was quiet. In addition, we always felt safe, and both the hospital and grocery stores are quite close. I had to stay at the Auberge a second time, at the last minute, because my husband contracted a serious infection and was airlifted back to the Glen for treatment, which lasted almost a month. When I checked in, the motel was almost full but fortunately, they were able to find me a room, which I kept for the entire time of my husband’s recovery. It was a very stressful time for me during both of my stays at the motel. However, everyone there was kind and caring, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping me endure such huge stresses. I will always cherish their many acts of kindness during an extremely rough time in my life. Everybody was thoughtful and caring. The team is absolutely fantastic! In particular, thank you to: Igor, Olesea, Ira, Irena, Nelly, Marina, Kate, Olga, Tetyana and Jacques… ; - ) Naturally, when my husband has other appointments in Montreal, or we simply go there for a holiday, we will stay at this motel. In fact, we look forward to it! I want to thank the team and I send you my best wishes! Anne Grondin

Resident in this motel for one night, I got a room, barely opened the door, a smell of mold appeared, traces of non-cleaning are evident, traces of dust also. The toilets and the bathroom have been cleaned ”in a hurry”, the door as well as the air conditioning and the bathroom part have visible traces of mold. I greatly doubt the hygiene of the place and the risks that this could bring for visitors.

This is a great little motel in Rimouski right on route 132. It has been recently renovated and is well appointed. The mattress is new and very comfortable; there’s a good sized TV with many channels; there’s a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. We were also provided with some hot chocolate and tea (as well as coffee). The only thing that wasn’t included was breakfast but there is a Tim Hortons right across the street. One thing that would make this motel even better would be better quality towels (the current ones are thin and scratchy).
