Pros: • Stunning sea views, especially during sunrise • Convenient location near shops and eateries • Spacious room with Netflix • Warm flooring, perfect for winter • Early morning surfing views (as early as 6 am) Cons: • Hotel looks tired and needs renovation • Noisy surroundings, disturbing for light sleepers • Frequent, annoying announcements throughout the night • Poor housekeeping: room not cleaned during our 3-night stay (despite request on 2nd day) • Far from main town, requiring Uber rides to attractions The hotel's location by the sea is lovely, but the noise from the surrounding area and constant announcements were frustrating. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of cleaning services was unacceptable. I was worried because other people's reviews mentioned a lot about the smell. The hotel was very old. I had a very relaxing time with my child. If you didn't have enough towels, they provided plenty of towels. The TV size is not that small. Everything was good The water pressure in the bathroom is too rough. It was uncomfortable to shower, but... Everything else was good. I think I'll come to Songjeong Hotel every time I come to Busan. The surrounding area is hot. There are a lot of things to eat. The surrounding buildings had a feel.

I stayed for two days on a business trip to Myeongji, quiet and basic breakfast and snacks I stay well after work. I will use it again next time I come nearby Guide desk is kindㅎ

사장님이 굉장히 친절하십니다 🥹 덕분에 부산 여행을 더 즐겁게 할 수 있었습니다 !! 바로 앞에 편의점도 있고, 근처에 다이소랑 맛있는 돼지국밥 집도 있어서 좋았습니당,, 광안리까지도 직행버스로 30분도 안걸려서 주변 관광하기도 좋았네요 !!! 숙소에 미니 테이블이 있어서 밤에 야식 시켜 먹으면서 놀았어요~ 다음에 부산 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요🥹🥹

When I got to the hotel, I came across an annoying receptionist (an older man). I showed him my voucher, he didn’t believe me that I paid for the hotel room, showed my ID card so that he could check my name, he still didn’t want to give me the key to the room, after that I saw the papers where my name was written, that I paid, forced him to show these papers, and after that they gave me the key... I liked the room, it had everything for a comfortable stay: TV, computer, large bed, comfortable bathroom, hairdryer. In the morning, from 11:00, the same man started calling me to ask me to leave the room, although it was indicated that I could stay there until 12:00!!!

Check-in time is incorrect The time was disappointing as it was delayed due to insufficient cleaning. I couldn't have imagined this. I'm ashamed of myself for making the reservation. I'm even more disappointed because I bought it so expensively.

The staff are friendly, they provide simple breakfast, the facilities are clean, the room size is reasonable, and the room design is good. Recommended.

Because it's the weekend, I used it at a very high price, but I like the location in Ilguang Station. Although I also provide breakfast, I can't use it because I moved to haiyuntai the next day.

It was nice that all the amenities were provided, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no mirror ㅠㅠ
