Because it was a hasty trip, I made a reservation without doing any prior research, but it turned out to be a better place than I expected. Breakfast was also good. I am willing to go again.

Room is good and clean. Not far from subway and easy to find restaurant

The location is very easy to find. The accommodation is not bad, very quiet. I don't know how many people are staying. Anyway, I didn't hear any outside noise and the sound from the next door. Across the road is the west pedestrian street is very lively. Suitable for people who are nightlife. I drew a map to make it easy for the room to set up a small partner. The room was small and clean. Two people lived enough. There is a hot water bottle, coffee and paper cups can be made by yourself, and there is a small refrigerator. Washing supplies are complete. Breakfast goes downstairs, there is a tray, you can bring it to the room to eat, the only thing is that breakfast is single, only bread and cornflakes and chocolate beans, butter, strawberry jam, milk and water. Is it possible to add something else, such as ham or fried eggs? There is also a page written once the reservation is not refundable, it is really a little human feelings, no matter what the big thing, it is no refund. Only breakfast and booking will not return these two points and hope to improve. Everything else is fine, no matter the location, the room is clean, the quietness is very good. The TV is also good, the LCD monitor is quite big, I really don't know how many inches or 54 or more, and watching TV is very clear.

I was a little worried that I didn't answer the phone, but otherwise it was perfect. The room is larger than the photo and the water pressure is quite strong. Above all, I am very satisfied because I was able to pick up the hotel master after eating rice several kilometers away. Thank you again.

You can walk from Pusan Station, but it's very hard if you have a big luggage. It's not a gentle slope at all. Be careful. The stay at the hotel was comfortable. However, although it is within walking distance, there is a little distance from the station and there was no special sightseeing spot around.

The hotel was right in front of Gwangalli Beach, so the view was great, and living facilities were nearby, so it was very convenient and satisfactory. In particular, the breakfast in the morning was simple yet delicious.

While traveling to Busan for the fireworks festival, I originally planned to stay there for only 4 days, but I had such great memories from staying at Signiel last year that I went all the way to Busan, so I took an extra day to visit because I wanted to give my mom a proper staycation. I told the front desk and they gave me a room upgrade for free. As expected, I was happy with the friendly response and attitude. It was a corner room, and the window was in the corner, so it had a view of both the moon view and the ocean, so it had an open feel, and my mom was satisfied. There was a turndown service, so I stayed in the room for a while, went out to eat, and came back after 9 o'clock, but it was a little uncomfortable because the maintenance was not done properly. I am sensitive to cleanliness (hair), so why is it visible to my eyes?;;; There is no separate shower room, so I shower in the bathtub, so the water flows out easily;; There is a strong sewer smell coming from the toilet. While eating breakfast, I found a hair on the dim sum, so I told the staff right away, and when I washed up in the morning and tried to use a towel, the hair came out again; I thought, “Okay, it’s just one thing.” I took it off with my hand and opened it again, and there was a hair stuck in it again..;; I told you this when checking out. My illusions about Signiel were completely shattered. It was a hotel where I stayed last year and felt like I was traveling for the first time in a long time. My mom also liked it because it felt like she was abroad, but I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.
