Where to start? From the moment we hopped off the shuttle bus in front of the hotel, we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. As you step into the hotel, your immediate response is to start taking photos. Everywhere you look had unique designs that were fused with the French influence and the traditional Vietnamese patterns and cultural wear. They welcomed us with a delicious rich hot chocolate as we checked in. The hotel is huge and there’s just so much to see and admire. The stunning view on the 10th floor is breathtaking on a clear day. Our twin share room was spacious, a balcony where you can stand and soak in the nature. Our beds were high and so comfy with the puffy pillows. Our room had everything thing you needed and more. Our bathroom was spacious, it had all the amenities. The smart designs and the little things in the room made a difference, such as tv side lamps where mannequins with traditional patterned lamp shades. The big necklaces to decorate the bed lamp shades. The fashion of French paintings on the wall. The color scheme was great. The breakfast is just FANTASTIC, you just don’t know where to start because everything looks and tastes great. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The staff are really helpful and booked half day tours to see local villages. Also, it’s best to get your tickets to Fansipan from this hotel because the process is much much easier. We didn’t have physical tickets but used facial recognition which made us move through the lines a lot quicker. Another reason why you should stay at this hotel is that they can help you reserve tickets and they will update you on the weather before you decide to purchase the tickets (sometimes the weather can be so unpredictable). This hotel is just AMAZING!!

Lady Hill Sapa Resort in situated few mins away from city center. Note they offer buggy service and shuttle service but should be reserved ahead of time. Check in process is smooth and we were offered welcome drinks and snacks which is really thoughtful. Room is spacious but beddings are a bit tough. Air conditioning is also poor and we have to open the window just for the cool air to go in. Water supply is also weird that there are times we have to wait (maybe)for other guests/room to not use theirs so wen get a decent water pressure. Also neighboring guests are really loud that we can hear their chatter. Service is good, front desk is attentive but failed to give us the shuttle service on the scheduled time which is a let down so we have to book ourselves a grab ride. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner menu is limited and quality can be improved. Also, no service water offered. Pool area is a bit crowded so we have to wait until other hotel guests and outside guests are done. Towels are also a bit smelly. Massage service is also okay but can be improved with more man power as only 1 staff is available to do everything. Overall a pleasant stay but would rather book a hotel in sapa center next time.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean — though I did notice a small clump of dust beside the bed, which didn’t really bother me. I appreciated the small gym that allowed me to keep up with my exercise routine even while on vacation. The breakfast offered a good variety of food to choose from. The only downside was that our room faced the roadside, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it did get quiet around midnight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

The resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying. Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho. The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

Located on the hillside of Sapa ,Silk Path is an extremely prestigious resort with wonderful service .The breakfast served was tiptop covering from western to local vietnamese food and the manager even offered us some local coffee during our breakfast. The hotel provide wonderful facilities and an amazing view even walking around the hotel feels really relaxing. There's free shuttle services provided to reach the town of Sapa. The bed is provided with a comforter and the surrounding is very quiet. Overall I had a really pleasant stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort and I would recommend the stay here for anyone visiting Sapa.

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.

The best place in Sapa. The most attentive employees. I really liked the girl at the reception in a white blouse, the guy who took the luggage was very attentive and the security guard downstairs, guarding the entrance on the ground floor - these three were always smiling and helping. Thanks to them, it was always nice to return to the hotel after a hard day. I definitely recommend you to visit

The location of the hotel is great! Very near to Sapa Centre yet not in the noisy area. The room is big and we got one with Mountain View so it’s nice. However the towels are a little lacking. They only supply 2 bath towels and 2 face towels. Breakfast has a good spread but some food ran out by 7.30/8am.

RRyun KiatI recently had the pleasure of staying at Eco Palms Hotel, and I have to say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, the service and hospitality I received were nothing short of outstanding. This hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail, warm staff, and commitment to sustainability, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking both comfort and eco-consciousness. Location and Ambience Eco Palms Hotel is perfectly situated in a serene and picturesque location, offering guests both peace and easy access to local attractions. The surroundings are lush and green, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. As a nature lover, I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s dedication to maintaining the natural environment. The hotel features a mix of modern design and eco-friendly elements, creating an inviting space that feels both luxurious and connected to nature. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the welcoming ambiance. The lobby is spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the decor features a blend of natural materials, like wood and stone, giving the entire space an organic, earthy feel. This was a small touch that really reinforced the hotel’s commitment to sustainability while still feeling like a luxurious retreat. Service and Hospitality The real standout at Eco Palms Hotel, however, is the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel like a VIP. The front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and provided a quick, seamless check-in process. Throughout my stay, every single member of the team went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. A particularly memorable moment was when the concierge staff took the time to provide personalized recommendations for activities in the area. Not only did they suggest some great local tours and restaurants, but they also took care to highlight the more sustainable options available, which I truly appreciated. Their genuine enthusiasm for both their community and the environment shone through in every interaction. I also have to mention the housekeeping team, who made sure my room was always immaculate. The attention to detail was incredible – the linens were fresh, the amenities were top-notch, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in their work. Dining Experience Another highlight of my stay was the dining experience at Eco Palms Hotel. The restaurant on-site offers a variety of delicious, locally-sourced dishes, many of which are organic and made with ingredients from nearby farms. The staff in the restaurant was equally attentive, and the food was simply divine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh, seasonal salads and the sustainably caught fish, both of which were prepared to perfection. The restaurant itself had a cozy yet sophisticated vibe, which made dining a real pleasure. Sustainable Practices As someone who values sustainability, I was impressed by the hotel’s commitment to eco-friendly practices. The use of solar power, water conservation methods, and waste-reduction initiatives are integrated into the hotel’s daily operations. This is not just a place that claims to be eco-friendly; the hotel truly walks the talk, which made my stay even more rewarding. Conclusion Eco Palms Hotel offers an exceptional blend of luxury, sustainability, and service that made my stay memorable in every way. Whether you're a traveler seeking relaxation, adventure, or a more eco-conscious stay, this hotel ticks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience with a personal touch. The great service and hospitality made me feel like I was a part of their family, and that is something truly special.

AAngel GordoHighly recommend this hotel! The hotel is wisely located in the center of Sapa. There’s an ATM right in front, which was very convenient for us. I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!
