Great place to stay, with brekky included such good value too. Solo female traveller been back 3 times now- felt safe & very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff & with all the amenites & a small supermarket close by nothing else u need really. Looking forward to my next trip in a few weeks.

All good except no water (hot and cold) in shower room on my last day on Tuesday 1st April 11:30AM - 1AM both on level 1 & 2. I waited for 1.5 hour. I called reception around 12:12AM, the reception said they were fixing it and then hold the line music and I got disconnected from the call. I gave 3/5 on Amenties because of that. All of them I gave 5/5 because best location, excellent service and very clean standard.

Conveniently located close to multiple attractions and restaurants. The place was extremely clean and spacious with new amenities even better than some hotels. We will definitely choose to stay in this place again if coming back to Barossa. 

A camp hotel recommended by the editor. We booked a separate cabin with complete facilities and convenience. The camp has an unbeatable view. There is a wetland park outside and you can also see the sea. There is also a running track in the park next to it. It is a perfect experience. My family kept saying that they should stay one more day. After registering at the front desk, you will be given a specific instruction sheet. There is a specific parking space for the car to enter, and you need to enter the door password.

Perfect for the little get away I needed, fantastic view from my room, private bathroom was equipped with all I needed. Heater in the room was good too. I appreciated the two extension cords in the room as well; never seen that in any other hotel I’ve been to! Next time I’m ready for another solo trip away, I’ll definitely be looking to come here again

Booking on Trip.com was smooth, although I paid up front and the hotel didn't realise this and emailed to ask me to make payment. Check-in staff were lovely, very helpful and courteous. The map with instructions to get to my room was a little hard to follow because the security door's keypad numbers were invisible in the afternoon sun until I pressed on the keypad. The single room was fine, basic but clean. I found the mattress very soft (prefer firm mattress), so my back was a bit sore. I had a great Bibimbap for dinner in the downstairs bistro and appreciated the 10% discount. There was some mechanical noise from a machine outside overnight so I didn't open the window for fresh air, though I normally would have. Great location by the sea and on Jetty Rd!

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.

This would be the perfect spot to stay if the dining room was operating. The staff are fantastic and offered solutions to the dining which was awesome. Our room was all that we needed. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was lovely and clean.

Hotel is nice, full of slot machines in the lobby. Rooms are well kept, furniture a bit on the old look but acceptable. Good parking.

The bathroom is newly renovated. The beds were clean and firm. The air conditioner was old and add a bad smell when turned on. There were bowls and cups in cupboard but not really clean and had to wash before using. The door played up and the staff said the batteries had run flat and needed to be changed. So door wasn't working until this was done. Didn't like the sink shared between the toilet and the kitchen. Because it would not drain properly for debris from a bowl of noodles.
