- nice interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;
- very comfortable beds that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack till getting up;
- quiet and reclusive, but easily accessible to the town;
- Flexible check out(upon request)
- Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful

Didn't take many photos. The environment was comfortable, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was standard (cereal, toast, milk, jam, butter, small cakes). This place is definitely worth the price.
We love the location! It is so close to the bay. We can easily walk to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the jetty. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and will come back in spring.

This hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia's capital. While it's not a five-star, it's definitely a top-tier four-star. The location is excellent, with a McDonald's right across the street and major supermarkets like Coles nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, especially during holidays. There's also a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel.
This was my second time staying at the Lincoln Inn on my return trip, and the experience was just as good. The supermarket across the street is incredibly convenient. It was a lifesaver during my stay. The room was comfortable, and the temperature was just right that day, so I didn't even need to use the air conditioning.
The Ramsgate was under renovation so check in was a bit weird through the ****** area.
The room is spacious and all works well. Good size TV.
Next to the room was a small but useful kitchen with water, coffee and a microwave...also free ear plugs.
There is no parking so it was a daily juggle to move the car within parking limits.
The location was exactly what I wanted so it is excellent
The shared bathroom is large and clean. .
Nice touch to have a daily drink voucher.
Quite pricey for a shared bathroom but then Adelaide is expensive.
The hotel is very beautiful, same as the room. However, we run into a few issues. The air conditioning of room 11 is extremely loud. We had to turn it off in order to sleep. Secondly, there is zero hanger in the room. Thirdly and most importantly, there is no staff on site at all. Only a number to call. We needed help at one point and dialed the number, but it didn’t work. We added 0, 08 in the front, and also the number itself. Nothing worked. If these issues were resolved, the hotel would have been perfect.

Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, a television in a common area, and barbecue grills.
Grab a bite from the grocery/convenience store serving guests of Christies Beach Tourist Park.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 11 guestrooms. Conveniences include irons/ironing boards, and housekeeping is provided weekly.
The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.
MMartinMadladIt was ok, but not more.
The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does.
The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote.
Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work.
Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits.
It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.
SSHANThe location is near the vineyards of the winery, the environment is not bad, the overall is not very big but the layout is very good. There are sheep, goats and chickens and ducks raised by the owner in the Park. The host and aunt are very kind and very nice, the service is very attentive, and the price is very high
GGuest UserWe arrived on a very hot day and the air-con was already on, which is a big plus. Although the room is rather basic, it is very clean and the bed comfortable. Location at Nuriootpa is central for visiting different places in Barossa.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.
GGuest UserThe beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!
AAmazingraceIt’s in a good location in a one way road. Car difficult to drive in . So not so convenient if you arrange any pickups.
Comes with basic bkfast which is okay but not so fantastic
Room is adequate for couple.
Nice location and walking distance to the public transport and the malls and market
MM51594****The room was spacious and bright, with an excellent downtown location within walking distance of the University of Adelaide. It was clean and well-maintained, and came with a variety of snacks, though these incurred an extra charge.
GGuest UserSmelly rooms. Towels looked grey. The air-conditioning exhaust fan is connected directly to the hallway and makes it unbearably hot once walking out of our unit. This terrible design also renders the air-conditioning inside the room ineffective when the hot air being pumped out eventually seeps though the gap between the door and the walls/floor mixing with the cooler air in the apartment. I have to commend the engineer who thought of this ingenious way to waste energy and torture hotel guests while the aforementioned guests were trying their best to do their part in saving sea turtles by sipping tepid drinks in their psuedo sauna rooms with paper straws which slowly melt into pulps, at the same time pondering what life choices they have made to deserve this. As a group of atheists, we couldn't help but reflect and repent. Hell does exist. It might be akin to staying in an apartment eqiuped with an infinite heating loop during the scorching summer of Adelaide.
The A/C eventually failed completely in two out of three rooms during our second night of stay. We did not ask for help from the hotel staff as it's already 2am. After one long sleepless night, we rushed back to the Northern Hemisphere and accepted Jesus Christ as our only lord and saviour. Amen.
AAKwokThe hotel's design is very colorful and youthful, a refreshing change from the usual dull hotel aesthetics. It felt very new and unique. You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!
