It is an old hotel, but the only problem is that the check-in efficiency is too low. It takes 15 minutes to confirm the check-in.
Facilities: Overall, it is considered to be the top STGO
Hygiene: No problem
Environment: The scenery is not bad
Service: I have to complain that I was charged for requesting a few more bottles of water from the waiter.

Alexey NikulinA standard Mariott-class hotel with modern and clean rooms. The reception guy was very helpful (thank you, Olaf), the restaurant menu was overpriced as usual (but you really don't have any other choice nearby). For the free shuttle service you should sign up beforehand, either at the reception desk or through the communication on this site (the seats on the shuttle van are limited). The shuttle leaves every quarter (15 minutes) past an hour (20.15, 21.15 and so on) from the domestic terminal (look for the pink column outside the arrivals) and every hour (20.00, 21.00) from the hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are old, but very clean, and the surrounding area is prosperous, with commercial pedestrian streets and many restaurants. The breakfast is rich and clean, but there is no kettle.

Check-in was very good and quick. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great; for example, the fruit was hard. I liked that there was a water filter available in the reception area and on every floor. The pool is quite narrow, and as far as I know, towels aren't provided there. Finally, a small detail: we left before breakfast at 7:00 a.m., the official breakfast time, and they refused to put a couple of things on a plate for us, even though the buffet was already ready.

Guest UserThis is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

The front desk service was excellent; the lady at the reception was beautiful, kind, and very enthusiastic. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated. The shower water was very cold, and it took a while for the hot water to come on, which was a bit annoying. It's very close to the airport, and the milk and bread for breakfast were super delicious.

The hotel is in a bustling area, really lively, and very close to the attractions – you can just walk there. Especially convenient for getting to the Central Market, where you can enjoy seafood and a wide variety of fruits.

Guest UserClose to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

This a nice hostel with great potential. We had a lovely room with tv and kitchenette but the kitchenette wasn’t really usable as the job wouldn’t work and there wasn’t enough utensils.
Similarly the outdoor shared kitchen didn’t have enough utensils to be usable.
The pool area was nice enough. Our highlight though was the breakfast and the lovely friendly lady from Nicaragua who was serving it, she is a great asset to the company.
The area is ok and you can walk to the centre but it’s definitely not one of the best areas in the city.
