It is a relatively good hotel in this city and is recommended to stay in. It is not far from the ancient city by taxi, and the taxi fare is also cheap. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and affordable.

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

The distance from the train station is within 3km. The distance with Itchan Kala is about 1.5km . The hotel provides pickup and drop off service to the train station (van) & also to Itchan Kala (riding buggy). Best crazy. Save money and save energy. the surrounding area is nothing very much.near the villagers'houses. The room is VERY spacious and clean. The toilet is clean, but there is no bidet. Breakfast in the ballroom is like a kahwin person and there are a lot of breakfast food. Staff are active topup food during breakfast. overall,very satisfied and worth it.

I stayed in this hotel and stayed very pleased! The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was quickly registered at the resepshchen, everything explained, handed out the key to the room. The room was clean, comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 a.m. very convenient. At my request, the administrator called a taxi and even arranged a morning call to wake me up. Excellent service, if the case is, I will stop here again!

This is a Turkish hotel, very good in all aspects, although not a buffet breakfast, but still very rich! A local restaurant 500 meters next to the hotel recommended by the front desk, there is a grade, tastes good!

Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

good location near North gate which is easily access. Room is very comforatble and everything is there.

The room and bathroom are also old, there are mosquitoes in the room, so that they can't sleep well at night, the location is very ideal, just near the ancient city, walking can reach famous attractions. Breakfast is simple, staff is helpful and friendly

It is near the trolley bus stop to Urgenchi, and you can transfer to Urgenchi Airport at the market for about 60 yen! Take bus number 3 from the market. There is also a pool in the hotel so you can relax.
