AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！评价酒店已下部门：卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

GGuest UserIf you book early, you can also get a free horseback riding experience. The fee includes three meals a day, you can swim, catch fish in the stream, watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, taste coffee and pick coffee beans. It is definitely a treasure manor. It was New Year's Eve, and we prepared a self-service stir-fry, which tasted good. The self-service beef hot pot was also great, with many varieties, delicious beef, and self-service drinks. What else do you want a bicycle?

MM19447****I've practically stayed at almost every Banyan Tree nationwide. They really focus on service, making you feel right at home. Any issues are immediately resolved for guests, and the balcony view of the snow-capped mountains is absolutely beautiful. The only thing is the hairdryer – it really needs an upgrade! Otherwise, it would be perfectly perfect! Also, a big thank you to the front desk lady and a few staff members who helped us check in on the first day. My son insisted I get him a phone card because he couldn't use his phone otherwise. Coincidentally, the moment the card popped out, it fell into a deep gutter. Everyone climbed along the edge of the gutter to help me find it. They even calmly comforted me, who was about to lose it and scold my son. My butler, the lovely Jolie, patiently checked in with our family every day, asking if we needed anything – she was amazing! She even helped me with the hairdryer issue. Love you! 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

PpinkrippleThere is free pick-up from the airport, and there is a shuttle bus for visiting Gaozhuang. It is very convenient and the service is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive. The brother was very generous, and the sister's breakfast was absolutely delicious! You can immediately see the beautiful scenery, so much so that you won't want to leave morning or night. With the Cangshan Mountains at its back and Erhai Lake in front, and the clouds floating overhead, the panoramic view is simply refreshing. Definitely remember your sunscreen! The brother and sister's tips were spot on ㄟ(≧◇≦)ㄏ. You can rent a small electric car directly to explore the surroundings, and the battery life is super impressive for round trips. There are also friendly little cats 🐱 ớ ᐋ ờ. I'll definitely come back and stay longer next time!

AAnonymous UserPros: Good value for money, especially suitable for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the balcony offered a spacious view. Airport/station pick-up service is available. Cons: It's located within a residential complex, so transportation isn't the most convenient. While Didi (ride-hailing) is readily available, walking to destinations would take a long time. Dining options nearby are limited, and the only delivery service we found took an hour and a half to arrive. Additionally, there's a construction site outside the balcony. You'll need to find a very specific angle to take a 'cover photo' quality shot of just the sea, otherwise, other buildings will be in the frame. The elevators within the complex are quite old/dated. Summary: Overall, if your family needs accommodation near the airport and plans to explore the Haidong area, this place could be a worthwhile option.

EEliz.DHad a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Our room has a beautiful view facing Yulong snow mountain. Facilities are well kept in good condition and bed is also very comfortable! Best part is the staff hospitality, very warm and attentive, upon checking with us on our itinerary, the staff prepared for us takeaway snacks as breakfast since we needed to set off early in the morning to visit Yulong snow mountain. They also thoughtfully prepared 2 oxygen bottles for us to bring to the mountain. Definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would love to come back again next time :)

GGuest UserWe reach Lijiang old city at 830am after midnight flight from Malaysia. The inn keeper was there to meet us and take our bags.. Being a ancient city, it's all full of stones stairs and winding small lanes. Need to have a good shoes and grip. After settling down, Xiao Fen, the inn manager recommended us some nice food to eat while the room was being prepared for us. At 11am, our room wa ready and we took a nap before heading for more food. Xiao Fen recommend to us the do and don't, to escape tourist traps. She is so sincere. The room view was excellent, overlooking the old city as its location was slightly uphill area. To get a taxi, it's so easy, just a 5mins walk uphill. This area only Green local taxi are allowed to pick and send customer uphill. And before I end the review, the breakfast was excellent. The noodles was great and lots of other variety of food, like corn, pumpkin porridge, sweet potatoes, yogurt, steamed bao, milk, soya bean drink..
