The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the relevant information we were interested in. We just asked about the cabinet door in the room, and the lady came upstairs to check the cabinet door in person, which made us feel at home. The room is large, and the public space on the first floor is also large, which is convenient for guests to rest. There are many passengers staying at the Holland America Cruise Line, and there is a peaceful, leisurely and elegant atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient for shopping and refueling. A very good stay experience.
The hotel can arrange pick-up and drop-off, which is only 17 minutes away from the Chinese restaurant and the transportation is convenient. The most important thing is that the breakfast is very rich and highly recommended
The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room is big and clean. But the attitude of the staff is average, and I couldn't get a travel transfer. The most unfortunate thing was that there was a power outage in the entire hotel at around 11 o'clock on the second night of our stay. There was no air conditioning and we could only open the windows. The noise of cars outside was very loud, which affected our sleep. The electricity was not restored until 9am the next day, but breakfast was not served. When asked whether the hotel would provide a refund, there was no positive response.

We used it for one night.
The free shuttle from the airport came in about 5 minutes when I called from the airport.
Check in late at night, sightseeing in the city the next day and going to China Onsen from the evening, so I regret that my hotel stay was short.
If you are lucky, you can see the aurora from the room, and I woke up several times in the middle of the night and checked the sky from the veranda, but unfortunately I couldn't see it.
In addition, there are many stuffed animals in the lobby and corridors? There are paintings, and there are small but fitness rooms and saunas, so I wanted to stay more and enjoy it.
Everything else is fine, the air conditioning outlet is very loud, affecting sleep. During the stay, there was a fire alarm misreported, and the guests walked out of the hotel and the fire was on the scene. It is said that there has been a recent incident. The above two hope to improve.
it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.
Maria couples are warm, breakfast is very good, two cute cats. Surrounded by green trees and creeks in the back of the park, it is suitable for relaxation. There is only one 1.6 bed in the room. The two big ones feel quite crowded and the comfort is compromised.

NNickHotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.
GGuest UserI stayed for a day, and when I took a shower, I found a layer of small sputum on my leg, especially itchy! ! I took a bath every day, I didn't have it before. I just lived here, especially disgusting. The sheets here are not too dirty. I think it is uncomfortable. I have scratched it. The last one was a skin disease. The room was clean. Change the sheets! ! ! too disgusting! Going back to China, I have to check my blood.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport and 10 minutes drive. The night was quiet, we stayed for 5 days and didn't feel disturbed. There are great Korean and Japanese restaurants near the hotel, very delicious, and the restaurant food is good value for money. The hotel room is not very big but enough, the facilities are old, and the bathroom has no exhaust fan. The quality of the breakfast is good but the variety is monotonous and the food is the same every day. It is boring to eat for 5 days. There are Korean tour groups staying every day. The hotel's price/performance ratio is generally OK, if there is a better choice, I will not stay here again next time.
GGuest UserThe accommodations did not even come close to the pictures online. the pictures are for the highest cost units off the lobby. Although they claim they are renovating their units for moderate and low-cost rooms, they are very old and like staying in a jail cell. Windows didn't open or were fixed closed. No ventilation from the outside. units open to small exterior corridor with no view of anything but a wall. the breakfast was typical, bagels, waffle maker, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Room was clean, door keys didn't always work, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport and float plane area was very useful but only runs on the hour and half hour.
SShenIt is a very economical hotel in the local area. Others are generally around 200 US dollars. This hotel is about 100 US dollars. The hotel environment and facilities are a bit old, but the old hotel rooms are also larger. In general, it's not a very good hotel, but it's still acceptable for the price, it's 6 points. If the location is 2-3 bus stops from the city center, it is not too bad. I didn't take many pictures of the hotel. Just put a few pictures to make up the number.

GGuest UserStay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel.
Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are
1. Room Phone was not working
2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose
I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff
