"On the way back from this trip, I recorded all my objective evaluations and subjective feelings about Guanting Holiday Hotel:
1. The hotel staff is of high quality, professional service and high efficiency. From the parking lot brother I first contacted, to the front desk sisters, to the room sister, I can feel the extremely sincere service attitude. The front desk responded to my service needs very quickly, actively helped me solve the problem and there will be follow-up return visits. It can be seen that the employees really handed over and handled the problem, instead of just going through the motions. This is a sincere service that I can't experience in many five-star hotels.
2. The hotel is in a superior location, close to the railway station, located in the city, surrounded by shopping malls and square parks, and there is a night market street nearby at night, Yongfeng Pedestrian Street Bar, and many barbecue shops, which are suitable for walking. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, I think it is safer to live in crowded places in the city at night.
3. There are basic types of dishes for breakfast, the taste is good, and the fruits are also fresh. Thank you for the Dragon Boat Festival surprise given by the hotel. It is a very good experience.
Finally, I am very grateful for the service of the front desk sisters. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to come."

Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing.
There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large.
The service is good, with a WeChat private butler.
Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out."

When you open the toilet door and walk inside, it turns out to be a private bath. This design basically touches the hearts of all the friends who take their children out to play, no matter what. Whether you are tired or your children like to play in the water, this hotel is definitely the best choice👍It is also worth mentioning that their breakfast is not rich but well-balanced. TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

LLovekeleloveThe room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!

The location is right next to the railway station, convenient for travel, and the price-performance ratio is full. Highly recommended!

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

XXiaoqiushuiThe treehouse, which my child was so excited about, is very unique and has great air quality. The service was also excellent; it was clean, and staff members proactively helped us with whatever we wanted to do. There's a shuttle bus that takes you from the lobby to the treehouse villas. It's not too crowded on weekdays, and our family had a very relaxing two-day stay with the kids.

RRourou84I arrived in Benxi before the National Day holiday to visit the hotel. It seemed to be the off-season, as there were hardly any people there. It would probably be crowded in the summer to escape the heat. The evenings were a bit chilly and very quiet. I was woken up by roosters crowing in the morning, which had a unique charm. The courtyard is perfect for bringing a small dog, although the neighbor's dog, Wangcai, was a bit too enthusiastic, haha. I don't know if there's a problem with the water pressure in the room, but the water flow was extremely low; it took forever to fill a toothbrush cup.

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
