Lovely budget hotel . It is located in the busy area of Pattaya. You can find everything you need within the walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, massage palour ,7-11 and pubs, etc. Good for travellers who are looking to explore exciting city lifestyles.

I stayed here for a vacation with my wife. The room was clean and elegantly simple. The staff provided excellent service. The gym was completely good. The location is great and feels safe—not dangerous at all. Even though it’s not right by the sea, this is still an excellent hotel. I will definitely come back again.”

Since the hotel was quite inexpensive, I was a little worried at first, but the room had been renovated and was very clean. Everything I needed was provided. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have a chair on the balcony. The staff were all very kind. However, when I asked them to call a taxi for me at the end of my stay, I showed the driver the address of my next destination, Holiday Inn Pattaya, but I was taken to Holiday Inn Express instead. I had to explain and pay an additional fare to get to the correct Holiday Inn Pattaya. I think if the staff’s English skills improved a little more, this place would be absolutely perfect.

This was my third stay here, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my previous experiences. The hotel still boasts many positives, like its excellent facilities and family-friendly focus. However, I felt a noticeable dip in service quality compared to my earlier visits. Two minor changes stood out to me and left a negative impression: 1. Firstly, plastic slippers are no longer provided in the rooms; instead, guests are required to purchase them at the front desk. What's the logic behind this? Considering your hotel specializes in water-based entertainment, are you really expecting guests without their own flip-flops/water shoes to buy them on the spot? Every other family-friendly hotel of this caliber includes plastic slippers as a standard amenity. 2. Secondly, there was no separate energy-saving key card in the room. This meant the room was uncomfortably hot when we first entered. Previously, a dedicated power card was always provided in addition to the two room key cards. This is a basic feature that comparable hotels always offer.

I had a day's break in my stay. Upon checking in again, I was informed that my previous check-out hadn't been processed, which caused a slight delay. Despite that, it was just as good as my last visit. I was surprised to find they had a DJ playing at night. However, the excellent soundproofing meant the music didn't bother me at all, thanks to the sealed windows in the room.

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room was simply magnificent, very clean, comfortable for a family with children, comfortable beds. The bathroom was wonderful, I really enjoyed taking a bath. It was great to have a washing machine, this is really a big advantage in the hotel. The children had a great time in the water park on the roof! We would be happy to come again! one remark: there was no clothesline available.

What I always like with Ozo North Pattaya is its proximity to terminal 21 and the Tiffany show! Also it’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach and from there on you can visit virtually anywhere with ease! The facilities are commendable especially their huge swimming pool and large dinning space for breakfast. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and what made my stay this time more enjoyable and memorable was that they gave me donuts for my birthday in my room! I wasn’t expecting for that! And yes this will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit Pattaya!

Hotel could be really good but right now have construction in lobby area and smells of chemicals and have loud noises. The price accounts for inconvenience to an extent but some rooms smell old and other are ok. Amenities are great if you like bowling, swimming or billiards, I have not checked if they have fitness center yet. ( on vacation, who wants to work out)
