Reservei para três, chegando lá tive a surpresa de que teria apenas uma cama de casal. Fiquei em um quarto em frente a academia do hotel, logo pela manhã as pessoas iam treinar, com isso, acordava-mos logo cedo com o barulho. No de mais foi muito bom

I always stay in this hotel, good location, very good cost benefit, breakfast is reasonable, last time I hosted, I had a little problem with the bathroom fan that was making a high noise and was not solved while I was there.

Superb hotel, must live on the 4th floor with a balcony, the view is good, you can warm on the balcony, suitable for couples to travel, there are not many people on the beach, very comfortable, but the hotel prepared too few umbrellas, just 5, not enough.

Hotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.

O atendimento, as áreas de lazer, a localização e a limpeza são nota 1000!!!
As instalações não estavam de acordo com o anuncio, fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas mas no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar uma cama auxiliar. Também como fiz a reserva no mesmo dia da hospedagem, meus dados não estavam no sistema do flat, precisei aguardar um pouco para que o atendente pudesse realizar a inclusão manual.
Fora esses itens, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza, voltarei mais vezes. Amo a PB e gosto bastante do Golden Flat, já é a segunda vez que fico no mesmo lugar.

FFabricio ZanattaHotel ótimo Bem localizado com bastante conforto e comodidade. Caro pelo tanto de opção similar que existe próximo em Tambaú com opções de custo mais acessível. Apenas uma ressalva pra compra indicando frente mar e no check in foi oferecido um normal no corredor. Tipo de expertise que não leva a nada e só espanta turista. De resto cumpre o que promete. Talvez até indicaria mas não ficaria novamente.

One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

GGuest UserBoa localização em cabo branca, funcionários educados bom café da manhã. O único ponto negatinho seria a reforma q estava ocorrendo no andar onde fomos colocados mas de 50% do andar estava em reforma ficamos no primeiro quanto pós tumulto então seria impossível não haver bastante barulho pela manhã cedo e poeira. Como viajamos com criança pequena foi algo desagradável. Lembrando q estou falando das obras q estavam ocorrendo no próprio hotel não a do lado, essa realmente não tem nada haver com o hotel.
