Thank you for the excellent services during our stay at the hotel. The hotel’s location is convenient, as it’s just a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and polite.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.  The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.  The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Memorable and Fun Stay! Stayed at Emaar Taiba Hotel in Madinah for one night and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Masjid e Nabawi – super convenient! But the real highlight was the night receptionist 😄 At first, he totally scared me by saying there was no reservation under my name and made me wait for around 30 minutes. Then he said I needed to pay again (even though I had already paid online)… and suddenly burst into laughter! 😂 He was just joking the whole time – such a funny guy! Definitely a stay I won’t forget. Highly recommend this hotel for both the comfort and the laughs!

We got a room we wanted, near to the elevator. Room is nice, no particular view, just inner walls of the hotel. Room is quite small, with big bathroom. Pretty good and we love our stay.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ferdous, Shanto and Arif were first class service minded and catered to all requests. Wonderful hotel & fantastic service. If we visit Madinah again we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a decent stay. However, the check-in process was frustrating and unprofessional. I had booked two rooms under two different names, but the receptionist only checked for one name and refused to verify the other. This lack of basic customer service forced us to contact Trip.com customer support, and the issue took nearly an hour to resolve — all while I was waiting with my infant and my mother in a wheelchair. This was a highly disappointing experience. Most of the staff were unhelpful and lacked courtesy.

We booked an executive king room with full Nabawi Mosque view and were granted accordingly plus the access to Executive Lounge on 14th floor. We have paid full, a year in advance. It was our second stay in Movenpick during Ramadan. We were in this hotel for 18 days in 2024. This year, we stayed for 8 days. The executive lounge proviided light snacks for Iftar from Magrib to Isyak. The light snacks are also provided after terawih prayers until 2 am..Our room is spacious and very comfortable. We love our stay so much. If one area need to be improved, we suggest better food to be served during Sahoor. We found that everytime fish and prawn were served, the smell of the seafood is still obvious. Please wash them properly and InshaAllah, the food will smell and taste better. Secondly, the rice briyani or similar when served, only bones are left, as if the rice is a leftover from Iftar food. Apart from the food, the rest is excellent, hotel reception access is direct to main road, great for DIY travellers to get taxi/ Uber, many lifts and Bin Dawood supermarket is right below and within the hotel building. Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in Jan 2025, enjoyed the stay, 2 minute walk from Masjid Al Nabawi. Hotel provided amenities including cotton buds, dental kit, shaving kit, coffee, tea and water. They also provided hair dryer & electric kettle. Clean hotel and staff are attentive and helpful.

The room was small compared to the other rooms I booked through another booking engine. The toiletries were different too. The front desk were incompetent. The housekeeping and bellmen were good.

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah with my wife and daughter during early April 2025. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was a good size and well-suited to our needs, with four beds for the three of us—very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for men, as it is very close to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi leading to the old mosque, Prophet Muhammad's (ﷺ) grave, and Rawdah. This made it very convenient for prayers and visits. However, the women’s entrance to the masjid is a bit farther away. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service specifically for women to help with this, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Service was generally good, and the staff were courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort.
