One of the Best Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had
I recently spent couple nights at this luxury hotel in a truly stunning location, and I must say—it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, both in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional: the staff checked in on me personally by phone three times a day and responded immediately to any request I made. I genuinely felt cared for and spoiled throughout my stay.
The attention to detail, comfort, and hospitality were outstanding—and for the price I paid, it was easily the best value I’ve ever gotten at a luxury property.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service and an unforgettable experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Memorable and Fun Stay!
Stayed at Emaar Taiba Hotel in Madinah for one night and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Masjid e Nabawi – super convenient! But the real highlight was the night receptionist 😄 At first, he totally scared me by saying there was no reservation under my name and made me wait for around 30 minutes. Then he said I needed to pay again (even though I had already paid online)… and suddenly burst into laughter! 😂 He was just joking the whole time – such a funny guy! Definitely a stay I won’t forget. Highly recommend this hotel for both the comfort and the laughs!
Suitable for families, solo travelers, friends also. The hotel was very nice, about 1,2 Km /10 min walk from haram , pretty feasible/doable , check in was smooth , the rooms were clean I got 7th floor where I was welcomed with a big smile, respect and great service from Mr Fairoos, who made sure I got the best experience, asked for some extra towels and gave it to me fast, and I would always come back to a tidy room and a big smile , would definitely recommend and would surely rebook for next madinah Trip, my heart is still in this beautiful holy city.
I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah with my wife and daughter during early April 2025. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was a good size and well-suited to our needs, with four beds for the three of us—very comfortable and spacious.
The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for men, as it is very close to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi leading to the old mosque, Prophet Muhammad's (ﷺ) grave, and Rawdah. This made it very convenient for prayers and visits.
However, the women’s entrance to the masjid is a bit farther away. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service specifically for women to help with this, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
Service was generally good, and the staff were courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort.
I booked a room for my guests and they did not like the room because of a bad smell in it. I contacted the on-duty manager, the distinguished Mr. Muhammad Al-Moallem, and he promised me to make them happy. May God grant him wellness and increase the number of people like him.
We booked an executive king room with full Nabawi Mosque view and were granted accordingly plus the access to Executive Lounge on 14th floor. We have paid full, a year in advance. It was our second stay in Movenpick during Ramadan. We were in this hotel for 18 days in 2024. This year, we stayed for 8 days.
The executive lounge proviided light snacks for Iftar from Magrib to Isyak. The light snacks are also provided after terawih prayers until 2 am..Our room is spacious and very comfortable. We love our stay so much. If one area need to be improved, we suggest better food to be served during Sahoor. We found that everytime fish and prawn were served, the smell of the seafood is still obvious. Please wash them properly and InshaAllah, the food will smell and taste better. Secondly, the rice briyani or similar when served, only bones are left, as if the rice is a leftover from Iftar food. Apart from the food, the rest is excellent, hotel reception access is direct to main road, great for DIY travellers to get taxi/ Uber, many lifts and Bin Dawood supermarket is right below and within the hotel building. Thank you for all the hospitality..Regards.
The room was small compared to the other rooms I booked through another booking engine.
The toiletries were different too.
The front desk were incompetent.
The housekeeping and bellmen were good.
We had a very wonderful experience at Sofitel hotel in Madinah. This hotel is very close to the Haram, easy access to food and shops around. Service is very good. Breakfast and half board is a good choice. My kids loved the deluxe room.
One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.
We got a room we wanted, near to the elevator. Room is nice, no particular view, just inner walls of the hotel. Room is quite small, with big bathroom. Pretty good and we love our stay.

MMaodaniangThis place is really amazing!
Facilities: I ate at both restaurants, the prices are normal European and American levels, and they are quite delicious! Breakfast is free to order, full~ The room has everything you want, they will order some fragrance, turn down the night bed, and the big bathtub in the room is very comfortable~
Hygiene: Great, completely clean
Environment: It is really beautiful, the designer has done a great job to give us such a great experience. Take the shuttle bus to shuttle through the entire huge park, every blade of grass and every tree should be maintained, the taste is very online!
Service: The service of a five-star hotel, you can also make an appointment for stargazing, etc. We did a spa, which was very deep, and also listened to which parts need to be strengthened
Swimming pool: I went to both indoor and outdoor. There is a swimming pool in the 320 activity room, which can be shallowly photographed. The outdoor one is really beautiful! I stayed there for a long time despite the sun, and I could also order drinks and they would be delivered~
Location: It is very close to the concert hall, and we can still see it from our room. Later, we went to the concert hall for dinner. You can go! Recommended!
It’s a full package overall, an experience you definitely can’t miss at AlUla!
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.
KKendana TamizThe hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.
Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.
