This hotel was the most satisfying I stayed at in Iceland. The overall cleanliness was up to standard, and it even had a bathtub. The staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The biggest advantage is that Bus Stop 12 is right outside the door. If you're in Iceland and not doing a multi-day tour, but rather booking different day tours daily, Bus Stop 12 is a station all buses can reach, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommended.
Nordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. It’s freezing in Iceland. It’s not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, it’s called Ramen Momo. It’s next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4.

All good. Service level excellent. Perhaps just need to have more amenities like vanity kit, essential items like bathroom slippers in the room rather than we request for it at the front desk. Otherwise all good.
While not in the absolute city center, the hotel's facilities, breakfast, and service are all excellent. Getting around is easy: there are several bus routes directly across the street that go downtown. For airport transfers, the Flybus service connects to a shuttle that drops you off right at the hotel. Good day tours and island excursions also provide convenient pick-up and drop-off from the lobby. A majority of the guests are American, and the restaurant primarily offers Western dishes.
Fantastic hotel 100/100
-Great location (city center + everything nearby, and also **not** noisy/loud at night; can also walk there from BSI Terminal)
-Super room (Superior Room, was great, slept soo well)
-Delicious Breakfast with English Breakfast, Iceland Food (Fish Skye), Pastry and Fresh Fruit. Huge selection, loved it
-Nice people
-Spa and Gym also included
Hotel breakfast is very general...not many types...good hotel location...just near the old port... parking is not too convenient if you are driving...the doorway is in the road...no hotel Dedicated parking spaces can only be parked on weekends. Weekend parking is not charged. From Monday to Friday, parking fees will be charged from 9 am to Friday.
I loved this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! One of the outstanding features is that they give you a cell phone to use during your stay. The phone already has helpful apps installed for taxis, restaurants, etc. We are from the US so did not have international cell service so having this phone with us was helpful, especially for using maps. Reykjavik is a walkable city, and the hotel is located on the most popular street, so it has easy access to everything. The staff was very helpful and there is also a bar/restaurant onsite with amazing cocktails. There is an included breakfast buffet which featured hot and cold items. We had a room on the 4th floor that included access to large patio. We loved this feature as we could wake up and go outside to check the weather and enjoy the views of the mountains and water in the distance. The hotel was also extremely clean. Another nice touch was that they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary so when we entered our room, we found a bottle of wine, chocolate and romantic decorations!
First hotel we stayed at Reykjavík. Location is great and breakfast spread was awesome. We like the room as it was big and spacious for 3 people but layout was kind of strange as the toilet and shower area was separate. 😏
Apart from that all the rest is great.
Everything is good except two things:
1. The shower area is too dark and small (only 2.5'x2.5' a small square). See picture below. Luckily my husband and I are small guys! Their photo on the website is a bit tricky! as I usually check the outlook of washroom before I book a hotel. I was so disappointed and frustrated at that time honestly.
2. No self service laundry in the hotel as it is very common nowadays. The price list of serviced laundry seems too expensive as they still charge based on your pieces.
Lastly, I stayed there for 5 nights and quite a few hotels would offer an upgrade or special promotion like a free use of spa etc. Anyway, I didn't expect too much and made me feel better.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Lei City, with a good location, next to the sea view, ten minutes walk from the shopping festival, and next to the concert hall. The room is not big, Nordic style, very tidy and clean, with good sound insulation. Parking is at the door of the hotel, and there will be staff to help you park. The parking fee is very expensive, 400 RMB a day.

JJobi TIt was all overall good. Friendly front office, clean and spacious room, toilet and shower room was small but it was sufficient for my use. Bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away , US embassy as well (no use , simply mentioned though). Football stadium and sports exhibition hall is 7 minutes away.

GGuest UserVery good location and convenient for foods.
However, it is very noisy and disturbing especially during Friday & Saturday night where the bars are open till way into the weee hours that peoples are shouting and cursing down on the street till the morning and the street is dirty with debris and bottles or cans…
Not recommended for couples or family with Children specially during the weekend.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel and excellent location (I had a view of the main square and parliament building). The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was superb with selected dishes from the local cuisine. The Spa design has taken inspiration from Icelandic nature in both colours, materials and textures, and is a fantastic addition to the experience with thermal pool, steam room, sauna, cold mist/rain and cosy relaxation areas.
Would highly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Reykjavik, or using it as a base when exploring further around.
