Customer service A- OK❣️It makes me proud to be a Filipino. ✅ I didn’t felt any indifference in the way they treat their guests, whether it be locals, foreigners, tall, really really tall, short, 😅, etc. Their staff ate kind and accommodating. ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and safe. I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. One that’s worth the treasure. Grateful!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

All staff are pleasant and accomodating. Very accessible to shopping malls, convenience stores, and terminal. 20-30 mins away from Terminal 3. Room is very clean and has a good view of the city. Bed is comfortable. You can watch Netflix and Youtube on TV. Air-conditioning is great. However, the light inside the restroom is dim and it doesn’t cover the shower area. My friend and I had experience some weird things—- For 2 consecutive nights, I woke up at 3am and it’s hard for me to go back to sleep. The door of the restroom got locked (even though there is no one inside). Then there was a time that I woke up because I heard a loud bang at the wall between the restroom and bedroom. I still want to stay again to this hotel due to convenience but I don’t want to stay again at room 1915.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The area is not congested like the other hotels around Manila. Few minutes walk away from Mall of Asia. There's also other malls and restaurants nearby. Good security, courteous attendants and crews, always greets you with a smile. Pool is inviting, you should try it at least once. Many food selection for breakfast. Our room has a view of the city, beds are comfy, aircon is working neatly. We loved our 2 nights stay. Thanks Hotel 101.

Our 3days stay was not enough for us, we will definitely book again to stay in Grand Westside hotel manila. As you enter in the lobby the smells is so good, the interior is modern, very clean, the staffs are all nice. Pool area is clean, perfect for kids to swim. They have 2ft, 3ft and 4ft that safe for young. We had delicious food for our breakfast. Location wise - near to Ayala Mall by the abay, Okada Hotel, Solaire, SM Moa, and 8minutes drive going to Terminal 1 Airport.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you have a long layover and do not want to stay at the airport. The hotel is busy, and there is a lot of security. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the rooms are old and not very clean. This does not correlate with the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

Our stay at Kingsford Hotel Manila was one of the nicest and enjoyable stays we’ve had. Me and my son are frequent travelers and I can say that our stay here was delightful. Rooms are squeaky clean, elevators are fast, our needs are swiftly attended to, staffs are very approachable and there are buffet menus that’s enough to choose from! Swimming pool are cute too. We will probably gonna stay again some time soon. :)

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

I had an amazing stay at Henry’s Condotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Smooth check-in with the help of a staff member at the reception. They have a separate reception area inside the Birch Tree Hotel building. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes before the standard time, which was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled nice. They provided shampoo and toothpaste, and there was even a hairdryer, which was a plus for me. Additionally, there was a microwave and a kettle. Unfortunately, they only have a regular TV. It would have been great if they had a smart TV, but the good Wi-Fi connection made up for it. I loved the unit I stayed in because it had a balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent, featuring a rain showerhead with good water pressure, plus they had a bidet. My only concern was the bedsheets and pillowcases, as I’m sure they weren’t changed from the previous guest. I noticed long hair on the sheets, and they were wrinkled. During the night, I also spotted small roaches roaming around when it got dark, so I had to keep the lights on all night. Additionally, the staff outside the corridor were quite noisy and inconsiderate of the guests. On weekends, you can also hear the bar karaoke from outside, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

Low internet wifi connection,sometimes,No internet at all. Very long time response if you call at front desk,..sometimes it takes time to contact... If you request for cleaning, need to follow-up, cant be done in 1 request.. Even if you ask for official recieot, bcoz of my last day was paid in cash, in all I stayed for 5 days..they dont automatically make a reciept..you will wait in how many hours n need again to follow-up ...

This palace is nothing like the pictures. They hourly rent rooms, so this should tell you something about the hotel and it's position. The room was non-smoking but smells of it, probably from bygone days. It is central in Makati, so that is good. Easy access to food and bars. The people working here are nice and always helpful. I would stay again.
