Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience. Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care. The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop. Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

My husband and I went there last March to attend an event located just across the hotel. We had to wait few minutes since earliest check in time was 1:30 but was able to haggle for a couple of minutes earlier. Receptionists was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and amenities were helpful. Over all stay was excellent. Was able to get some discounts too because of Trip.com Will definitely come back!

One of our best stays. Buffet breakfast is very good. I wish we could have stayed longer and greater experience of their amenities, like the pool with jacuzzi, sauna, massage and of course the fitness centre.

This is the first i check in past 2pm anr its a long line next time i will check in at least 1pm so fewer line Also during check out there is a checking time before you can finally check out no issue from me but from the couple ahead of me there is something withe with the towel thing…maybe gross after use

Hotel room was exquisitely beautiful. In terms of space, size and design, it was too homey and we like the feel. Giving it a 5 star rating for its cleanliness too! The living area made it more exceptional! You don’t get to stay at the bed during your whole stay. It also served its purpose since we booked a make up artist to cater our son’s promenade. Transferring to nearby hotels was also convenient. Amenities are decent. Overall stay experience was excellent!

Rooms little spaces and dark. Too many security gets me little uncomfortable. Anyone didn't service our luggages to deliver our room (because our 2 kids slept and we would like to help anyone) Advantage is near ninoy airport T3 and that has shuttle bus that will deliver to the bridge and walk to T3

Its really a good place to stay i stayed here for 3rd time but i just dint like what happen in the restaurant we come down there to eat breakfast but i forget that my room i book not included breakfast we enter the restaurant told my room number then the staff say nothing then when we are about to take the food they stop us why not stop us in the door before we proceed its annoying and disappointing

You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Extended my stay at Henry's and enjoyed all of it the extension was very easy to do and allowed us to stay in the same room my only problem was that there is a lot of cockroaches maybe it's normal but the room was clean but there was a lot of them everywhere and there was bug traps under the bed hopefully next time we won't have any of those but I'm sure it'll be fine.

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

Upon arrival in the room, I realised that there wasn't a working desk to do my work. Hence, I have to upgrade to a suite for PHP2000 a night. Breakfast weren't the best, but good enough for what you paid for. Room amenities were basic. The housekeeping kept forgetting to replace the towels after cleaning my room, and that's annoying. Shower weren't hot enough but acceptable. Room doesn't have any coffee, but they do give green teabags (with sugar, stirrer, and creamer, who uses creamer with green tea?? LOL) The location was good. Easy access to a lot of places and airport. Chinese food on the ground floor was delicious.

Location was the best part for this hotel Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly. The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers. I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.

**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!** I recently stayed at Swiss Belhotel Blulane for the 3rd time and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable especially Jayson. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. And my room wasnipgeaded from superior queen to a deluxe room. The hotel’s location was perfectly close to major Binondo food crawl but still quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary water and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

checking in was smooth. The room is clean and the bed sheets smell clean and fresh. The shower area has molds in between grouting that needs to be brushed. The location is near the us embassy, intramuros and robinsons manila. The aircon works as expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

We stayed at Leez Inn Makati, near vibrant clubs. Booked a queen bed but got a twin bed room. When we requested a transfer, they suggested connecting the beds instead. The comforter had a brown stain, idk what's that and we removed it from the bed and didn't use it. However, service was great, and an employee personally escorted us to our room. A decent stay overall, but cleanliness could be improved.

For the area and the price I paid with a discount on trip.com I was very very pleased with my whole stay. There are certain things lacking if you're looking for a truly luxury experience but I was extremely pleased and the entire staff were so lovely and friendly

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

The hotel allowed us to check out late until 2pm free of charge as stated in our booking as gift of trip.com. The room is spacious enough with 2 queen big beds. Modern design but signage like wifi notice should be taken down or make it professional. The service in the roof deck is excellent. They were kind enough to lend us cutleries though we dis not order. Value for money is good considering 2700 is cheap with breakfast already. Overall, we love our stay.
