This is my first time stay here and had a fantastic experience! The modern design and amenities made it a comfortable stay, and its proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, especially for our family. The location felt very safe, and we loved the variety of restaurant options just downstairs. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests with a friendly attitude. This place is perfect for families or anyone looking for convenience, and quality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!
I mentioned on my previous reviews how I always liked to stay on this hotel due to several reasons. However, my most recent stay was very different from the previous stays that I had. On my whole stay, there was no internet on the room. It was only restored on the time that I had to check out. I called the front desk and the only resolution they have is to setup a wifi on the lobby. I had meetings so I don’t think that is something feasible. I had brought up this matter the next day and the only thing they can say is “sorry”. One of the bath towels also had some stains on it as well.
Our second stay here. Checked in by Aileen Acosta and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit small but bed was comfortable with strong hot shower. Walkable from NAIA T3 which is why I chose it. Walking distance to casinos. Room amenities were excellent. The swimming pool is small. Mainly for kids and we had to climb up a few stairs as the lift stopped on the 10th floor. Wifi was not really good. Need to keep on signing in. Overall an excellent hotel at a reasonable price due to its location.

The breakfast has gone to an all time low, half star rating terrible would not recommend. If you like rice for breakfast or whitebait cooked well you’re in like you’ve got what you want but if you’re international traveller we like to sit down and relax and have a nice meal before he starts today or this is not the place for you.
The Cook needs to be replaced.
Cordial instead of fresh fruit juices, ordered fried eggs and they were delivered. Cold ordered scrambled eggs and they were delivered cold because I refused to eat the scrambled eggs in the display as they looked disgusting.
First time I’ve stayed on the eighth floor and I’d have to say it’s well due for an overall because it’s very shabby. obviously something wrong with the ventilation also as everything in the room was damp and moist.
I stayed at hotel 101 on many occasions but after this occasion I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The location is ideal and used to be a good hotel but has gone down to a level equivalent to 2 stars.
Thank you for the excellent service. I was truly impressed with how well my room was prepared—from the complimentary coffee and bottled water to the neatly arranged bathroom essentials. Every detail reflected thoughtfulness and care.

Check in was seamless and the bed gets 5 stars! The Guest manager was so pleasant and she answered all my rapid questions. The pool area was really nice and they have lots of events so you can enjoy the property. The Bar staff was above and beyond. My new favorite drink is the Marietta. The hotel special is the Halo-Halo and I would return just to enjoy this by the poolside. The view is awesome as you can look out to Manila Bay. The Pool FOOD = 5 stars. I ordered the Chicken Wings THREE TIMES.
I have a few complaints but overall I would rebook. The room was nice but I did not have hot water in the shower. The menu is limited and the price is $$$. I paid $25+ for eggs and bacon with coffee and pastries room service. I did not try the buffet but it is open from 6am to 10am. Spa Services were in-room and I am not sure how much I like that idea. It is a new hotel that opened in 2024. Good enough for the price and location, I would stay again.
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member I encountered was warm, polite, and always ready to help. The doormen in particular deserve praise for their attentiveness.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its rain shower. I appreciated the modern touches and the big windows that gave a great view of the city.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the amenities. The infinity pool with the acrylic bottom is both unique and fun, and the I’M Onsen Spa is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Manila — relaxing, clean, and very professional. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar; the jellyfish aquarium is mesmerizing and the skyline views are stunning.
Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though it could be expanded a little for longer stays. Aside from that minor note, everything else was close to perfect.
Overall, I’M Hotel delivered comfort, service, and experiences that made my trip to Makati truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila, whether for business or leisure.

All the staff were very kind.
Although my English is not good, they spoke slowly and clearly, which made me feel comfortable.
The pool was also clean, and I was able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace.
There was only one disappointing thing. This was not the hotel’s fault, but some people two rooms away were singing karaoke late into the night, which made it noisy when I tried to sleep. I called the front desk, but the problem was not resolved.
However, overall it is a wonderful hotel!

GGuest UserThe place is very convenient for the embassy. It’s clean for the most part. The bathtub is a plus. And enough hot water for the bath. Typically, if hotels here have bathtubs, they tend to run out of hot water. So it isn’t pleasurable. They had both.. so a plus!
However, we stayed 3 nights. They said it was a deposit of 1,000. I prepared 1000 pesos. But when I got there, she said it’s 1,000 per night. I didn’t bring enough for 3,000.. So thankfully she allowed me to just give 1,000 pesos. And it was returned with check out.
The breakfast was ok. However, the eggs are a bit undercooked. Really undercooked actually. One day I got sick. But I’m also pregnant, so it could have been from that also. (I didn’t eat any scrambled eggs) but not a lot of variety for 3 days. Mostly the same items.
When we arrived the shampoo container was open. But they forgot to fill it. We finally said something on the 3rd day.
Carpet feels a little outdated. And full of dirt. Should have some slippers or something for carpeted areas.
Over all it wasn’t horrible. We have stayed in worse. But for the price. I don’t know that I would pay that for it again. We’ve stayed in nicer hotels for less.

JJing En KellyI think this hotel is generally not bad! other than the air conditioner is abit old school and requires some climbing to adjust the temperature. there's no fixed temperature to it too so have to see whether how cold u want it to be, the fan speed etc etc. forgot to take pictures around the hotel but the hotel is quite decent!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was really nice – clean, modern, and comfy. But, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First, we waited an hour outside their receiving area located beside their parking garage to check in! I get that things happen, but an hour is a long time to wait, and considering the weather outside that time was too hot! We badly need our room since we've just arrived from our long flight. They really need to speed up their check-in process. Second, the Lavatory in our room was clogged. That's definitely not ideal, especially when the rest of the room was spotless. It was a bit inconvenient. Even with those two issues, though, we still had a pretty good stay. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes things better for future guests.
