Excellent customer service. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Delicious dinner (room service) and great breakfast with lots of variety, both continental and local foods. Highly recommended for overnighting International travelers with connecting flight the next day. Easy access to Hotel from International Arrival Terminal 3.

Decent hotel, public facilities are great, breakfast area is a highlight. But the room is actually very small.

Nice and clean, small room but bathroom big enough to be comfortable. Location is not fantastic though, there is not much around, a small supermarket and some small restaurants, nothing else. But if looking to be close to the airport then it is good. Only medium point is the breakfast is delivered to the room instead of being the traditional self-service. It was tasty.

The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was really small, but everything else was okay. Luckily, there was a pool and a gym. The breakfast was a bit on the Japanese side, and the variety wasn't extensive. The congee here is generally on the dry side, which isn't really what people from my country are used to.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. Absolutely loved our staycation here. The room was exactly as chosen. It had a super cozy vibe, perfect for honeymooners. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly friendly too. Simply the best! 🥰❤️

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.
