Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.  The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.  Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then.

Reservation told direction go to hotel is not clear and difficult to understand. Need improvement. Facilities are good. Hotel room condition is good. Good for people want to connect flight at Terminal 3.

I'd previously stayed at the Model J at Jakarta Airport and it was quite good. This time, seeing a new location in the BSD area, home to the Indonesia International Convention Center, I decided to give it a try. It was surprisingly different. The hotel lobby is located in the parking lot on the third floor. The logo and colors are very different from the airport location; the blue and white look more stable. The entire hotel is built atop a shopping mall, and across from it are what appear to be condominiums owned by the mall itself. The front desk recommended three unique, but limited, deluxe king rooms: one with a larger area and a larger bed (I heard it's 2.7 meters), and one with a private balcony offering unparalleled city views and stunning night views. I chose the one with the unparalleled night view, probably because I'm a member and didn't pay extra for the upgrade. The room was clean and hygienic. Hot water came out instantly when I showered and washed my hands. The toilet seat was smart, and the hair dryer was excellent, better than most in Indonesia. The desk was also very reliable, perfect for holding meetings. Mineral water was provided in the room, and the pillows were very comfortable for someone with cervical issues. There was a QR code at the headboard that activated AI to request room service—quite novel, and it actually worked. There's also a self-service laundry room, a rarity in Indonesia, on the 12th floor. Breakfast is served in the dining area next to the reception on the 3rd floor. It offers a Singaporean-style set menu of toast, coffee, and eggs, along with some local Indonesian dishes. I'm not usually particular about the selection on business trips, but it was quite good, filling, and quick to finish, so I even ordered some extra. The most surprising thing was the swimming pool and gym. This is truly a top-tier apartment, and other hotels of the same star rating don't have these features. The security guard even opened the door to the office space nearby, perfect for meetings or work. The mall downstairs has several restaurants that are uncrowded but each has its own unique flair. The Singaporean cuisine is good, as is the coffee shop. About 100 meters to the right, there's a place called A-Mei that serves Malaysian and Singaporean dishes. It's a rare Chinese restaurant that satisfies me with both flavor and portion size. It was more than enough for a few days' stay.

Very pleasant stay. The service is kind and thoughtful, responsive; the rooms are clean and bright, and the facilities are very new. Special praise for the laundry service, so convenient! It gives people a feeling of being at home, everything is convenient, free mineral water is unlimited, very good, I feel that the hotel service is super attentive.

room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly.

The best 4 star hotel around Jabotabek so far that I know. There are a few complaints, the cutlery is a bit dirty. Maybe because it is fully booked during the high season at the end of the year.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job. However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property. We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready. Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for. Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely. I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard. In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my one-week business trip in Indonesia. The airport pickup was arranged seamlessly, and the hotel itself is very new. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked spotless. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers greeted me with big, genuine smiles, making me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Oh, and the airport transfer to the hotel took only 20 minutes, while the drop-off to the airport was just 5 minutes – extremely convenient!
