Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.  The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.  Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then.

We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back on our next family trip.

Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay.

great location, room was spacious, too bad couldn't stand the smell of pee in the toilet. also, could improve the cleanliness by vacuuming the floor especially below the bed or sofa. Breakfast was ok. Overall, love our stay there.

What can we say... a warm hospitality, checked. Staying here for my son's bday celebration, and a free slice of yummy cake brought to cheers him... Everythg's was good, and we're happy to spend a night here. Thank youuu HSICE - BSD..

Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful. Already in the lobby, you immediately get a holiday feeling. The staff are extremely friendly without ever seeming forced. The whole property is beautifully maintained, and the evening lighting makes the garden look magical. We had a room with a garden view – to our surprise, it also overlooked the runway, so we could watch planes up close right from our window. Despite this, the room was surprisingly quiet. The pool area is excellent as well. A perfect choice for a stopover in Jakarta!

My second stay here but in another room. The safe was not working again. Had to call in the technician. The shower hose leaking across the length of it. Asked for technician to come but none came. Food that is delivered for room service is different from the menu given

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my one-week business trip in Indonesia. The airport pickup was arranged seamlessly, and the hotel itself is very new. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked spotless. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers greeted me with big, genuine smiles, making me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Oh, and the airport transfer to the hotel took only 20 minutes, while the drop-off to the airport was just 5 minutes – extremely convenient!

The room was comfortable, and the only drawback was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good — but for this price range, there’s really nothing to complain about. The gym is well-equipped and includes a sauna and swimming pool. It’s highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay near Jakarta Airport. The staff were very friendly as well! I also recommend booking the buffet breakfast in advance if you plan to eat at the hotel. We paid on the spot, and it cost double — around USD 10 for two people when booked online, but USD 20 if paid directly at the hotel.

The hotel has seen better days. Cleanliness can be improved. The carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly, some switches don't work. The light in the room was dim and I had to ask for additional desk lighting, which the staff gave. Respectful and courteous staff but the requests had to be made twice before it was acted on.
