Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

Stayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant. Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated. Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to “Boss D” of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

First time to stay in Azelea, the place is nice for family bonding and very near to the recreation area. I will definitely come back during the holiday.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel facilities were decent, including a dining area that offered a variety of options. While the food was satisfactory, there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Common areas were kept tidy, and housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness. One minor downside was that some aspects of the property felt slightly dated, and a few small maintenance issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated that everything was working perfectly, including the fan, water heater, and Wi-Fi. If the room still feels warm, the hotel even provides an extra fan free of charge, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers free parking and is conveniently located near Burnham Park, with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this place to others.

This is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden. While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby. The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.
