Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

The hotel is only 100 meters away from the ancient city, and is within a 5-minute walk from the popular restaurants. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Afanti and 15 minutes to stroll to the Four Pagodas Mosque. The waiter was very good. When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage and they specially called a strong man to help us take the luggage downstairs.

The hotel is located in the old city, where the whole history and tours. Color the hotel in Muslim style. People of all nationalities rest. Very good breakfasts and rooms. It was warm in the room, on the street +10 Taxi is cheap on Yandex. Nearby cafes and restaurants. Everything was very much liked.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.

The location is very good, just in the ancient city of Buhara, you can walk to every attraction, the breakfast is very rich, one person can't finish it, the room is very warm, it is too hot, this is very good for winter. Very recommended!

The location is very convenient at the entrance to the old town. If you are an inn in the old town, you cannot access it by taxi, but this inn can be reached at the last minute. Also, when I took a taxi at Yandex Go, I forgot something in the car. The inn kindly talked to the Yandex driver (it is possible to call via the app, but the driver only speaks local language), and I was able to get back the forgotten thing safely.

В отеле всего 6 номеров, номера небольшие, чисто, есть все необходимы принадлежности, рядом кафе и рестораны, есть смотровая площадка на крыше отеля, где вечером прекрасные виды на достопримечательности в ночной подсветке. В отеле можно выгдно поменять деньги и заказать экскурсии, сотрудники очень доброжелательные, помогают с любыми вопросами. Завтраки понравились, особенно домашние сырники и самса.

The location is very strategic, right in the center of Hozzo lobby and surrounded by many restaurants and cultural music performances. Plenty of food choices. The staff and owner are very helpful.
