The hotel was newly renovated. Manager Wangjiu was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and quiet, with oxygen supply. We went to Sakya the next day because we had a good night's rest and it wasn't tiring. This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel this year; I'd always stayed at other hotels, and it was quite good.

The room is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. As I had to leave early for a flight, the staff kindly prepared a simple takeaway breakfast for me because I was earlier than breakfast time, which I was appreciative of. Able to have a good night rest and wash up after a long day travelling, and being in a central location, I could just walk out and find a restaurant easily.

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

It was great. A smiling ******* guy helped with the luggage and presented a white Hada. The front desk lady introduced it very carefully. I experienced the smart high-tech products in the room. The mobile phone opened the door and controlled the air conditioning, lights and curtains in the room. Even the toilet was smart and warmed up. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was also high-end with high-end latex pillows. Oxygen supply and heating in the whole house are very necessary to relieve discomfort when just entering Tibet. The breakfast is also very rich, with freshly ground coffee, Nestle coffee, Qingchawan cheese milk tea, ******* sweet tea, butter tea, freshly squeezed mango juice, orange juice, and 8 or 9 kinds of fruits, as well as freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, hot and sour noodles: Luohan bamboo shoots stewed with fresh ******* yak meat, fresh ******* chicken, and ginkgo chicken soup stewed with local wild angelica in Nyingchi are very delicious. The facilities and services are great 👍👍👍 I will come again next time

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has been open for several years, but the decoration still looks quite new. It should have been renovated before the New Year. There are many places to eat around. You can also go out for a walk in the evening to see the Lhasa River view and Nanshan Park. It is also very close to the Potala Palace. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there, and it should be less than 5 minutes to drive there. There are also small gifts after checking in. I feel that this is a hotel worth recommending 🤩

The surrounding environment is also very good, the transportation is convenient, there are many food and attractions around, very suitable for travel and vacation. The hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.

Manager Li of the hotel arranged the airport drop-off and butler service very carefully. There is an oxygen concentrator in the room. It is recommended that you book or consult the chartered car tour to Basongcuo and Yarlung Zangbo River directly at the hotel. The cost-effectiveness is high, and the vehicle is very clean and spacious. The handmade incense making experience class of Teacher Zhao and Sister Ram allows adults and children to calm down and feel the local customs and customs, and very patiently satisfies the children's curiosity and thirst for knowledge. The afternoon tea in the hotel lobby bar must be experienced, and the breakfast is very rich. The Yajiang fish, ******* incense pork chops, and stone pot chicken at Linzhi Banquet on the first floor must be tried. Basically, we have three meals in the hotel restaurant. Teacher Zhao also personally sent us our own ******* incense as a souvenir, and the children were very excited. When we left, Manager Li drove us to the airport in person. There are many five-star hotels with good service, but there are definitely not many five-star hotels that provide such meticulous service throughout the journey!

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She helped us with our luggage and actively arranged a room for us. She also caught up with us and gave us a gift before we left. The smart toilet was great, and you can take a full picture of Mount Nanga Bawa from the rooftop. The service and hotel facilities of Pingcuo Kangsang are great, and I will stay there again next time.
