Jokhang Temple is just a few minutes' walk away, and Potala Palace isn't far to walk either. Grabbing a rickshaw is incredibly convenient. We recently stay at Lhasa Fanlian hotel. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked and functional. However, it was a bit small for twin sharing room. The butler was so friendly & helpful. He was very patient explaining the apparatus in the room & adjusted everything for us. I like the hotel architecture & amenities very much. They do provide hi-tea & supper for free, and the breakfast has a lot of variety & fruits were very fresh. I will highly recommend it to my friends & relatives if they come for holidays in Lhasa in near future.

If you're prone to altitude sickness, don't choose this hotel. The diffuse oxygen supply only lasts about an hour, so you have to turn it on manually. I woke up several times during the night, and the oxygen supply stopped working by 7 AM. Nasal inhalation is also an extra charge. The air conditioning system only heats, not cools, making the room extremely stuffy. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, which is known as Hilton, and I would never choose it again.
