The hotel is right next to Chinatown (about a 10-minute walk). Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs where you can grab essentials, and a pharmacy too. For the price, I think it's fantastic value for money! The room was comfortable, and it had a window with good natural light. The only minor drawback was that the mirror was a bit dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

For the first time my family and i stay at the langit duyong resort. My grand children loved the pool very much. My husband and i love the view at lobby hotel . We can see from far the drawn bridge of kuala terengganu. The room we stay is family suites so big for 5 adult and 3 children. If i come to KT the langit duyong must be the first choice… we must stay here for another holiday..

The hotel is very close to Kuala Terengganu Airport, about a fifteen-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely recommended!

The hotel's facilities are very modern and the ambiance is incredibly elegant. Whenever we had a request, the staff were always responsive and the room was spotlessly clean. It was a really excellent stay.

The place is very nice, room is spacious and clean with a nice beachview. The breakfast was delicious and had abundant of various foods. The facilities were great, we specifically enjoyed the very large pool which was well maintained. The staffs were also very friendly and accommodating.Just to note, the hot water for jacuzzi was not working but the staf had informed it to us.

I stayed at Grand Continental Hotel Kuala Terengganu and overall the experience was acceptable. However, the parking facilities are very limited, which caused some inconvenience during my stay. The Hotel design very old need renovation The management should consider providing alternative parking options for guests. It would also be helpful to have a designated parking area at the back of the hotel. Additionally, implementing a policy of allowing only one car per room could help manage the limited parking space more effectively.

The overall design is modern, clean, and very calming — especially loved the soft neutral tones and aesthetic interior. The space feels well-maintained and thoughtfully curated. One standout feature is the in-room kids’ play area, which is such a thoughtful touch for families. It’s clean, safe, and beautifully designed — perfect for keeping little ones entertained while parents can relax. The location is also a big plus — situated in Chinatown, it’s very convenient with easy access to food, shops, and attractions. The common areas are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and I also appreciated the small local touches like the handmade items on display, which add a unique charm to the stay. Overall, a cozy, stylish, and family-friendly place. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend! 😊

Park the car in his area. Self care but there is CCTV. His swimming pool is small so you have to find a suitable time to take a shower if you don't want to connect with other children/families. The room is big so comfortable for prayer. Iron is not okay because w/even install the most slow but can be burned. Towels smell a little bit, pillows are thin. Aircond is cold. Environmental is safe. Can walk across the road to go to the beach. W/even working day book but full room. Congratulations & thank you.

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

Check in will be sharp 3:00pm…extremely very limited parking ya..but the hotel is walking by KTCC etc. after come back from dinner..have to park around 300-500 meter outside the hotel. They only have 2 lift only ya..😅It is an old hotel and their counter staff is not friendly except u speak their state language. But the price is cheap. If i know will add another night at RAIA. As i thought can early check in and change attire for program as speaker. What to do already booking one night.
