The location is good, just across the road from the station. There are restaurants along the path outside the hotel, and an aeon supermarket in the other direction. A bottle of water is provided every day, and there are spare supplies on the first floor. The downside is that there is no laundry room and no humidifier in the room.
There are some fast food nearby to eat, find a live fish freshly cut izakaya, but it is recommended to drive past, otherwise there are no street lights along the way is a bit scary and dangerous.
Great value hot spring hotel
In addition to open-air and indoor hot springs, the bathhouse also has cold water baths and saunas.
After soaking in the hot springs, there are free lactic acid drinks or popsicles
In the evening, the restaurant provides free soba noodles for midnight snacks.
On the hot spring floor, there are comic books for free and super luxurious massage chairs.
The hotel is located next to Izumo Station, very convenient
It is an easy-to-use hotel.
You can send me to the station in the morning. Only Monday, but not.
Breakfast is ok. It is Shinjiko Shijimi miso soup. The number of items is not so much. But it's not bad.
I'm glad that there is a hot spring ♨️ ☺️ I was relieved that there was a card key for women.
I'm glad to drink drip coffee ☕️ freely ♪
There was only a smoking room and I stayed there. There was an air purifier and a deodorant. 3 It smelled for a day. It's a reflection.
The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.
very nice! There is a Family Mart nearby and it is a short walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Historical Museum! The receptionist was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets. They were delicious. The hot springs were very comfortable. However, there were too many people and I didn’t have the chance to soak in a private hot spring. There were also free ramen and kimono rentals. It was a good choice to go to Izumo Taisha Shrine~ It’s close to the Izumo tram station. It’s a little far away from the main shrine but the road is quite easy to walk!
The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the train station. I liked it when I came, and I couldn't help but stay for another day.

LlenaelkeGreat stay! Absolutelly loved the common areas and it is very clean! Also you get lots of free stuff! (face mask, tea, cookie, foot relaxing sheets, ...) and a comfy outfit to wear during your stay :-)
RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

GGuest UserThe room is lovely, a cozy traditional tatami style. It's managed by locals, so that's really nice. I kinda regret not getting a place closer to the center. It's 30 minutes walk from the train station (with some sights along the way). There is a local bus (Google maps seems to be on point with it) but it doesn't drive all that often. There is however a great Onsen 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I do reccomend that. :)
Jjo taroIt feels like an old inn has been renewed for private guests. The building may be old, but the interior is beautiful.
The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone.
However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

FFeiwenThe room is super big and only 1 minute walk from the station, super convenient.
It's only a 30-minute walk from Matsue Castle. There are many restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals. Highly recommended.
JJack_Lin1984Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, just next to the train subway station.
Hygienic: very clean
Facilities: Also very good, although the room is a bit small
Service: Breakfast is a bit simple, and it is cleaned up immediately after the time, and a bread is not eaten, although it has not been completely put away, and it is not allowed to eat! This is a bit strange.
MMaidabaicaidiRecently stayed at the Toyoko Inn Hotel in front of Izumo City Station in Japan, the experience is a cost-effective choice! As a convenient transportation party ecstasy, the hotel is veritable close to Izumoshi Station. It can be reached within a few minutes' walk from the station. It is very convenient to explore Izumoshi Shrine, Riyucho and other attractions by JR, or transfer to the surrounding cities.
The rooms are small but reasonably laid out, continuing the consistent cleanliness standards of Toyoko INN, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep experience is comfortable. The bathroom facilities are well maintained, with 24-hour hot water and sufficient spare parts to meet daily needs. The most surprising thing is the free breakfast provided by the hotel. In addition to the classic Japanese rice balls, miso soup, and local specialties of buckwheat noodles, you can taste the authentic flavor.
The front desk staff is professional and patient, not only actively helping to plan the route of the attractions, but also carefully preparing a Chinese travel guide. The coin-operated washing machine, microwave oven and other facilities in the public area are also very practical and suitable for long-term guests. If you want to find a worry-free and affordable place to stay in Izumo, this hotel is definitely recommended!
AAnonymous UserGreat location close to Izumoshi station. The bath and sauna are fantastic particularly on a cold windy day. The room was comfy enough for one night.
