The location is super. Hotel breakfast is good with 3 restaurants to select from. The only miss is no laundry service needed to go out to look for a self service laundry shop nearby. Overall is good. Will come backfor next round.

Overall, I really liked the hotel! The location is super convenient — close to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and the design was minimal but stylish, which I really loved. They also have a relaxing bath house, which was a nice bonus. One of my favorite things was that the TV in the room could connect directly to my phone — so convenient! However, there was one issue. My friend lost a necklace, and it felt like the staff didn’t communicate well with each other. It seemed like no proper report or message was passed on, because every time we asked, we had to explain everything from the beginning. That was a bit frustrating. I really hope the necklace is found — please contact us as soon as possible if it is! That’s all from me. Overall, still a good stay!

My mother and I absolutely loved staying at Westin Miyako for our celebratory Kyoto trip. The renovated room was spacious and beautiful with excellent bedding and well appointed amenities. We enjoyed using the spa and dining at the buffet. The hotel is a bit away from sites but we didn’t mind because we preferred quiet stay. The area is peaceful and walking to nanzenji area was great. Most of all, we thank all the staff who were so kind and so helpful to us, making our stay wonderful!

It's beautiful hotel which has own shuttle buses to Kyoto station. They pay attention to every detail and every aspect. Service is superb. hotel staffs are very friendly and so polite. They welcome you from the beginning outside hotel. Greeting every time they see you. Shuttle buses drives are extremely helpful and friendly.! Breakfast are always great. Morning chef is amazing and kind. Thank you. And please give my best regards to him. Me and my parents had lovely time during stay. And if not because we booked hotel another week at Osaka, we sure would love to stay another week. My father still talk about the trip at your hotel while we stay at Imperial Hotel Osaka. Very clean and new hotel. It also has stylish interior designs for both the hotel and inside the rooms, with a touch of modern Kyoto vibe. Its location is closely located to BAL and Kamo-gawa so if you are a fan of shopping and light by the river walking/ biking, this is a great choice.

Our 2nd time staying. Very good location with lots of great restaurants around. Nearby subway stations and bus stations. Walkable distance to shopping area and even site seeing locations.

The room is clean The staff is really helpful. But it's hard to wait for the laundry because many people using it. And it takes some minutes to go back to the louder streets. But it's fine if you get used to it and know the directions. For transport, this hotel is closer to two different subways. It should be easy to travel to places like arashiyama or somewhere further. The price is also really affordable, good price for center of kyoto.

I brought my family to Japan for the Spring Festival and stayed there for 5 consecutive days. The room was very comfortable and clean, and transportation, shopping and travel were very convenient. The landlord was very enthusiastic and contacted us in advance about the check-in. He also gave us travel guides and exquisite gifts. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

Although the accessibility to subway stations and other places was not good, the location of the accommodation was in a residential area, so it had a good local atmosphere. The facilities were good, the service was friendly, and everything was good.
