”I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regent Hotel! The service was impeccable, and I especially loved the thoughtful features like the bubble bath available on request and the convenient daily laundry service. The in-house restaurants and bar, with their spectacular views, were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the best the hotel has to offer. Special mention to Jackson Li and Edward Xu for going above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

My Hotel Stay – A Wonderful Experience! What I Loved: The hotel was super easy to find—much easier than I expected! If you take Exit 6, just look to your right, and you’ll see a tall building. Enter, take the elevator to the 21st floor, and you’ll find the reception. You can also take Exit 4A, walk straight, turn left, and cross a small road to reach the same building. But I’d definitely recommend Exit 6 since it has an escalator—perfect for anyone with big luggage like me! As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a refreshing drink, which was such a nice touch. I stayed for two nights, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room to a deluxe one with a beautiful view and even a bathtub! I’m not sure why, but I was really grateful. Honestly, I would have been happy just getting a non-smoking room, so this was a lovely bonus! I was a little worried about communication at first, but the staff were so kind and patient. During check-in, they made every effort to help me, even using a translation app to make sure I understood everything. WeChat was also super helpful—it made it easy to reach the staff whenever I had any questions, and they always responded so quickly! The hotel is such great value for money. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the central location. Everything was modern, the water pressure was great, and even the hairdryer was super powerful—honestly, it felt like a five-star experience! They also offer free city tours, which is a fantastic option! I didn’t join because I wanted to explore at my own pace, but it’s definitely a nice extra service. A Couple of Suggestions: (These aren’t really complaints—just little things that could make the experience even better!) One reason I chose this hotel was the free luggage delivery service to the airport. But I later found out that it’s only available for guests with a Mainland China phone number. I totally understand that it’s probably for easier coordination, but I think it would be great if international guests could use this service too! Maybe a simple meeting point at the airport (like Exit 3 on the 4th floor of the departure terminal) could work, where guests arrive a few minutes early to pick up their bags. Or even adding the driver on WeChat could make it easier. If this service is strictly for guests with a Chinese number, it might be helpful to mention that in the booking details. In the end, I decided to store my luggage at the hotel instead, which was still very convenient! My room didn’t have a fridge. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but I noticed that the booking details mentioned one. Luckily, the weather was cool at night, so I didn’t really need it, but I can imagine it might be inconvenient in the summer. Final Thoughts: Overall, I had such a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to give this hotel five stars! The service went beyond my expectations, and I was especially touched by the kindness of a staff member named Xiao Zao. When I picked up my luggage, he personally walked me downstairs and even gave me a little gift—such a sweet gesture! One tiny suggestion: I know the staff work really hard, and their service is already amazing, so I think they should feel confident about that! If possible, I’d recommend avoiding asking guests for immediate reviews, as some people (like me!) prefer to take their time and write something thoughtful. But honestly, with such great service, I’m sure almost every guest will leave a glowing review anyway—especially because of the wonderful staff! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Located right in the heart of Haochi Street, the hotel is a haven for food lovers. The vibrant street food scene just outside the doorstep ensures you’re never far from a delicious snack or meal, no matter the time of day. The hotel itself is modern and fun, with a trendy vibe that makes it stand out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, perfect for relaxing after exploring the bustling streets. A special shoutout to Yann at the reception, who truly made our stay memorable. Yann went above and beyond with her warm hospitality, offering excellent recommendations for exploring the city and ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Her friendly demeanor and local insights were invaluable.

The hotel is very beautiful, the lobby looks magnificent, especially the crystal chandeliers are very eye-catching; although it is not the Chinese New Year yet, we can feel the strong Chinese New Year atmosphere as soon as we arrive at the hotel entrance. The big red lanterns at the door are very festive, and there are red Chinese New Year decorations in the revolving door and lobby, which my family likes very much; the service at the front desk is remarkable, and the check-in is very smooth. The staff Nancy, Sara, Cathy, Daisy, etc. are very active in helping to introduce attractions, hotel facilities and luggage; the hotel facilities are complete, the swimming pool and gym are on the second floor of the hotel, the swimming pool is still heated, and the gym has a lot of fitness equipment; the hotel is in Nanping business district, 100 meters away from the light rail station, it is very convenient to travel, and the two plazas of Wanda and Starlight next to it can solve eating and shopping in one stop. My family said that the hotel they chose this time is great. Thanks to the staff of Chongqing Fuli Le Méridien for giving us a good experience on this trip, and I will definitely come again if I have the chance

Very easy check in process, some English was spoken which made it easier Location was great, on the ”quieter' side but only a brief 15-20 uphill walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and surroundings Apartment was extremely spacious with a very well equipped kitchen along with a washing machine/drier. Didn't get a chance to make use of the other facilities Will be back to Chongqing and stay again when there, highly recommend

Beautiful hotel. Definitely worth the price. Located very central across from Raffle City and right at the metro station. The reception is on the 21 floor then the room depends on what you are assigned. The room itself was relatively clean and had everything you needed for your stay. They only thing they can improve is to install hangers for the towels. There is nowhere in the bathrooms you could hang your towels to dry. Staff is very helpful and friendly though expect to use a translator if you don't speak Chinese. Breakfast is ok for the price

Welcome fruit: Fruits in the evening Complimentary: Nice snacks Breakfast is delicious! Breakfast is delicious! Breakfast is delicious! Compared with the small noodles outside, a buffet breakfast with vegetable pastries and yogurt and soy milk is better. Environment: The whole is very clean, the hotel at the same price is definitely more cost-effective in Molins Service: The service staff are very young, the staff will smile politely when they see it in the corridor, and the stay experience is superb

I've extended my stay there because I liked it so much. Super clean, great views (attached a photo of the view from their lobby), a lovely front desk team. Seriously, everyone has been super nice. All amenities provided. They also stored my luggage after check-out. It's at a really convenient location (新华国际) with good metro access. And a good spa on the 50th floor. They provide tea in the lobby. No smell in the room (but people are allowed to smoke in the lobby...I would have preferred no smoking at all, but they keep the windows open). Easy access to food etc. Comfortable bed. Cute room :) Would definitely stay again.
