Fantastic location and service was excellent. This hotel is so comfortable and the gym and swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great too. There is also a bridge linking the hotel to the mall Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Korat

The environment and atmosphere are wonderful- very welcoming and relaxing. The room is spacious and comfortable, though maintenance is average. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Breakfast has a good variety and caters to different tastes. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Our first stay at Centre Point Terminal 21 Korat, the location was superb with access to the mall from level 4 and ground level. The service was excellent and the room was really clean. We were able to go to the Sky Deck and had a wonderful view of whole of Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat). A great stay indeed.

Good atmosphere, suitable for relaxation, clean, everything is good. The breakfast that was received from the reservation is very good, delicious.

Premiumly the best hotel. We highly recommend this place when you come to Khao Yai. We stayed at other hotel with the same star range as La Casetta, but I can never recommend others more than this place. The environment. The cleanliness. Especially the staffs and service, just simply the best and the kindest.

The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a quiet, rejuvenating retreat with a few minor limitations for halal diners. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility!

Best service, welcome drinks available, service mind with smiling face 😊 the bell boy is very good she helps us put all the luggages in the room while we are taking the photos around the hotel, the morning buffet is pretty good as we can enjoy a variety of foos and drinks.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly comfortable, with spacious and bright rooms offering a lovely view of Korat city. The location is perfect, with Tesco Lotus and The Mall nearby. In the evening, I enjoyed cycling around the hotel and exploring the on-site organic farm, which guests can visit by walking or biking. Honestly, this place is so convenient, new, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There's even a charming cafe inside the hotel. It’s a wonderful spot. If you’re visiting Korat and looking for a great, convenient, and safe place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel:)

Great value for money, and the room was comfortable and roomy! Unfortunately, we encountered a water leak in our room, which was quite a shock. We called the front desk in the middle of the night, and the staff immediately helped us switch rooms. They handled the situation promptly, and the service was excellent! The breakfast was quite basic, but for a room for two at around TWD 500 including breakfast, you really can't complain! 😂
