Positive points: clean room, breakfast (buffet), minibus schedules for Santa Maria+ Ponta Preta, nearby to the beaches, several swimming pools, Points négatifs : manque de vie nocturne et animations, l'espace sport libre extérieur à réfaire, + a very unpleasant receptionist who didn't want to hear anything (not wants us to pay the amount of stay fee indicated on our reservation but good Trip customer service management)

The best hotel in the whole island of Sal, except for Riu, is Hilton. Unfortunately, there is no Riu at the time of booking, but Hilton is very new, the decoration is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are very modern. The hotel swimming pool is very large, the beach is outside, the greening is very good, the photo is beautiful, but the room is a little far from the beach, only half of the sea view room.

I had a few initial issues with the electricals in the room which the manager Miguel sorted quickly, lovely guy. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle bus into Santa Maria meant could enjoy a nice sandy beach. Quiet location with restaurant and bar and nearby mini market.

Incroyable hôtel avec un incroyable service, on recommande très chaudement. Les employés sont vraiment aux petits soins Petit plus pour la petite française à l’accueil. Et merci à tous les employés de nous avoir permis de prendre une Touche après la plage avant de prendre l’avion le soir :)

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo

GGuest UserJust the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

GGuest UserCan’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

GGuest UserNice room, great location. Very nice breakfast with nice variety. (although the sitting at a bar for breakfast is not really pleasant). Really near everything. I asked for a quite room and got one. The only draw was the temp. of the shower - in the mornings no hot water, in the afternoons no cold water. The internet was problematic the first day, fine afterwords.

GGuest UserIl personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo abbondante e saporito. Dalla mia camera si sentivano i rumori della cucina tanto da svegliarmi. La pulizia dei tavolini tra le sdraio era scadente e molte sdraio del terrazzo erano rotte.
