The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special π

The hotel is near the railway station. The staff are polite. Food prices are on the very high side. I had booked my room with a complimentary breakfast option but there was no buffet and limited options were given. The quality of the food served was not up to the mark.
