The hotel is near Police Mobile Brigade Headquarter in Abepura. It's 30 drive from the Sentani Airport. Food were delicious and staff were friendly. I stayed 2 nights and felt overall were excellent. The staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel area and room was clean and functional

On Biak Island, the facilities and services of this hotel are top-notch! The location is also in the commercial center of Bialk, opposite the supermarket and KFC, Mandri Bank's ATM can also use UnionPay to withdraw money, saving credit cards. There are local food stalls on the other side, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. Breakfast is also quite rich, starting at four in the morning, it is said to be for the convenience of local Muslims. So this hotel is very suitable for business trips and ordinary travel. But the surrounding area of the hotel is noisy, the environment is a bit messy, not suitable for feeling the natural atmosphere of the tropical island, so I prefer the Asana hotel near the airport. Service: The waiter can speak English, but has an accent and needs to be confirmed many times. Facilities: The swimming pool is outdoor, not big, and the gym is OK

The bedroom Going into the room, it looks neatly in a glance. But after seeing more details, the pillow and blankets are swollen. Could be unhygienic well. The bed is soft and comfortable. Rating 1 Furniture The furniture is good and sturdy. There's a small refrigerator, there's a hot water heater, the 29 inch TV I don't notice because I don't like watching TV, the air conditioner I prefer a split model, because the cold level can be compatible with my enthusiasm. If the central air conditioner in the bathroom Because I'm back to work, I'm going to the room and turn the hot water tap (left). And then carefully turn the tap into the cold and find a position of warm water. So the position 30 sweep from the bottom up is warm water. The towel is almost old, dry and thin. Rating 1 lighting I used to work at night, but this room was not designed for work, apparently. I prefer brighter lights and lots of buttons so I can set a level of explanation by turning off an unused light. Rating 1 Internet & HP signal If youtube is still fine. But if film streaming with 2 is still often buffer. Good phone connection. Rating 1 Food In the room there is nespresso and dilmah. get 2 bottles of aqua. The officer is nice and enthusiastic to pay attention. I ordered a car to go to the airport the next day he was well served. Rating 1 Other facilities Pool and gym are being repaired. Overall Aston this seems to be an old hotel. 3 nights before I stayed at the hotel **VE Jayapura and was quite surprised with ASTON facility. In fact, with a little improvement such as towels youth, adding light and hot water repairs can make this hotel much better. For next visit I prefer to the hotel before. Total rating 1.

The hotel management is very user-friendly and the breakfast is good. It is a good place to live here on a business trip. Of course, it is not close to the airport, so everyone needs to plan their time well when traveling. The room is clean and tidy, and shopping downstairs is very convenient!

I personally enjoy the hotel, the facility, comfortable room with amazing view of Jayapura. The semi outdoor swimming pool and rooftop restaurant are amazing too. Good service from the reception Anita, she took care of my wallet and bag when I carelessly left it at the lobby. Thank you very much 🙏😊

nice hotel there are typical Papua food bicycles yellow soup fish and keladi are delicious hotel waiters are friendly,only unfortunately there is no swimming pool.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, in the center of jayapura city, many food and also shops around the hotel. The room is also nice, clean and well-established, the bathroom is clean with smooth water. The air conditioner is cold and works well, so is the TV. Only wifi is a bit slow, the rest is good.

A bad hotel in a strategic location. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and some restaurants around. Slow wifi, I couldn't even connect from 3 o'clock in the morning until I checked out in the afternoon. They need to provide better amenities, like liquid soap. The telephone in the room is out of order, can't even use it to call the operator or the front desk.
