First time at a Holiday inn. The staff very welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotless. 2 night stay and the included breakfast was top notch. Help yourself cooked breakfast. Large and very comfy bed, amenities were great. Double shower and toiletries all readily available. Decent beer as well. But just remember to take change if you're not paying by card as they don't have any. Looking forward to going back early next year.

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

Good location and cleanliness, sea view if you upgrade your room. Only the tv was not working, and bad at Sound insulation, cause I can hear others talking at night

Excellent location right in the centre of Christchurch. Have stayed at the Kings arms hotel several times. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! It has an old-world charm that's beautifully understated, with impeccable aesthetics. Highly recommend! And all for just over 800 RMB! Compared to the Huajiantang I stayed at last night for over 3800 RMB, this place is in a different league entirely!

In general everything was great. We suggest to change mattress as both we and our friends had terrible back pain but this is of course just a preference and not everyone wants a hard mattress as we do. Apart from that we love it all in this hotel. Thankyou .

I booked for myself and my 2 dogs  Beach is 3 minutes by car perfect for the dogs

Excellent customer service from all members of staff. Room had all the amenities we needed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast help yourself to cereals and fruit. The waiting staff took your hot food order at your table. Everything was hot, straight from the kitchen. Extra parking around the back is available if the front car park is full. You are a short walk to the top of the zig zag down to the beach and promenade. Overall a most enjoyable stay at The Grove Hotel. Would we return, yes if we found ourselves back in Bournemouth.

The lack of telephones in the rooms added to the nostalgic vibe, making it feel like a bit of a ”bhul bhuliyaan” (labyrinth), but in a fun, quirky way. The hotel offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the fantastic swimming pool, a great spot to take a dip and relax. The backyard, which was beautifully landscaped, provided a serene place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. What made it even more special was how close the backyard was to the beach—it was a short walk to the shore, and the beach views from the hotel were simply stunning. The views through the hotel were equally impressive, giving you glimpses of the ocean and natural beauty from various corners of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can just lose track of time, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with great views and a lovely atmosphere.

It was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.
