While the location might be a bit far for someone who enjoys sightseeing, the public transport links were excellent, as it's truly right next to the subway station. This made getting around incredibly convenient.
The room was quite small, with practically no space beyond the bed itself. The biggest drawback was the extremely low ceiling above the bed; sitting upright meant bumping my head. I literally had to lie down just to take a sip of water, which was incredibly awkward!
The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, and all the amenities were in good working order. So, for budget-conscious travelers, this is still a solid option!
Location of the hotel is superb, near metro and attractions. Walking distance about 10-15 minutes to Eiffel Tower. We booked queen bed for 4 nights. However, when we checked in at 11pm on 1/9/2025, the room given was not cleaned. There were pillows and used bedsheet at the given room. We were surprise and came down to report it. Due to unavailability, we have been given double bed connected into one, which was not comfy for us. One of the lift was under repair on 5/9/2025. It took 15-20 minutes to checked out since the morning 5/9/25 till mid day where only 1 lift working- a lot of guests waited too long including us!
Meanwhile, during the week we stayed, the internet connection was on and off where there was maintenance carried out based on notice in the room. Should plan better to minimize interruption to the hotel guest. Overall, ok for the strategic location and the Aparthotel brand which is well known hotels chain worldwide.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Montparnasse Metro Station is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to reach any part of Paris. The front desk service was also quite good, and the facilities were very comprehensive. The free mini-bar was a pleasant surprise, and the security measures were excellent. However, the biggest drawback was the hotel's hygiene, which was genuinely concerning. Upon arrival, I even found residual body hair on the bedsheets and duvet cover. Luckily, I had brought my own. Room cleaning was only average, and the mini-bar wasn't restocked for two days after its contents were used. Overall, there's significant room for improvement.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Check in was easy and we were made to feel very welcome. The smell being pumped into the reception was really lovely. We had a queen suite with kitchenette and our room was very clean and spacious with everything you need. The parking on the whole was good although on returning late one night from the park there were only a couple of spaces available, so not sure what we would have done had it been full. We didn’t purchase the hotel breakfast as we made our own in the room so cannot comment on this. The location for the parks was fantastic if you have a car and there also seemed to be a bus stop outside if not. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Excellent location with a fantastic view; watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our balcony at night was a real highlight. However, the room's soundproofing was poor; we could clearly hear noise from the neighbors and the street outside. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was absolutely delicious. Service was just average. At 5 PM, check-in time, I was told our room wasn't ready. It was only after I complained that they bothered to check and then informed me it was actually ready. I suspect if I hadn't pushed, I would have been waiting even longer. It felt like service quality declined significantly when the hotel was busy. The main issue, however, was a very strong urine smell in the bathroom. It was incredibly obvious, and frankly, I don't know what the problem was. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our two-week trip across France, this was the *only* one with a hygiene problem like this.
Happy to have stayed there. A small simple hotel but all that we needed. Not in touristy area which we prefer but there’s good local restaurants where local people go to eat n drink nearby. Near Rue Deguerre markets. We mostly traveled around by bus which was pretty convenient. Walked to Denfret-Rocherer station n took RER to CDG airport easily. Happy with the breakfast included. Plenty of food.
Perfect location. New, clean and surprisingly spacious room by Parisian standard. Located on a side street but only a few steps away from the trendy Haut Marais area surrounded by endless cafe and restaurant options.
Staff are super friendly. Amenities on the other hand are rather basic. Bring your own slippers, sanitary set and earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Staying on the first floor, I was woken up every morning by the sound of the kitchen downstairs preparing breakfast. Note that there is no mini fridge in the room and the door cannot be locked from inside if that concerns you. Prices fluctuate a lot so compare before booking. Will definitely stay again.

During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue.
I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail.
The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night.
Excellent place to stay. I stayed in a micro room, designed to accommodate single traveler, and micro it was ! But it was extremely clean, decorated with a touch of fantasy and while small, it had everything you could think about.
The staff I interacted with had always been friendly , polite and welcoming.
The location is close to the train station and its subway and RER lines.
Overall, a small, but excellent little hotel to stay.
I would not hesitate to come back to this place.

__WeChat237006****If you are a literary youth, you should definitely not miss this hotel. Especially in winter, you can experience the life that Flaubert and Hemingway experienced in Paris before they became famous...
Excellent location, cheap price, and extremely bad environment.
It is extremely cold in winter. Only the pipes of my room heater are hot, and the radiator is cold... Several sockets and wires are exposed outside, and there are moldy unknown black objects on the wall. The white sheets have the effect that a black sweater has no hair after lying on it...
But the bathroom is very clean. Really clean. The room is a little worse, and it is very small.
But at this price, 400+ is okay to live in such a central location. The location is really good, only about 200 meters away from the subway station, and many other places can be walked to. This area is also very lively at night, with many restaurants and pubs to choose from.
DDaitieGreat little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site.
Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs.
The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel.
For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!)
Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

GGuest UserVery nice clean location, very friendly staff, perfect location everything central shops, restaurants, metro bus and train!
I will come back soon!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior is a bit dated, with some peeling walls in the hallways. The room was okay, though. We booked an apartment, which was a decent size. For a four-star hotel, they don't provide dental supplies, so you need to bring your own.
The hotel was clean and tidy. Despite the large number of guests, there was no trash or clutter.
The front desk service was a bit sketchy, perhaps due to the high volume of guests. The staff's quality needs improvement, especially since they even argued with other guests. The main issue is the management's disorganization.
The front desk said they would refund our deposit on the 28th, but it's already the 2nd and we still haven't received it. We'll have to wait.
Finally, there's a restaurant street behind the hotel with classic French restaurants. They're delicious and affordable. Highly recommended!
FFalik BatubaraA Hidden Gem Near Antony Train Station
I recently stayed at a charming hotel conveniently located near Antony train station, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, with easy access to the train station just a short walk away, making commuting to central Paris and other destinations a breeze.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its quiet and uncrowded neighborhood. Unlike the bustling areas closer to the city center, this neighborhood offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Yet, it doesn't lack in convenience, as there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner, you'll find various dining options to suit different tastes.
Cleanliness at the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were spotless, with a well-maintained feel throughout the entire property. The housekeeping staff ensured that the amenities were replenished regularly, and there were enough essentials provided to make the stay comfortable, from toiletries to basic appliances.
Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, cleanliness, and tranquility with easy access to both transportation and local amenities, this is an excellent choice.
AAnonymous UserNot bad, it is a good choice to walk for about ten minutes. The front desk of the hotel is set on the second floor. The first floor is another home. It needs to be from the elevator on the second floor. The socket in the room is a bit less.
GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

YYokaii1. Location is excellent
The hotel is super well situated if your focus is Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe shopping. It’s walking distance from the RER A train station, which gives fast access to Disneyland. Also, the Val d’Europe mall and outlets are very close by.
If I were there for Disney, I’d value that proximity highly — less travel fuss, more time for fun.
2. Stylish, fun design & communal vibes
Moxy does its thing well. The lobby / reception bar area is lively, modern, with playful décor (there’s mention of an Alice in Wonderland inspiration, fairy‐tale touches, murals, lots of plants, places to hang out).
Also, amenities like 42-inch smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, comfy beds get good feedback.
3. Friendly, helpful staff
Many guests mention that the staff are welcoming and communicative, eager to help — which goes a long way when you encounter the small annoyances that inevitably come with travel.
4. Good value & solid basics
Clean rooms, well maintained, reasonable cost (for what you get and for the location). For stays focussed on Disney or shopping, or short stays, this seems like a smart pick.
5. Nice common areas + extras
The hotel has a “grab-and-go” 24/7 snack option, a gym (24/7), and outdoor options / meeting spaces. There are social spaces to relax in. The restaurant (Bistrot 51) is fairly well regarded for its modern French bistro style.
