The room was spacious and the environment inside was great. It was also convenient for cooking. Most importantly, the location was excellent, right in the city center, close to attractions, the train station, and the beach. Overall, a great experience.

I love 5 star hotels and have been to many and this one is one of the best especially the concierge was really helpful and helped me arrange all activities on my trip. It was a pleasure and breakfast was really good as well…

Had a great time. Id definitely come bsck here. Decent breaky spread including a salad bar, scrambled eggs or omelette. Plus cereals pastries anf fruit. Room was tidy. Had a safe. Gym was excelldnt. Staff were do lovely too. Security guys were super helpful. You take a uber everywhere pretty much so this was a great base. Although did walk to shops and few attractions.

Nice hotel located in the city center near supermarket..kfc ..Mcdo and pharmacy..nice food and the staff are amazing always smiling and helpful..the only thing that was disturbing at night we could hear the noise outside from the road even of we were on the 14th floor..overall was a cery nice hotel, we were there for 5 nights and extended our stay for 4 more nights.☺️

Basic hotel but very expensive. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that standard, no bathtub, no bathrooes, amenities 3/10. No swimming pool, but the website is showing that they do have a swimming pool. Please do not stay here. Also the staff weren’t that good. Loved the rooftop restaurant/ bar but their menu is limited.

The hotel is ideally located close to business districts and cultural attractions, within walking distance to many specialty restaurants and shopping centers, and is perfect for visitors who like to explore the city. The room is fully equipped and well maintained, the intelligent control panel is convenient to operate, and the curtains and lights are controlled by one click; the most surprising thing is the viewing terrace of the room. Sitting on the wicker chair in the afternoon, drinking a cup of coffee, and admiring the clouds and mists of the table mountain in the distance is full of comfort.

This is the second time having to book with you guys however this time was terrible! The lights in the sitting room were not working, the blinder was half way through and it wasn’t closable which meant having to sit in the dark because another person can see through. I went down and spoke to the receptionist (male) he said I should wait in my room and someone would come up and help but no one came. I love booking at this place but the recent experience is definitely gonna make me think twice.

This hotel is amazing ! Firstly I arrived early before check-in time. The friendly receptionist shared that the hotel offers a free safe luggage room (in the lobby area) , where I stored my luggage then went to explore the town. There are many restaurants/coffee shops and the bo-kaap tourist attraction at a walking distance from the hotel. 5-10 minute drive to the V&A water front. 35+ minutes to wine farms & about 25 minutes to camps bay. The hotel was very clean, safe and they served an amazing breakfast. The lobby/lounge also has charging ports

Staff were fabulous very friendly and happy, breakfast superb . Room very clean it was perfect We had fantastic views of table mountain and Signal hill.

Hotel location is excellent, go out is the beach, look at the table mountain from a distance, look at the sea, the scenery is very spectacular, beautiful, next time you come to the first choice, will also recommend to friends, there are two restaurants in the hotel, the price is not expensive, the food is very good, breakfast is also very good! Overall feeling very good
