Hi! I recently stayed at your hotel and had such a pleasant experience. The ambience was amazing, the room had a great view, and everything felt so fresh and clean. The AC worked perfectly, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. I really appreciated the nice ventilation and the calm, refreshing smell in the room. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. I even found myself taking extra pictures because the place was just that beautiful! Thank you for such a wonderful stay I’d definitely love to come back.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I enjoyed a relaxing bath. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I was completely satisfied. The hotel was also filled with Seo's works, which was truly stunning. The hotel location is excellent, right next to the train station. However I had to change 3 rooms as the heating wasn't working properly and there were no staff to attend so I had to keep going up and down to reception to take photos and show them. Also no kettle in the room or complimentary coffee. I was told these were only offered to 'executive' bookings, which is very disappointing as this is pretty much expected these days. Other than that the hotel was fine: clean, safe, spacious, not noisy.
