Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

With so many new luxury boutique hotels emerging in recent years, it had been a long time since I last stayed at a Shangri-La, and I'd even forgotten I was a member. Changchun was the first stop on my Northeast China trip. After doing some online research and considering location and star rating, I chose the pricier Shangri-La over Hampton by Hilton, wondering if its facilities and services might be outdated due to its age. My worries were completely unfounded. Before my car even pulled up, the concierge was already waiting at the door. The young man at the front desk was very attentive and generously offered a complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious, had a great view, and came with all the expected amenities – exactly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. It brought to mind the saying among movie enthusiasts: 'Even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari.' Similarly, I'd say, 'Even an old Shangri-La is still a Shangri-La.' P.S. The welcome snack was a bit meager and could use some improvement. Next time I'm in Changchun, I'll definitely stay here again!

Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

This was my first visit to Siping, and I opted for Wanda. Fuli Wanda Hotels are generally quite consistent across the country, so there were no surprises. This is arguably the best hotel in Siping, boasting excellent facilities, clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms, and impeccably maintained cleanliness. Its superb location makes it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, it comes highly recommended! One area for improvement: underground parking is only free for 12 hours.

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

It's a fast hotel with high value for money. It's generally good. The service is OK. The room is relatively small. The breakfast is very rich. It's suitable for business travel. You can choose to stay here.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Room is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. MTR is just at the hotel doorway which makes in town travel extremely convenient. Breakfast food is plentiful. Staff are friendly, polite and forthcoming. Special thanks is given to Erik, the hotel’s room director. Despite his busy schedule, he always spares time to stay in the reception area to meet hotel guests. He is very helpful and resourceful, always stand ready to offer help and even travel advice. We told him our room was a bit hot due to the heated air conditioning and before long, he solved our problem by arranging one of our small windows to open for fresh air. We said we would take high speed train to leave the city at 2:30pm 2 days after and he immediately offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm. He also advised us to take MTR to go to the high speed train station instead of taking a taxi. We took his advice when checked out and the trip really turned out to be more convenient and faster.

Unfortunately, family rooms weren't available, so we ended up with a king room with an extra bed, which made the space a bit tight. This hotel is a definite must-book if you're planning a trip to Heaven Lake at Changbai Mountain, as it offers a VIP transfer channel. They also provide complimentary high-speed rail shuttle service and free access to their on-site hot springs. The complimentary cookies, however, weren't to my taste. A breakfast buffet is included; the variety is decent, quite similar to what you'd find at other hotels of the same standard. We arrived in the afternoon and, being too tired to venture out to town, decided to have dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant. We opted for a Korean BBQ set menu, which was plenty for three of us. While the set menu dishes aren't typically free-flow, after a brief chat with the manager, they kindly provided an extra portion. The service was great, and the restaurant was quite busy. There's also a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices for drinks and alcohol.

Very cool hotel, the second time we stay here. There is no refrigerator, but it is not a problem. Since last time they have changed the tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel to good-sized bottles and added hair conditioner, it is really nice. The only downside was that we went on holidays and there were a lot of Russian people who are too noisy, the audibility in the rooms is very good...

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.
