Nice hotel, friendly service, very clean rooms. The only negative point is that before booking it said there was free parking on site, but in fact we had to pay 30 reais to park the car on the grass, not even in a covered space, next to a coconut tree that could fall on the hood and cause a big loss. I recommend that the establishment not offer free parking, but rather paid parking on site. And it is worth noting that parking is prohibited on the avenue where the hotel is located, so you are forced to pay the 30 reais.

Hotel excelente, muito organizado e bem localizado. Quarto grande, espaçoso e arejada para quem não gosta de usar o ar-condicionado. Próximo a mercados, restaurantes e farmácias, café da manhã excelente e com um ótimo atendimento da Ana Carolina.

The service that served the service to us was very careful and efficient. The rooms are good, but the reception and breakfast service leaves much to desire. The reception staff will not respond to the request.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Gostamos muito da localização de acordo com o nosso panorama de viagem. A higiene do Hotel é fantástica assim como todo zelo demonstrado pelos funcionários. O café da manhã fantástico e tinha uma preocupação dos funcionários em manter tudo limpo e muito bem organizado. Superou as expectativas.

The room is small, but very comfortable. Impeccable cleaning. I missed having a minibar, as it doesn't have one. Overall, it's good.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Poor experience, 1. The room reserved in advance was not available. 2. The window was broken, allowing direct light into the room without blackout. 3. The air conditioning doesn't turn off the light due to the control not being standard for the machine. 4. Being on the top floor, the noise from the elevator machine is clearly audible, providing a unique experience that, unfortunately, is worth it 👊. 5. To conclude, the snacks from the minibar were already pre-consumed and left in the same place. A rather peculiar situation 🤨. Maybe the trend will catch on, huh... Worst hotel experience in Brazil, and this is my first Google review. Room with an issue: 801. Top floor, first tower. Want an adventure? Just come and camp ⛺️.

we were working from 13/10/21 to 07/02/22, everything happened very well. 1) Old room but everything works, very clean and Marcia was making it unpleasant. 2) The reception is all very nice (I will not quote names because I can forget someone) 3 The morning coffee and a show apart, Michele and Damas are love, Michele made me even the sticks, which my husband Marcos loved. (b) the coffee room, which is with a horrible infiltration, the wet/boiled wall for the renitee is a nightmare, I hope you will fix it. next work in Betim, Samba will be our stop

The Hotel Fasano in Belo Horizonte, with its inimitable style emblematic of the Fasano chain, sits elegantly within the city, a beacon of refined hospitality. The diversity among the staff is a refreshing sight, adding to the hotel’s charm; the presence of a receptionist adorned with numerous tattoos was a particularly cool touch. The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

It’s a good place, comfortable, good place around de city. I think it’s important to improve de TVs, are not smart, and people of the hotel should be speake a little of English, some times it’s very important for foreign people.

The hotel has a very good breakfast, a good breakfast, a very nice receptionist, but they have provided good and agile service both in check-in and check-out. Negative points: They do not offer natural juices at breakfast and foods do not have identification plate. The only table available at the time we were going to drink coffee was the ice cream on her, and I asked the official to put the air ”up”, and she said she wouldn't give it, but only when she was finishing offered to turn off. The quality of the shampoo and the bathroom sabuns have been better (it is my second hosting in this hotel). We stay in the last room of the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in all rooms, just near the door, bad signal! We had to pay for parking (R$20), which is bad, very small and does not make any sense to pay, since it is in the hotel's own environment and it is not tertiary. The car was in a bad vague and rain all over estadia.7⁷8 ⁸

Globally it’s a good hotel but compared to the other hotel 4 **** that I tried in the rest of the world, i find the radisson a bit too limit in terms of : - quality of the bedroom room - level of speaking English in the restaurant - the sink in bathroom almost clogged For the rest, it’s perfect: - very welcoming employees - very tasty food in the restaurant - super bar - super laundry service

The hotel is fantastic, but a hotel in this gate doesn't work the Internet and on Sunday two lifts are not working has caused a great disorder, even more for the event that has had this day ...lamentable

Great Hotel in the best neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Conveniently located in great location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Great friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all amenities. H2 Plantinum Hotel is definitely my first choice in Belo Horizonte.

I must say that this hotel is highly overrated in Tripadvisor. If you plan to stay for a couple of days it is okay but as I was visiting family and friends I booked for 10 days and it was quite unpleasant. The hotel has a policy of only cleaning every 3 days (because of covid, apparently) but I could never managed to get it cleaned unless I asked more than one member. They have a jacuzzi - white and with many stains - but the area is unpleasant. The staff is very nice but you dont manage to get the service you want. Breakfast is average to low and even in the room when I asked to add another instant coffee I was told that this is only provided when I arrive and no more coffee in the room! I am from Belo Horizonte and visit regularly but would certainly not chose to stay in this place again.

É muito longe do Centro de Belo Horizonte e muito próximo do Mineirão e Mineirinho, então a estada é interessante para quem vai num desses últimos durante a estada, embora o barulho desses lugares podem incomodar quem não tinha interesse de estar tão próximo do estádio e do palco de shows. Sem carrinho de bagagem. O ambiente é simples, até porque, não há espaço para invencionices. A cama de casal é ladeada por criados, abajures e tomadas. Não existem excessos de tomadas – além do que foi dito, tem mais uma na bancada e outra no banheiro. A iluminação é por seção e tem um resultado muito positivo. Principalmente na bancada, é possível ler sem esforço. O padrão de luz é 127 V, gosto de deixar registrado, pois possuo equipamentos importados que não são bivolt. Outro objeto de elogios seria a cadeira com rodinhas, mas além de muito desconfortável pela falta de enchimento, não havia como regular permanecendo na posição mais baixa. No 2º dia usei os travesseiros o que ajudou. Apenas uma cortina dividida em 2 partes – o que aumenta a entrada de luz – que não agrada ninguém. Além de não ser Blecaute, permitindo uma claridade acima do desejável mesmo quando fechada – num verão em que o sol nasce por volta das 5:30 (veja as fotos com a cortina fechada e tire suas próprias conclusões) -, também não é suficientemente clara, para proteger a intimidade sem escurecer em demasia o ambiente. A TV continua padrão nesse tipo de hotel – 32” tela plana. O que piorou foram as opções de canais. A verdade é que nunca foram boas, mas agora não existe nenhum canal à cabo, apenas TV aberta. Poderia reclamar que sua posição não favorece quem quer trabalhar no notebook e assistir TV ao mesmo tempo, mas como afirmei, as opções de canais eram tão ruins, que permaneceu desligada. Pelo Windows o sinal do wifi oscilava muito de intensidade, mas na prática não prejudicou muito a navegação. Quando cheguei o minúsculo frigobar estava desligado na tomada, fechado e cheio d’água por conta do degelo – a tendência é que fechado com água no seu interior e não demorará a ter problemas com mofo. O frigobar é desabastecido, o que é de meu agrado. Outro ponto bom é que ficava próximo à bancada que eu trabalhava, bastava estender a mão pra pegar o que tinha lá dentro. O guarda-roupas fica próximo à porta, o que me deixa inseguro, principalmente pela falta de trinco. Também senti falta do olho mágico. O cofre, aquisição sempre bem vinda pela segurança, estava sem pilhas, reclamei e o problema foi resolvido. Era um cofre grande, pois meu notebook, que cabe em pouquíssimos, depois de um contorcionismo, coube. Havia uma boa área para pendurar roupas, com 6 cabides. No banheiro: secador, 2 toalhas de banho e uma de rosto, xampu (com tampa) e 2 sabõezinhos. Na pequena pia, torneira única pra quente/frio. No chuveiro, que parece uma cascata (não decidi se isso é um elogio) uma torneira pra quente e outra pra água fria (chatoooo). Para a lista “Feito por quem não vai usar”, porque se fosse, perceber

The hotel is in a good location compared to the airport. The only downside is that it is too far away from everything. If you want to order via ifood (pre-order) or Uber Eats, no one can go that far. The only thing is to eat at the hotel, the food is not bad, but there are many kinds.

I loved the perfect location! I loved the perfect accommodation! Wonderful breakfast! The perfect service! Excellent location!

I really liked it, the receptionists are super polite and friendly. The pool area is also excellent! The portions and drinks are great, congratulations to whoever prepares both.

I will start with good things: awesome location on the lake in a safe town, friendly staff (as much their lack of English goes), very comfortable mattress and delicious breakfast. BUT the rooms are NOT clean (as somebody already wrote, you see other people’s hair on the floor, bathroom), neither they clean floors during your stay. The furniture and facilities are quite outdated and bathroom is moldy. While the bed is huge, they don’t have fitting to it bedsheets - they barely cover the mattress and keep on sliding during the night. AND most important we got screwed upon checkout- someone twice put a dinner in our room, interestingly enough on one of our names… which was impossible to sort out with limited English skills of the staff. I am quite disappointed with the way it all went…

The Nivea attendant was very educated, and he welcomed us very well, after the delay of the flight, and we were very tired and angry about the bad attendance of the Blue Company. The Nivea attendee was friendly and friendly to us, making our night lighter.
