Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Convenient to the airport. In between the city center and MXP airport. International chain brand, great hardware and software. Hotel tax is also much lower than Rome. Recommended for conferences or catching a flight.

Good location very central to shops, restaurants, train etc. No Kettle, no tea, no coffee, no sweeteners, no cutlery, no complimentary water, no bathrobe, no hair conditioner. I came back from shopping and the glass shower door was removed from my bathroom and replaced with a plastic ugly shower curtain with no explanation from the staff. Very basic room for 4 stars

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

Great itinerary provided by the tour agency. The guide was amazing and had insightful knowledge of the places we went. She was clear with instructions and supported those we needed her with additional help. The driver was also friendly and helpful. The van that we were in was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Cheers for the memorable experience!

I went to Milan on business several times and stayed here with my colleagues. The most important thing is that the location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel is also OK. You can't expect too much in Europe.

The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in Milan close to the Garibaldi railway station and Piazza Gae Aulenti. Very convenient and quiet location and the hotel management and service are great! I really like the rooms and the terrace.

Great service provided by Sara and the team! Enjoy our stay at the new Nemi hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is about a 15-20mins walk from popular brand boutiques and slightly more to the duomo. Definitely recommend to stay here.
