Service from the staff on arrival and during stay was very good and friendly, spoke good english. Breakfast options were good and had much variety. Only minor issue was the location and amount of plug locations within the room, as one was in bathroom, and other behind TV in our specific room. Noise from outside the room can be loud due to trains and other rooms along the corridor.

Way better than expected. Walking distance from the main station. Room is super spacious, tidy and modern. Hotel concept is quite simple but functional seems that they must have opened recently. Staff is also quite friendly and helpful! All the best

This is a great value accommodation. It takes 10 minutes by bus from the train station. The problem is that there is only one bus per hour. Cremona is not big, so you can walk to the Violin Museum in 20 minutes.

During the Milan Design Week, this hotel is really expensive at more than 2,000 per night, but I had to bite the bullet and book it. When I checked in, I really felt that the room was spacious and clean. Although the facilities were old, they did not affect the use. It is not far from Milan Xiaolongkan. There is no free water. The front desk is friendly. The room service auntie does not speak English, but only Italian and Spanish, which is a bit reckless.

The hotel it’s self is lovely! The location is ok it has a bus that gets you from hotel to the metro pretty much outside! We ordered a take away and needed a plate…. No plates aloud to be given 🤦♀️…. 1st room was floor 8! And it’s was adequate and pretty miserable in there so we requested a change which was floor 7 and it was pretty nice! It’s a quiet hotel! If you can walk 10 minutes it’s that long to the metro but the metro gets you everywhere with a city pass

It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.

A quel punto me ne sono andata.

A really quaint and wonderful hotel near the centre of Monza. Loved the historical ambiance & elegant old worldly service. Wonderful breakfast set in a sun-kissed covered terrace. It’s where the F1 drivers stay too, so lots of great photos scattered around the hotel to commemorate its link to the event.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel on the and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the sea from our private balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking panorama was magical.

Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

YYuen NgaNice hotel service and nice location. Near the train and the bus station. They call it the Eternal City. A phrase that feels almost trite until you stand alone, utterly dwarfed, beneath the Pantheon’s impossible dome, or trace your fingers over travertine worn smooth by two thousand years of passing hands. Rome isn’t just eternal; it’s immediate, visceral, a theatre of existence where the past isn’t preserved behind glass, but bleeds passionately into the vibrant, chaotic present. And experiencing it solo? That’s not loneliness; it’s liberation. It’s a conversation, intimate and profound, between your soul and the city’s timeless spirit. My dialogue began at dawn, chasing the first honeyed light spilling across the Piazza Navona. Alone, you move differently. Unburdened by consensus or compromise, I followed whims: detouring down a cobbled *vicolo* heavy with the scent of baking cornetti, drawn by the sudden, breathtaking reveal of the Trevi Fountain, still relatively quiet. Tossing my coin wasn’t just a tourist ritual; it was a whispered promise to the city, a silent pact sealed in the cool morning air and the fountain’s roaring majesty. Solitude amplifies these moments – the crisp *click* of your heels on ancient stone, the unfiltered awe as Bernini’s marble figures seem to surge from the water, frozen in divine drama. You hear the city’s own heartbeat, the murmur of awakening life, the distant clang of a baker’s shutter, the splash echoing in the vast basin. Wandering towards the Roman Forum, the sheer weight of history becomes palpable, almost a physical pressure. Alone, you can truly stop. You can perch on a sun-warmed block of tufa, gaze at the skeletal arches of the Basilica of Maxentius reaching defiantly towards a piercing blue sky, and let your imagination run riot. No commentary needed, no shared speculation required. Here, amid the ghosts of senators and centurions, the silence isn’t empty; it’s resonant. You feel the centuries compress. A stray cat sunning itself on Julius Caesar’s altar becomes a perfect, poignant metaphor for time’s relentless, indifferent march. The Colosseum looms nearby, its brutal grandeur undeniable. Observing it solo, you feel its dual nature more acutely – the awe-inspiring engineering marvel and the chilling echo of spectated suffering. It prompts introspection, a quiet contemplation on humanity’s enduring contradictions, impossible amidst a crowd’s chatter. Then, the Pantheon. Stepping inside is like walking into the mind of God, conceived by mortals. The sheer scale, the perfection of the dome – that oculus open to the heavens – is humbling beyond words. A shaft of sunlight pierces the dusty interior, illuminating motes dancing like celestial dust. Sitting alone on a bench, head tilted back, the immensity washes over you. The whispers of fellow visitors fade into a reverent hush. You feel infinitesimally small yet profoundly connected to the generations who stood precisely here, awestruck, for millennia. Solitude allows this space for pure, unadulterated wonder. It’s not just seeing; it’s *feeling* the architectural genius, the spiritual ambition made stone. But Rome isn’t just monumental stones; it’s vibrant, messy, delicious life. Crossing the Tiber into Trastevere, the atmosphere shifts. Narrow streets twist like tangled yarn, laundry flutters like colourful flags between ochre buildings, and the air thickens with the garlicky perfume of *cacio e pepe* and frying *carciofi*. Solo travel makes you porous. You notice the old men arguing passionately over espresso at a tiny bar, the clatter of plates from a hidden trattoria kitchen, the effortless elegance of a Roman woman navigating the cobbles in impossible heels. You slip into a *salumeria*, point at mysterious cheeses and glistening olives, and assemble a picnic feast. Finding a quiet step on Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, watching life swirl around the ancient basilica as you savour pecorino sharp enough to make your eyes wa

DDaniel BazacToo much money for the value I received. They gave me a quiet room, i guess, as I requested. I did not have the time to check because when I intered the room I was struck by a strong and unpleasant odor. I am not so fussy but this time it was bad enough to make me go to the reception to ask for another room. I got one which smelled ... Like somebody stayed there. Or like a room which was not cleaned well. It has the most buzzard bathroom I have ever seen: there was a wall in the middle of of the room leaving only 0.5m to get from the sink or the shower to the toilet seat. Between the toilet seat and the bidet there were at most 30cm. Seating on the toilet seat you would literally have the bidet between your legs. The shower cabin was so small that I, having a little bit broader shoulders, was hitting it when turning and wiping. The appliances showed a lot of wear and tea. In the shower cabin there was only one shower head, fixed on the ceiling. No mobile shower head. Yes, they had furniture that you find in expensive hotels. But that was a bit damaged. There is a lot of marble at the reception but that does not improve the room I stayed in. And I found something in the room that looked like a little rock ... Or a nasty toe nail. The overall impression is that of a once very nice 4-stars hotel that was not and is not taken care of correctly. I have been in many 3-stars hotel that looked better than this, with large bathroom and shower cabin everything new and working perfectly, that have a much more reasonable price. Again, too expensive for what they are offering.

Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.

GGuhuijiwanjiaBooked this for a friend. Very close to the airport. The crew also stayed in the hotel. There was a very friendly waiter. One morning, there was a fire alarm. The hotel used three languages to announce it, but there was no Chinese announcement. My friend is an older Chinese and couldn't understand. Fortunately, he saw the guests in the corridor evacuating and followed them. Although it was a close call, I still hope there will be a Chinese announcement.

GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
