XC's service is good. It showed that there is an airport shuttle bus, but after waiting for more than half an hour, it turned out that there was no shuttle bus. I received a cash subsidy of 30 yuan, which is not much but much better than that.

The staff here are excellent. They help with every query and provide advice too. The room service food is good and the restaurant food is excellent. My room was very safe and comfortable, and cleaned every day. The hotel is right near to the mall, and the town centre is a short grab ride away. I have stayed here twice and also extended my stay the second time!

MmarymThis is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

LLina TanakaThe restaurant staff were friendly. The hotel's location is perfect, right opposite SICC, so you only need to cross the road if you're going to a concert. However, a heads-up for the rainy season: you must bring your own umbrella. The hotel doesn't allow its umbrellas to be taken off the property, even briefly.

GGuest UserI have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

TToong HuangLocated on the busy Jalan Gajah Mada, where nearby food and supermarket is a plus. It is basically a 2 and a half star, why? Don't qualify as a 3 stars due to aging furniture in room, and lack of proper dining facilities.The proximity to coffee shops & street side restaurants saves it from relegating to a 2 stars joint.I will tolerate it for a 2 nights stay at best.
