It will be much better if they could increase the frequency of shuttles to Masjidil Nabawi. Other than that everything is fine.

The hotel is situated in a rocky desert. The pool is beautiful, the evening open-air movie experience is fantastic, and there are massage chairs in the lobby. The staff who greet guests and drive the shuttle bus are very welcoming. The rooms and other facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also so-so. Overall, it's okay, a second-tier resort.

We liked the hotel; it's cozy, the grounds are nice, there are golf carts for convenience, the breakfasts are delicious, the pool is great, everything is clean, the room has everything you need, water is replenished, tea and coffee are available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and tidy, nice, the food is delicious, I didn't expect their fried rice to be so good, suitable for Chinese taste, the front desk lady is very nice, patient and friendly, the waiter is also good

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish everything was perfect. The service is outstanding — every staff member is genuinely kind, ready to help with any request, and solves any issue promptly. We were truly impressed; we’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. We stayed at the Celestial Villa and it was fantastic — spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. We highly recommend it! The food at TAMA Restaurant was outstanding as well — we especially loved the breakfasts, which were simply exceptional. We also spent time at the Caravans area — it’s stunning, cozy and with the same top-level service. I was here with my mom, and she said she would come back again and again — and I couldn’t agree more! ❤️

We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Al Masjid Nabawi.

The room is large and the price is high. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The buffet food in the evening is OK. Remind the four choices of roasting and three quantities are very high. Other food is leisurely before the roasting comes up.

I think I'll always remember this evening, little silver capsule-like campervans, landed in the rolling valleys of El Ola, they were miniature, adorable, small yet perfectly formed! In the huge tents near the campsite, people played all sorts of games. As sunset approached, the afterglow lingered in the sky, we sat amidst the vast desert and the heavens, and the time seemed to pass by in a way that didn't matter. After it was completely dark, the long-awaited Rock Movie time arrived. Following the twinkling lights, strangers gathered together to watch a movie projected onto the rocks, everything was simply too beautiful… And above, a sky full of stars accompanied me on my walk home.
