Tge hotel location matters a lot, especially for commuting to Madinah. In terms of rush, it also reflects the popularity of the hotel and the busyness of the surrounding area. If there is a rush even on normal days, it can be a positive aspect for the hotel but it may need better planning in terms of guest comfort.
Great place to stay in Madinah, affordable during peak season.
Had a very good experience staying here during Ramadan.
Support staff is friendly and helpful.
Shuttle service to Haram is very good, though it’s frequency is limited only during Prayer timings.
This time when I came to Alula, I stayed at this hotel in addition to Banyan Tree. It really didn't disappoint. There are many activities in the hotel. You can also watch the stars in your room at night. The outdoor bathing area is really great. In addition, there are rocks for watching movies, yoga and meditation. For breakfast, you can order by the pool. The service is also very good. You must ride the ebike at sunset. The atmosphere is really great🥹
I was traveling on May Day, and I couldn't book the same room type for two days. When I arrived at the site, they arranged it very considerately so that I didn't need to change rooms, and also gave me breakfast for two days.
I like the environment of the RV so much. I can watch rock movies at night. It's so romantic.
Booking an RV can also share the high-end Habitas hotel project next door: check-in installation art, trampoline swing swimming pool.
If you stay in the off-season, it is really cost-effective, highly recommended
The hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult:
1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70
2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed.
International hotels have tourist brochures and maps, etc. Tour groups are fine, but independent travel is difficult. I hope this will be improved.
The hotel is OK compared to other available on same location and worth for money. The location is not good for haram by walk. However, they provide a free shyttle bus service to Haram before and after namaz. The travelling around 10 minutes.
It's OK, but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, and the noise in the room facing the street is also very loud. The breakfast is average, but I think, overall, it's acceptable.
Very Good

GGuest UserThe room is large and the price is high. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The buffet food in the evening is OK. Remind the four choices of roasting and three quantities are very high. Other food is leisurely before the roasting comes up.
