I had some issue during the check in (they saw my Trip.com booking as cancelled) but they solved it in approx 30 minutes. The location is unique - it is in the naturally beautiful place, quite isolated and private. Services are amazing. Maybe the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the weather - it is quite windy there and it becomes freezing in the evenings
It's OK, but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, and the noise in the room facing the street is also very loud. The breakfast is average, but I think, overall, it's acceptable.
I was traveling on May Day, and I couldn't book the same room type for two days. When I arrived at the site, they arranged it very considerately so that I didn't need to change rooms, and also gave me breakfast for two days.
I like the environment of the RV so much. I can watch rock movies at night. It's so romantic.
Booking an RV can also share the high-end Habitas hotel project next door: check-in installation art, trampoline swing swimming pool.
If you stay in the off-season, it is really cost-effective, highly recommended
The hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult:
1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70
2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed.
International hotels have tourist brochures and maps, etc. Tour groups are fine, but independent travel is difficult. I hope this will be improved.

The room is large and the price is high. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The buffet food in the evening is OK. Remind the four choices of roasting and three quantities are very high. Other food is leisurely before the roasting comes up.
Tge hotel location matters a lot, especially for commuting to Madinah. In terms of rush, it also reflects the popularity of the hotel and the busyness of the surrounding area. If there is a rush even on normal days, it can be a positive aspect for the hotel but it may need better planning in terms of guest comfort.

Mma 2010They have a problem with the small number of elevators, sometimes I had to climb the stairs
The reception staff are incredibly cooperative
The internet is somewhat weak
The location is next to the Haram courtyard, but you need to walk to the end of the Haram to visit the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
The rooms and bathroom are clean
The cleaning workers are kind of reminded to lower their voices when cleaning the adjacent rooms
The reception is always crowded
I had a problem with the reservation and Trip.com solved it. Your customer service is excellent, but please provide it on WhatsApp to reduce the cost and ease of communication, but I hope it does not happen again and it is better to contract directly with the hotel
