I chose this hotel near the North Station for its proximity to catch a high-speed train, and their service was exceptionally thoughtful. The room was immaculately clean, with crisp, wrinkle-free sheets, and the AC cooled the room quickly. The front desk staff kindly helped me with my luggage to the elevator and even offered recommendations for nearby attractions and local eateries. The housekeeping team provided bottled water, and noticing I was working late, even gave me extra tissues. It made for a truly relaxing and stress-free one-night stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the service is also very good, there is enough space for two people, the bathroom is very large, with a bathtub and shower, and two washbasins. I personally think it is mainly quiet, which is very good for someone like me who has a light sleep and poor sleep quality.

The hotel upgraded our room for free, and we had an amazing night view of the entire city, directly facing the Petronas Twin Towers. The White House was right next door. Enjoying the night scenery was truly relaxing! 🤩 The location is also incredibly convenient. There's a subway entrance less than a hundred meters away, and plenty of snacks and restaurants nearby. It's also just a few stops from the city's main attractions. Overall, staying in this central spot makes getting anywhere easy. The room was very clean too. This trip was a great experience, and I genuinely recommend it to friends! 🥰

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Jiaxiu Tower. Downstairs, there's a fantastic array of local snacks and street food, including Nanmen Changwang Noodles, Sour Soup Fish, and Luoguo, making it incredibly easy to find a meal. Both Qianling Mountain and Yangming Ancestral Temple are just a short taxi ride away. I had originally made two separate bookings, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a room on the 50th floor. Later, despite high occupancy, they went above and beyond to secure an extension for an extra night and even provided complimentary executive lounge afternoon tea vouchers. The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. My deposit was refunded immediately after check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Manager Chen at the front desk was really good. He took the initiative to provide us with travel guides around the area, and gave us a lot of practical travel tips. He also introduced us to delicious and fun places in detail. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene is still good. The view in the room is really amazing, and the facilities are complete. In particular, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is excellent. It feels like you are sinking into it. It's just that there are a lot of people on holidays, and you have to queue for breakfast.

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning.

The hotel has a good location, next to the tourist bus station, very close to Tongren Station, 10 minutes walk to the hotel. The room was big and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast just by and it was very good. A lot of restaurants near by too. The staff service is very enthusiastic! They helped us find a bus ticket to go to Fanjingshan west. The guy even came with us at the station to make sure we could by the good one. I was so grateful. We wouldn't have made it without him. Thanks again!

Despite several unpleasant incidents, the Assistant Manager handled them proactively and with a great attitude, so I won't give a bad review. However, I can't honestly give a good one either. 1️⃣ Seven PM on a Saturday isn't exactly late for check-in, is it? There was only one person at the front desk, so I had to wait patiently in line. But apparently, if you bang on the counter with your ID, another staff member magically appears to help immediately... ??? What kind of system is that? 2️⃣ I'm genuinely curious about the hotel's room upgrade policy. Almost all the reviews mentioned getting an executive suite upgrade, but the front desk told me no. When I asked if they were out of suites, they said they had them. Okay, fine. 3️⃣ Upon entering the room, the TV's welcome message only displayed my husband's name. I'm always the one who books our rooms, so it's quite 'interesting' to encounter a welcome message with only one guest's name, and it wasn't mine. 4️⃣ The first thing I did after checking in was wash my hands. Lo and behold, the water was yellow! I called housekeeping, and the lady who came was very polite, but her explanation was completely unacceptable: 'The pipes turned yellow because no one had stayed in the room for a few days.' Wow, I've stayed in countless hotels, and this is truly a first for me, absolutely 'magical.' While the water wasn't yellow for the next two days, it had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There's definitely an underlying issue; the hotel really needs to check its plumbing. 5️⃣ The absolute classic incident involved picking up food delivery. We had pre-ordered takeout and went to the hotel entrance right after checking in. For the first three items, we double-checked the last digits of our phone number ourselves. The last item was an 'ice slushie' (冰浆), which was proving difficult to find, making us quite dizzy from searching. A staff member asked us what we ordered, we said 'ice slushie,' and they handed us a blue bag, confirming it was the 'ice slushie.' So, we simply took it without a second glance. It was this very 'ice slushie' that led to a phone call from the staff while we were already settled in and starting our meal, informing us we had taken the wrong order and needed to bring it downstairs. (To clarify: It was our first time here; we had no idea what an 'ice slushie' bag looked like, so we just took whatever they handed us.) I was honestly shocked by the staff's suggestion that *I* bring it downstairs?! I asked if a robot could bring it up instead. The staff replied no, insisting I had to bring it down myself because the rightful owner of the delivery was waiting. I thought to myself, 'Oh, maybe the other guest is upset, and the staff is struggling to handle the situation, so I'll just go, especially since I didn't double-check it myself.' But when I got downstairs, it was just a young girl who couldn't find her delivery. I had completely over-imagined the whole scenario and was even trying to justify the staff's actions. I was instantly furious! What kind of staff training is this? It's my first time being told by staff that *I* had to go downstairs. What an 'unforgettable' experience! This is my first time writing such a lengthy review, and it's for the Guiyang Guibinlou. While the Assistant Manager was very responsible in following up and trying to rectify the issues, the overall experience has already been formed. Oh, and by the way, the in-room amenities were quite poor too. Anyone who didn't bring their own shower gel would have been in for a 'Waterloo,' so to speak.

The hotel's ambiance was immediately captivating – so tranquil and cozy, making for a truly relaxing stay. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room, the bedding, and the bathroom were spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. The facilities were incredibly comprehensive: having a washer and dryer directly solved my laundry woes while traveling, and the printer was super convenient for urgent needs – they really thought of everything! The staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. The biggest surprise was the free parking, making road trips stress-free. The value for money is absolutely amazing, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

MM245276****Every time I travel, the accommodation environment is the most important thing to me. I really liked the B&B I booked this time. The overall decoration style is literary and artistic, warm and refined, and it fits my aesthetic perfectly. Every detail is perfect, giving people a comfortable, relaxed and natural feeling. It was only during the chat that I found out that the boss and his wife studied art. No wonder. Parking in the courtyard is very convenient and the garden is beautiful. Sitting in the garden, blowing the breeze, drinking a latte, and swinging on the swing are so pleasant. I haven't enjoyed it like this for a long time. The most unforgettable thing is the breakfast freshly made by the boss, which is minced meat with green pepper mixed with powder, served with a fried egg and a pinch of chopped green onion. It is a delicious snack. I must emphasize that the boss is very enthusiastic and took the trouble to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and snacks. Overall, it was a very happy trip. I will stay at your place next time I come to Anshun.

SShufuThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and responsible; whenever we had a request, they were diligent and went above and beyond to assist us. The Guest Relations Manager was also exceptionally kind and patient. The hotel's decor is very elegant, and I particularly loved the unique and pleasant fragrance in the lobby. During check-in, I was also delighted to see the lobby adorned with numerous beautiful and meticulously cared-for floral displays. On the 5th floor, there's a charming pet-friendly restaurant, and it was simply adorable to watch the little animals frolicking around. The restaurant itself was spacious, offering a pleasant ambiance and plenty of seating.

GGuest UserTop reasons why I recommend this hotel: 1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance. 2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs! We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water. 3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof. 4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE! 5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs. Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

AAnan@buhuiI read reviews that the service in Building 2 is not good, but it's actually good. The room is a little further away. There will be someone to guide you after check-in. The room is not big, but it is relatively clean. It has a balcony and is convenient for drying clothes. There are not many breakfast items. That's enough, the luggage check-in service is very considerate. However, it is really not recommended to come during holidays. There are really too many people, and there are all kinds of crowding and queuing. Come on weekdays if the weather is good. The drone show was also canceled due to heavy rain last night. There are too few performances and parades in the scenic area for holidays.

PPUI MENGI booked this hotel as I had read good reviews. Indeed this B&B is impressive. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. There is even a bathtub next to the window with a view. You will need to contact the hotel owner prior to arrival at the village so that a porter will meet you at No. 6 风雨桥, which is located about 100 meters where the shuttle bus drop you at the entrance to the village. You will not be able to find your way to the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is rather hidden away. The two young chaps who picked us were extremely polite, cheerful and eager to serve. They carried our luggages where we walked to reach the station of a golf cart type of vehicle. You board the vehicle and alight at the first stop up the mountain (see picture 6). The simple breakfast fare of home-cooked noodle soup with minced pork, hard boiled egg, sweet corn and sweet potato was delicious. The soup base looked bland but it was very tasty. The location of this B&B is superb as you can walk down the slope to reach the village center in 10 minutes. Tip: we took the golf cart vehicle and travelled uphill and alighted at the end (Pastoral Sightseeing area) where there is roundabout for the vehicle to loop back to the terminal. It is recommended to alight here where you will see beautiful vast green pastures and lotus flowers were in bloom. You can then wait for the sightseeing bus (your entrance ticket would cover four sightseeing bus trips) at the opposite platform and it will bring you to the top viewing platform to see the whole village lighted up in the evening. To return to the hotel, you then take the sightseing bus back to the Pastoral Sightseeing area. From here you wait for the golf cart vehicle to transfer you back to the hotel. How I wish someone had posted these information on this Trip.com review platform as it was a bit confusing on how to take the different vehicles in the mountain. Lastly, thank you to the owner of this B&B for making our trip a memorable one.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.
